Their grace and generosity is amazing.I m grateful also that they take the time to educate me (a driver of 12 years with admittedly many gaps in my car maintenance knowledge) many of the basics that are integral to taking care of my car.I cannot recommend them more highly! John is incredibly helpful and kind. Please go to this spot!

This place went way above and beyond to repair our truck. They are not only friendly, but extremely trustworthy and honest. They won't sell you something you don't need and I am thankful to have this fantastic auto shop in Rockville. Highly recommend!

This place is the best! As a woman, it can be very difficult for me to find a mechanic who won t try and take advantage of me and sell me on something I don t need. I took my car in for an issue it was having and they took the time to listen to me and answered all my questions. They even took my car for a test drive to try and diagnose the issue. While they weren t able to find anything wrong, they topped off all my fluids and didn t even charge me. I ended up coming back a couple days later because I was still feeling nervous about my car and had a long drive ahead of me. Tony was SO kind, and we took my car out again. He was extremely knowledgeable and reassured me that my car was in good shape. You can tell that these guys really care about their customers and aren t going to try to swindle you. This was definitely the best experience at an auto shop that I ve ever had.

Steve, John, and the crew at Rockville Auto & Truck Service are the best mechanics in the National Capital Area. They're fair, they don't run up the prices, and if they tell you it's going to be expensive it's because it REALLY is expensive. They have integrity and do great quality work. Look no further. They've been my mechanics since 2010, and I have not once looked elsewhere.

I am always happy with the thorough, honest, and timely work done at this shop. I trust the mechanics and their guidance. The pricing is fair and they aim to get you your vehicle back in working fashion in a timely manner. If I could give more tgan five stars I would.

One of the best mechanic shops in Montgomery County. I have gone here many times and more than once their price was nearly a third less than the dealership. The staff is honest and to the point and will help with tips to save money and spend less on fixing your vehicle. You can always tell the quality of a shop by their work load and they tend to be busy they even have repair contracts with some big businesses to keep their car fleets in good standing. They even are state inspection certified We all have enough to worry about, the repairs of our car shouldn't be one. So choose Rockville Auto & Truck, you will be a continuous customer too.

John Martin and his staff are the best! Customer service takes priority every time. We've been taking our cars there for 5 years and they always get it right. They're honest, economical, and great at what they do. When parts are needed, they find the best deals without sacrificing quality. If you ask a lot of questions like I do, they patiently explain everything in language that is easy to understand.

Don't waste your time going to anyone but these guys. They are some of the most genuine and sweet men I've ever men. My friend's family uses them and recommended their company after I had gone to so many places and been uncharged and screwed over in the past. Being both a woman and young, I'm usually an easy target at repair places, well, needless to say these men treated my car and me with kindness, dedication, and honesty. They were patient, well priced, and worked through the issues. They didn't leave me blind and even pointed out an issues with my car wing that other mechanics just brushed off when I asked them about it. No, these guys not only warned me about the danger of the wing falling off like it was but took it off no charge just to make sure I was safe. My car wasn't there for that, it had a whole other set of issues, but these men made sure to see to it I was well looked after. From everyone from the guys at the front, to the technicians, to even the guy they had drive me to work nearby so I didn't have to wait for an uber in the cold, they are wonderful and I highly recommend anyone who needs a fix to go to them. I don't often feel compelled to write a review good or bad unless I'm really upset with a service or really thrilled. this should be a testament of how awesome they are! Thank you Rockville Auto! I will keep an eye on what you told me to look out for and let you know if all is well.

After doing some research to locate a reputable service center for our organization's van, I contacted Rockville Auto & Truck Services and spoke to John to schedule an appointment. John was extremely helpful and great to work with. The van was brought in for maintenance and the work and customer service were exceptional, and the repairs were made at a very reasonable cost. This is the best auto/truck repair business that I have ever dealt with and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing to have their car or truck serviced.

I've used the Crabb Avenue location. This shop is a diamond in the rough. The staff is very competent, honest, and easy to work with. I've been there several times now and usually come out spending LESS than what I thought it would be (in stark contrast to the sticker shock of other shops). Many shops are poor at diagnostics and do things like replace parts on your dime until the problem goes away. This shop understands diagnostics well and will avoid unnecessary work, explaining to you the tests they ran and what your options are. I've used them with both foreign (hyundai) and domestic (jeep), for regular maintenance and fixing problems of all types including engine, drive train and electrical.I also had them check out a couple of used cars I was thinking of buying for my daughter to drive and within minutes on the lift they found problems with them, including one they pointed out must have been in a bad accident and had parts from many different vehicle models inappropriately used (and was not disclosed by the seller!). They really saved me that time on what would have been a very bad purchase and possibly unsafe for my child!The Crabb Avenue location is about a block and half from Rockville Metro where there is the subway and a line of taxis most hours making it easy to get back home after a drop off.

Great experience. .Prompt , friendly customer service. Fully explained repairs needed and the expected time needed for repairs..Cost very exceptable. .would highly recommend. I had AC work, but would return for any needed auto repairs or service.

i needed the right size wheel for my tire. they had it . i went paid for it and left. friendly enough. most importantly call ahead. and get the address over the phone. this shop and another nearby are often confused for first time customers.
