Please take your car here, you will not be disappointed. Ms.Kim and her husband were so amazing and made this process seamless. I got my car fixed within two days and was updated through out the process. They fixed my bumper and my car is as newer as ever. I ll definitely be coming back!!!!

My spouse brought the car in first and Kim at the front desk was completely flustered and annoyed to simply speak to him. She was hostile and aggressive immediately before even attempting to gather the full scope of information. She literally told him "you don't have an appointment so I cannot help you"... then finally found our file. (Mind you everything was already in a file and ready. They just needed to physically inspect the vehicle.)It took them a week to reach out and say they would order the parts. The man on the phone then proceeded to tell me the parts would take another week to arrive, then they needed to keep my car for at least 7 days once the parts arrived. I come from a family of mechanics. I know that a 3 week process to fix a quarter panel and a bumper with paint is completely ridiculous. The man then attempted to pressure me and say he can "cancel the order and I can go see one of my friends at their shop" when I questioned the timeline.We were blatantly disrespected and provided poor customer service from start to finish. There was no "problem solving" skills available in either employee's repertoire. This company needs to have some one-on-one training on how to treat, speak, deal with and coordinate with customers in our community because the service we received was unacceptable.

Friendly staff.Appointments are recommended to all new claimants.They have great professional experience workers who will restore your vehicle to its original condition.The parking lot allows you to maneuver around.They can schedule a pick up from their location, either from a rental company or Uber, Lyft...If you need to get your belongings from a vehicle, make sure you call ahead and be there within business hours.The shop is closed on Saturdays and Sundays.

I recently had my car hit by a tree right outside the house and there was a large dent in the door and it took off a big amount of paint. This location I truly recommend as they provide exceptional work. They are professional and fast! I was expecting to have my car back in about 6 days or so but it only took three days! And the job is seamless you can't even tell the car got hit by a tree looks brand new! Im so so happy with the service and I will continue to come back to get my Dodge Charger serviced here! I had my jeep cherokee repaired here in May and Kevin made my car look like brand new. The women at the counter (sorry cannot remember her name) was very friendly and communicated very well with me throughout the week or so process of fixing my car. I honestly couldn't be happier with my car and would definitely recommend Randolph Auto Body and Paint to anyone needing work on their car.

Best auto body and paint place to go! Every time I go here, my car comes out AMAZING. Kevin takes time to explain all of my options. Kim is a very hard worker. They both work so well together and have helped me out so much! I don't understand how my car looks so beautiful whenever I get work done by Randolph Auto Body & Paint. I will always bring my car here!

It was my first time using Randolph Auto Body & Paint and they exceeded all my expectations. They fitted my new bumper perfectly and the paint is beautiful. They did the work in less time then estimated, called twice with updates, are very friendly and even washed and vacuumed my vehicle before I picked it up. I'm very satisfied with the service and if ever I need body work again, this is my place.

I took my car in at Randolph Auto Body and Paint after a fender bender accident and they did such an amazing job! They were very welcoming and treated my car like they would their own. Kim and Kevin have a great team and go far and beyond "this is what I gotta fix? Ok". You can really see them working with passion. You will get your car back like nothing was ever wrong in the first place. I highly recommend taking your business to them!!!

This teenager who just got licence and has had it for one week hit my car in a parking lot. My insurance suggested taking my car here and, my goodness, I'm glad we did! These guys did an amazing job and they did it FAST! I can't believe how great of a job they did. I highly recommend them for any job.

Randolph Autobody & Parts is the best body shop I've been to. The shop owners are professional, easy to work with, and communicate clearly what is involved with vehicle repairs and insurance.The work itself is always very good and the owner is clearly on the side of the customer when it comes to getting the best replacement parts and assigning labor rates.I will continue to go back to this business in the future if needed.

They did excellent work with fixing my bumper, and it was quick. They started calling me in the morning about the car being done, while I was not able to answer the phone, they called at least 3 times and left voicemails each time, which is good. When I came to pick up my car, the paper work was not done, and I had to wait for an extra 20 minutes. Being a pandemic time, I was expecting quick in and out, especially if they called so many times that the car was done. I was just a bit surprised I had to wait, was expecting the paperwork to be ready to sign as well, since they started calling in the morning saying the car was ready for pick up. Thank you.

A small/local business/mechanic shop with genuine, honest owners. They know exactly what they are doing and talking about. Don t make the mistake of taking your car somewhere else. Considering it was a feel-bad experience that brought me here (hit-and-run damage), these folks were quite feel-good! Funny, efficient, courteous, friendly. For me the sign of professionalism is leaving something better that how you found it, and they took care to return the car cleaned and in a much better state than how it was dropped off. A bit of mint-on-the-pillow treatment! They handled things with the insurance company right away, so in all I would recommend this casual-feel shop.

Great work, great service. Stayed in communication with me over the course of the repair work. Their work was flawless and i was happy to find that they had also vacuumed and dusted the interior of my vehicle after performing the work. I will go back to them next time I am in need of repairs.

I have only good things to say about Randolph Autobody & Paint. I spoke to Kevin when I came in to get my front bumper repaired from a recent accident, and he was responsive and the work was timely. The team did a great job of blending the paint in with my existing SUV - not easy to do for a car that's 12 years old! Although I hope I don't need to have any more work done any time soon, I'd definitely seek Kevin again.

I had a wonderful experience at Randloph's Autobody & Paint. I brought my BMW in with tons of dings and scratches. My car came back looking brand new!!! They even vacuumed the inside of my car, and now the interior also looks brand new. I'm so glad I brought my car here. They quoted me a fair price and got the job done within a week. I was very impressed!

After filing a claim with my insurance company due to body damage, I ask a few friends who had accident before, and three of them recommended the Randolph Autobody & Paint, and later I found out this shop is top-rated pro-shop. Kevin and his team of talented men took care of the chips in the paint and even removed a few existing scratches. I couldn't be happier with the end result and if I ever need body work in the future, I'll be back.They've been in business for two decades and it shows.
