I highly recommend Premier Auto Collision! I accidentally backed into a phone pole in my Jaguar, cracking the bumper casing. Five days at Premier and it looks like it's fresh off the showroom floor! They also repaired the scrapes on the front bumper valence that were from parking lot wheel stops, also looks like new. Beautiful work, and thanks SO much!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Gustavo is an artist with cars. I cannot speak more highly about an auto repair shop/body shop. Gustavo and his Premier Auto Collision CTR Team does fantastic work, are reasonable, and go above and beyond with customers and your vehicles. You and your vehicle are in good hands and will come out like nothing happened (which is how it should be, right?) .sometimes better than new because that s what Premier does say in day out. He has fixed our vehicles (and friends vehicles) for years with the same, consistent level of care and attention to detail. A note: Gustavo knows how to work on Teslas - and he generally doesn t have much wait to get the body work done and done right. I hear Kenwood is backed up for 4+ mos - so you can trust him with Tesla body work! I also got a ceramic coat done - so NICE!

Excellent service and work. They efficiently replaced our rear bumper and body panel after a hit and run to our parked car. The team even washed, waxed, and added gas to our car when the tank was empty.I highly recommend this auto shop!!

The folks here were really helpful and straightforward. I had a bumper replaced on my Benz and they did a top-notch job both in the workmanship and the time to complete it. The color matching was excellent as well. The price for the work fell well within my budget and everything was explained in plain detail before I decided to have the work done. You can't ask for better.

I would HIGHLY recommend anyone I met to go to Premier Auto for superior auto repair work. The team at Premier Auto, and Juan Fuentes particularly, did a spectacular job: excellent communication, reasonable prices and a perfect repair of my collision damage. Hands down, this is the best auto body shop on the planet!! No kidding, they are professional, friendly and their work is outstanding! Gustavo, Juan and the rest of the team are absolutely amazing! I took my BMW 640i convertible here last week for major bumper work and upon pick up, I did a double take! The bumper looked like it came off of the show room floor. Amazing!! I also had all of my alloy wheels painted gloss black and it looked like I purchased brand new wheels from BMW!! If you want some auto body shop, don t look for others, Premier Auto Collision CTR is your best choice. They are responsible, do top quality work and go above and beyond with your vehicles, and excellent customer service. Thanks for Juan, you are the best. I had a bumper stick needed to be removed. From the time I came in for my estimate, Juan was more than helpful in identifying what needed to happen in order to get my back bumper repaired. He was very helpful, communicative, and transparent through the entire process. Originally I was told it would take 2-3 days to complete the repair. I recently took my daughter's Lexus ES350 to Premier Auto Collision CTR for body work/repairs. Now, I have dealt with my fair share of body shops, mind you, as I'm sure most of us have in the DMV area. This is the first time that I have ever posted a review for an auto body shop, so that should tell you a lot in itself. Premier Auto Collision CTR is the best auto body shop in the DMV. They are so amazing that, even if they relocated to upstate NY, I would honestly make that drive for them to work on any of my vehicles, including my Porsche. That's how great this auto body shop is. They have the most honest, courteous, respectful, and professional staff that I've encountered in any line of business. I mostly interacted with Gustavo (the owner) and Juan and they are both such friendly and humble people. Not only was the car ready earlier than estimated, but I swear that this 2010 Lexus that I picked up looked like a brand new 2022 ES350. Their workmanship was perfect! I would give these guys a rating of 10 stars if I could. This was honestly one of the most hassle free and best experiences ever. I realize that dealing with a car accident can be quite unpleasant and stressful, but if you need to take your car in for repairs, do not panic, don't fret it, just pick up the phone and call Premier Auto Collision CTR. Juan was very professional from beginning to end, he helped the experience be as smooth as possible. When I picked my car up, it looked brand new! I couldn t tell where the previous damage was and they even cleaned it internally and externally, which I wasn t expecting at all so that was a huge plus. I ll be recommending this shop to friends and family.

Pros, my vehicle is 5 years old, got t-boned at a 4 way stop. These guys made my vehicle look brand new. I don t ever leave reviews, if I have a bad experience, I say nothing and don t return. I have to say that service was tip top. They dealt with the insurance company, kept me in the loop from start to finish, gave me back a brand new vehicle. It s hard to find honest people doing work at 110% these days, but these guys are doing it.

I have (unfortunately) had to bring several family cars to Premier Auto Collision over the last year. But the good thing is, I can always count on Gustavo and his team to do a great job on my cars. They're very reasonably priced, make the cars look as good as new, and always get my cars back to me at the time they promised. I highly recommend them!

I had work done to repair a dent/ deep scratch on the side and door panel of my suv. I had shopped around at numerous places before choosing Premier Auto. And I am SO happy I did. Kevin was extremely upfront and honest about what needed to get done, the cost of the repairs were very reasonable and there were no surprise additional costs. I would recommend to anyone looking for a body shop!

Update 8/23 - Picked up BMW X3 today and very happy with repairs and especially paint job. Juan handled my car, and he's the best so far. Worked with 2 prior guys in front office at this shop and Juan is the best at getting things done. X3 has been to this shop twice, and another car prior to that, and they rewarded me for my repeat business with nicely painted repair of my M series paint. Prices are fair as well when I have paid out of my pocket versus insurance route to fix extra things. Will repeat my business with this shop because how they treat me and they do great work.Old review..Taken 2 cars here and been very happy with the results. My latest car, an X3, had M series paint & they matched it perfectly. I was relieved when I saw they were working on hoards of BMWs. Their price was very fair and customer service exceptional. They fixed car ahead of schedule. When was the last time you heard of a shop doing that? They fixed a prior car, hit by little old lady, right before a lease return & the inspector passed me with flying colors, no extra charges. That was grrrrrreeeeeat! I'm certain leasing company would have gorged me to fix things, and Premier did the work for a very reasonable price and found a way to do some addition work not covered by by accident funds at a very reasonable cost to me.

My car was sideswiped while parked on the street. Premier Auto got me an estimate for the repair in 15 minutes and were able to get started right away with a 4-5 day estimate for the repairs. They got it done in 3 days and had my car cleaned, detailed and ready to pick up when I arrived. You would never know someone had hit it. Gustavo and Kevin are awesome!

These guys were fantastic! My neighbor hit my car, taking off the rear bumper, denting the rear quarter panel, and damaging one of my doors. I told Premier I had a big road trip planned for a couple of days after my neighbor hit the car and they were kind enough to work double time and got the job done rapidly. And the work they did was beautiful-my car looks better than when I brought it in. Can t recommend these guys enough!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I came in with scratches on the back corner of my car. They told me a very reasonable price up front and made sure all my needs were met. They had the car done early, they cleaned it, and the paneling looks like it did before I scratched it. Kevin was friendly, funny, and professional. Could not have asked for a better experience. I m so happy with my service they did such a good job replacing my bumper and took less than a day. Juan was so nice and helpful they even had someone take me home after I dropped my car off. Process was very easy
