Roda was extremely communicative and efficient. They provided photos of all the work needed to be done on my car and were very helpful in explaining details. Jordan was very helpful and answered all my questions. they returned my car on--time and in better shape than I left. Everything was functional. 10/10 would recommend

I totally recommend Roda. They picked my car up on time, performed the oil change for the quoted price, and dropped it off later that afternoon. Really smooth process.They made some no pressure suggestions via text as well. Overall great process. Will definitely be using them in the future.

Great service! Jordan worked with me to make sure our car got what it needed! April and Carlos were both very clear in their communication and the valets did a great job! The tech reports were very detailed and transparent.

Roda to the rescue! Found a nail in my tire that needed to be repaired before a road trip. I had zero time to take in because of an important work meeting. Scheduling, pickup, and payment were seamless. My car was even lightly cleaned when they dropped it off. Such a time saver for this working mama!

Great service in Rockville. Immediately available and performed a perfect emergency tire fix on my car. I live close so don t need their valet service, but that must be great. Very happy with the response, work, price, customer service, etc. great guys!

Very convenient and great service. Thoroughly check the car and make good recommendations. They are honest when asked what really needs repair now and what can be deferred until next time. Great to have car picked up and dropped off same day.

First time coming to get an oil change for my car. Customer service was amazing! Although I did not have an appointment, they helped accommodate to the time frame I needed my car done. Oil change was fast and valet service is great! Hassan and Gabriel were very nice and helped make everything easy.

For my first time using Roda, I was very pleased. Especially as I was able to do same-day service. Also the fact that you get a specific advisor to keep in communication with. April was my advisor and she was very sweet and explained things thoroughly. Or as thorough as need be, since I thankfully didn t need anything major done. I feel like pricing wise it may be on a slightly higher end. But considering someone can come get your car, and bring it back to you, that is a huge time saver and I think is worth paying a little extra. My office is very close to the Rockville location so it made things even easier. I ll definitely be using Roda for other repairs if I m able too.

While I usually do my own oil changes and am hesitant on allowing other people to drive my car, I won a discounted oil change for Rota and decided to give it a shot. I almost backed out after realizing that they only valet the car but after reading the excellent reviews I went forward.The entire experience was amazing. From scheduling the pick up, to excellent customer service during the pickup, constant updates on my car throughout the process, a couple of complimentary items (car wash and diagnostic), and great customer service at the end.I will be using Rota in the future.

This was an unbelievable experience. It takes all of the hassle out of car repairs and was pleasant from start to finish. It seems too good to be true but absolutely is as advertised. I left my keys at my apartment front desk, the valet picked up my car from my apartment garage. I received a text a few hours later with link to a video introducing me to my mechanic and a full run down of the inspections requested as well as the recommended repairs and clear costs associated with each. I was able to approve/reject each repair digitally. The mechanic called to explain one component to me. He actually apologized for having to call me (apparently they usually try to have it be a seamless digital experience) but he was incredibly professional on the phone and I am glad he did call because I was able to ask a few questions. There's a phone number directly on the page if you do want to talk on the phone and they text updates throughout the day. The repairs were then completed and my car was then returned to the garage THE SAME DAY - sparkly clean and with a full tank of gas, too! They asked me if I wanted my tank filled and there is an extra charge but it was comparable to what gas costs normally.The price for the repair was on the higher end of normal from what I could find online but it's not excessive and was SO CONVENIENT -- it was absolutely worth it. I will be using Roda exclusively from now on. Such an amazing value to avoid losing a day (or multiple!) on car repairs. Can't believe this exists, HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Today was my first time using Roda, and their service was outstanding from beginning to end. I absolutely *love* Roda s free free valet car pickup and drop off service (I love the map showing how far away the driver is too). These services alone are worth the price!Right up there with the great services is the courteous treatment I received. Everyone I interacted with was very kind and helpful. Gabby, the first person I spoke with, took down my information efficiently set me up in Roda s system right away. Also, when I explained that I hadn t had my car serviced in at least a couple of years, she offered a complimentary safety inspection, which I really needed and greatly appreciated.Gabriele called me shortly after I booked my appointment to make sure I had all the information I needed regarding the work on my car. Gladis, the valet driver who took my car to the shop, was kind enough to text me and let me know she could come to my house a bit earlier than the scheduled time. Carlos, my advisor, also called me and let me know that a couple of services I had requested weren t necessary and I wouldn t be charged for those services, saving me at least $100.00.In addition, I got frequent updates the entire time my car was at the shop, along with links to the sections of Roda s website detailing the work progress. The videos and inspection report Carlos and Mike posted on the website were also very helpful.Once my car was ready, Roda assigned a valet driver to return my car just 15 minutes after I submitted my payment online (another seamless process!). When Mehdi brought my car back, I was so pleased to see how great it looked! Thanks again to everyone at Roda for all your help. *This* is how car service should be!

Fantastic service! It was such a nice time save to just have my car picked up, serviced, and returned while I was at work and not have to worry about anything. They were very quick and communicative, and the drivers were polite and friendly. Antonio kept me informed about my car delivery so I knew when to expect it back and the hand off went great. Really really happy with everything.

Everything was seamless from the start and you can tell they value the customer experience. It was very quick to schedule an appointment with Valentina and Gabriele. Kindly greeted by Jordan who also fixed a complimentary ride to wherever I wanted to go since I drove my card to the store directly. Professional and kind customer service by Antonio who was the driver. Instead of me going back to the store once my car was all completed, Hassan (another driver) dropped off my car at the shopping center where I was at. I payed online so I didn't have to even go back to the store. I really enjoyed the valet experience - next time, I'll schedule an appointment for Roda to pick up my car at my job while I'm working. Also I was communicating via text with Jordan who was working on my car - very quick to respond, answered all my questions, and very professional. This was a great team overall and made it a great experience for me. 100% recommend this place.Service: Oil change

The team and service is great. They were even early to pick up my vehicle for the appointment. It s a real time saver and such a better way of taking care of any issues with my car. I was absolutely blown away by this experience - my car was picked up, fixed, cleaned and returned to me all within 6 hours. Everyone was kind and informative and the price point was fantastic. They took a stressful situation and made it an absolute delight. I will never take my car anywhere else again!

I've used Roda's valet service several times and every time, their service has been fantastic. I'm been very happy with the ease of them picking up and dropping off the car, and clear communicaiton about what services are recommended and pricing. I'm planning to use them again in the next few weeks and would highly recommend them to anyone.

This was a great experience. Roda conveniently picked my car up, conducted their service, and brought my car right back to me while I was working. What I appreciated most was that I was updated during every step of the process via text. With the complimentary inspection, I was informed of some services I need done, but felt absolutely no "upsell pressure" from Roda. Antonio promptly brought my car back and notified me by phone call that he was outside. I definitely recommend this service, especially if finding the time for an oil change is difficult.

Roda is amazing! As someone who lives away from my family and network of services - Roda made me feel comfortable with car services I am not familiar with. They were always on time and communicative. They took my car and returned it within work hours, and it was so convenient! Best service ever. Winter special is a great deal and while your car is there you have the option to add on any services they may recommend. 10/10!

Where has Roda been all my life. Gone are the days of wasting an entire day stuck in a garage or dealership somewhere waiting for your car to be serviced. Roda offers the VIP treatment at actually affordable prices. They picked up and dropped off the car at my home, stayed in communication with me the entire time, and went above and beyond at every step of the way. Truly amazing service from some incredibly helpful people. Couldn t recommend them enough.

I ve been using Roda a year, and they are fantastic. I am always able to book an appt online at a moment s notice, and I love the tracker for when the valet picks up and drops off my car. The prices are reasonable and I always feel that they re honest and transparent. It s a perfect service and the valets are great! My latest was Antonio and he was courteous and friendly.

Had a tire issue over the holidays which is never fun. Deion and the service advisors were great and made sure I got my car back right before Christmas. Have used this service couple times before and have referred my family and friends to them. Also love the complimentary pick up and drop up so I do not have to wait around at a dealership all day. All around great easy way to get a car serviced from the comfort of your own home!

From the moment I scheduled the appointment online until my car was back in my possession, everyone with Roda was extremely professional. I got a call saying they could take my car earlier than my scheduled appointment, I knew who was picking up my car and when, constant communication throughout the whole process, and I knew who would be returning my car and what time. I would highly recommend Roda to anyone looking for a stress-free experience.

Service was absolutely amazing. The guys here were super communicative and very accommodating.They even cleaned and vacuumed my car at no additional cost I was shocked and so grateful! The valet service was so helpful too! I didn t have time to go and get my car so having them bring my car to me was a massive weight off me. I was thoroughly impressed and will definitely use as my regular mechanic! Thank you Jordan and Deon you guys really helped make this an easy experience.

Roda is an awesome way to have car repairs done! Having someone pick up and drop your car when the repairs are done is a game changer. Plus their representatives provide excellent and timely updates. Finally, their prices are in line with other automotive repair shops. I definitely recommend Roda!

Amazing professional service. From the valet driver to the technicians and the report, everyone was incredibly professional and communicated every step of the way. They picked up my car in DC at 9AM and by 1PM it was back. They made sure I got the first time customer discount and gave me honest advice without trying to upsell me. I will definitely be using this service again!

Great company, great service. Quick turnaround with friendly, professional, and prompt valets. Had a flat tire, booked the service online. Hassan, Saad, and Gabrielle were on it! Helped me load my spare, drove my car to the shop, replaced the tire, refilled my gas, and brought by car back before the end of the business day. 10/10 would recommend

Roda has some of the best autocare service I have encounter. They care of showing and explaining the assesments, procedures, and cost of all the work that needs to be done. The interactive platform, with photos and videos is very useful for transparency. They also offer a valet service so you don't have to take part of the day to get the work done!

Carcare/Roda is the best with handling there guests in professional manner. Every staff members I met was super friendly and helpful Manager Dan, Jordan, Gabriele and Josh thank you. It s definitely the place to go. They know what they are doing and all staff members are amazing. I had small miscommunication, and all the employees assisted me and resolved the issue, which I really appreciate. I can say I am 100% satisfied with there service.I will see you guys soon . I was back again to Roda to have my coolant and air filter changed, they did an amazing job. Carlos and Gabi are the best employees, there communication skill was amazing. I would recommend anyone to Roda service. Thank you!
