I was on a long road trip when my alternator went out and I needed to get to my destination quickly. Mike prioritized my repair, finding a high quality and well-priced alternator. He has me on the road within a few hours! He is a true professional, really knows cars, and takes pride in everything he does (even with nice finishing touches, like blowing down and shining the engine!). I couldn't be happier or recommend him more highly!

Mike did an exceptional job on my brake pad and rotor replacement. He took the time to walk me through what he completed so I definitely felt trust with him. Renee was also extremely nice when I first dropped my car off. When any additional work is needed I know who to go to now!

Mike is a great guy. I needed to replace my Prius Hybrid battery urgently - not as simple as I initially thought. Another mechanic I usually use quoted $65 on the phone. I decided to check Pro Autos out since it was close by. Mike quoted $45 and he did it quickly and efficiently. I will be back. Always good to find an honest mechanic!

My brother referred me to Mike. I had issues with my AC and my window. For 2 weeks I ve been going to every mechanic I could find and no luck. Once I was referred to Mike he was able to solve my issue in no time. And also good customer service. I recommend if anybody has an issue with their car should definitely visit this spot.

I had my tire plugged here by the owner a few months back and he was super friendly. Decided to come back because I needed new back brake pads to be put on (brought brake pads myself) and to have my A/C checked because it was blowing warm air. Owner took my car in and immediately changed the back brake pads for me without having to come back and it only took 2 hours and was a good price. I was informed by the owner (mechanic) that my car A/C was part of a wider issue with Honda s made in 2016 and to look up information regarding warranty/recalls for the condenser. If he had not told me this, I would have had no idea that this repair was covered by Honda. Took car to Honda and A/C was fixed for free. Honesty and trust are how you build a loyal clientele. I have been servicing my Toyota Prius for the last three years and I am very happy with the service at Pro Autos. I regularly do oil change there and recently installed catalytic converter anti-theft device. Mike had always been very prompt and provided excellent service

Made an appointment to get my car cleaned inside and out , and its been such an easy and amazing experience. Very good staff and work is spotless and clean. My car never looked so good. I m truly amazed. I ll definitely recommend this place for all services to my friends and family.
