The repair performance extremely exceeded my expectations. My car was shocked by unknown truck when it was just parked. I am so lucky to choose this repair store. The receptionist told me it would took 180~250 to install my headlights. However they completed everything including my bumper repair and only charge me $250. We are so impressed that these staffs in perfect auto repair shop are proud of their work, and they treasure customers, they know life is not easy. Moreover their restroom is clean and beautiful. When you are waiting, you can even go to the nearby mega supermarket to buy a coca imported from Guatemala.

I had an amazing experience with perfect auto. I needed some work done on my car so I called around for quotes. The professionalism present at this shop was immediately evident from my phone call with their front desk. I promptly received a quote from perfect auto which was significantly cheaper than other local shops. The pricing combined with professionalism exuded by their staff made it an easy choice to give them a shot. They could not have impressed me any more than they did.. They not only fixed the issues I brought my car in for perfectly but also identified and correctly diagnosed several others that I had not mentioned. They also caught a couple other issues that I was not aware of. They once again had very reasonable pricing and offered to complete the service very quickly after receiving a couple of photos and sending a few texts. I took them up on all of their offered services and I am very happy that I did- they did a perfect job (pun intended). Their prices could not be beat from my brief search and I would have paid a premium for the service that they provided me.A++ for communication, pricing, professionalism and thoroughness

This place has honestly worked with me so well. I want to thank Mathew for EVERYTHING. I called and were able to see my car with in 5 min from calling. Took his time to explain every single detail. Reasonable prices. They first diagnosed my car and them came to me with the estimate on everything that needs to be changed with NO pressure to approving the job. Gave me the opportunity to think about it and to come back if I was willing to proceed. Automatically I said yes with no thought. They finished working on my car the day and time they promised. My car also needed body and paint work done. They have someone that comes to do it right at the shop. They honestly have all the amazing connections. Communication is HONESTLY PERFRCT. They call you and tell you when parts arrive so you as a customer are always updated on the status. Fernanda and Abdul are also amazing people, the environment in general is so welcoming. They have a beautiful waiting room, coffee, water, BIG SCREEN TV, you name it. The place smells amazing and is super clean. I am honestly so grateful for absolutely EVERYTHING. This has become ALL my cars Doctor.

Best shop around the area. I had my car serviced here for brake and alignment, they did very great job. Fernanda and herring crew was awesome. Nice and fair pricing as well! I definitely recommend and will come back for more future service on my car.

Fernanda and her crew really take great care of my vehicles... They're reasonably priced, gets you in and out quickly, and the customer service is the best! I can honestly say I been on this ride with Ms. Fernanda since she first started managing Perfect trust me she is totally awesome and has made me a forever customer. Not just customer Family!

Honest prices and attentive staff. They take time to properly test their work and respond to all questions. Went here quite a few times to service my car. Last time, I changed the stock disk brake pads and rotors that were squeaking with slotted and drilled ones. Couldn't be happier with the result.

Very professional and honest. I had a flat tire and needed a new tire. Other places wanted to switch all four of them with very expensive tires. Perfect auto Repair recommended only switching one at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend them.

I m so happy we found Perfect Auto. Dependable, fast service. I always worry as a woman having car repairs that I m going to be taken advantage of or treated poorly. Not a concern with Perfect Auto. Great service!

I called at 8am to get my car in for a battery repair/replacement. They were able to get me in that same day at 10:30am on a Saturday. They were polite, professional, and gave me a very exact time for when my car would have the battery replaced and finished by. Definitely a fair price for such a quick turnaround, and great service. Will DEFINITELY be coming here for any other auto care needs.Service: Battery

Went for a trip down to DC and had an issue with the engine, the crew was extremely helpful and did their best. Although work was not done there, they were able to diligently find the issues and guided me through the next steps / process of repair. Would recommend this auto shop as they are experienced and kind.

Inexpensive compared to dealer. I ve taken multiple cars here over the years. I believe the ownership has changed. I feel that I can trust them because they sometimes say that more expensive work is not needed. My only complaint is that the last time I went in they assured me that they could do my standard maintenance and tuneup before 3 but weren t done until after 4.2022 Update: management has changed. The place was totally redesigned and seems more modernized and busier because it looks like they added more repair space. However the vibe does not seem as customer oriented as before. I don t have any complaints because I chose not to use them after I felt the vibe difference and after the new team gave me their pricing. I cannot say whether the service is different quality.

I was stranded 3 hrs from home while traveling to Rockville area this weekend. I called them first thing in the morning, they sympathized to my situation, worked quickly, kept me updated and professionally and adorably got us back on the road! I have been here twice and they are great and reasonable priced. I had a flat tire and they had it patched in 30 minutes on a rainy morning (12-6-2022).In the past they did a few things per my request - spark plugs, cabin air filter and clean battery terminal which I forgot to review (8-17-2022). I was very happy with the work they did last time and my car has been driving great. Again they charged a very reasonable amount for labor and was a whole lot less then going to the dealership / hassle of the dealership. I will definitely use them for any maintenance issues in the future.

My overall experience with Perfect auto had been absolutely wonderful ! They have two amazing people, at the front desk Fernanda and Katherine, who are willing to help their customers along with business partners every step of the way ! I pulled into Rockville for gas on a longer trip, and suddenly saw smoke coming from the hood and a strong burnt-rubber smell. A quick Google search led me to Perfect Auto, and it could not have been smoother. We arrived after 3.30, but they got us diagnosed immediately (master cylinder failure) and stayed beyond closing to finish the repair. Meanwhile, during the long stretch in the waiting room, I had my two autistic children to work with -- and this is where Perfect Auto really stood out. They were made to feel welcome as they wandered around and engaged people in conversation, whether going to look at the car or hanging out in the office. As a special-needs parent, it is a rarity to be able to relax a bit, and the staff at Perfect made this a pleasant stop rather than a chore. Also, the car is now running beautifully!

One of the honest and fair shops around here. My 2004 Acura TSX all of a sudden had lots of lights turned on and shifting jerked the vehicle. After diagnosing it myself error codes points to electrical problems affecting the transmission. 2 other shops I took it to kept telling me it was the transmission going bad and I'd need to replace it costing over 3k. Turns out it was just some rodent that got under my hood and chewed the wires to a solenoid causing issues. Auto clinic repaired the damaged wiring for a fair price. After that issue was fixed they found other problems which they pointed out and told me whether it was a necessary replacement or not. Overall I managed to fix more issues on my car and all for a fraction of what a misdiagnosis at other shops that wasn't even willing to listen to me. I showed Auto Clinic the damaged wiring and Bobby thanked me for saving his team time and actually repaired what I wanted rather try and replace my whole transmission.

I highly recommend not going to this business. Unorganized, partially does the work and when you go to pick up the car when they say it s ready, you wait over two hours for them to finish. Will never bring my car here again.

honda accord was noticeably running smoother after leaving shop with oil change and new spark plugs based on honda service recommendations. much more affordable than dealership and team is knowledgeable, capable, and efficient. happy that shop is open Saturday regular hours again. also, renovations provide more comfort while waiting. expansion of tire warehouse should/could decrease time when new tires are needed. shop seems to still be as high or higher quality as with previous owners.
