He lies and that is the worst part!My experience with this garage has been nothing but NOT fast and ABSURDLY expensive. For example, I paid $140 for one screw in the wiper motor - see the photo. Worst part is that the old dude lies promising to look at your car tomorrow and then the car sits there for days with no phone call, no update as if only he is mortal and we are not, and we have all the time in the world, no plans, we don t need our cars and so on. I suspect that this garage has fleet contracts with nearby vendors - and he perhaps is obligated to prioritize their vehicles - I don t know why he treats regular folk like me with such disdain. Oh, well, if you have a spot by the metro station you can afford to do whatever.

Love Park Rd Auto. Very fair and honest. They do good work too. Best of all, no nonsense to needed repairs. In past, dealer may suggest X. When I ask the guys at Park Auto, they tell me no, I don t need X and show me why.

(Random Event) (New Series) (New Episode)During the normal visit to this town, the one man I randomly ask is the associate assistant where the room is, he said go transfer to the next location which is next door. Where the restaurant is. He told me there s no restrooms there. However the bathroom is disabled and not available for customers in service. Because due to the fact they don t have them. Usually next door where the restaurant is.

Once my warranty ran out, I needed a place I could rely on to take my car for service. Park Auto is perfect - great, fast service at a reasonable cost. The shop owner, Steve, is knowledgeable and well known for his honesty and integrity. Five stars from me!

I recently bought a Jeep from a terrible dealer and Steve the shopper owner and his team are amazing. He helped me to get my truck in top shape and running smoothly in a timely fashion and affordable cost. He and his team try their best to get your car rolling. I definitely recommend

Great customer service, communication, and honest workmanship. Steve is a pleasure to work with, and won't settle for anything but a job done perfectly. Honest, dependable, no bullshit mechanics who truly have their customer's best interests at heart -- and that is a rarity in the automotive industry. I and my family will be bringing all of our cars back there. They are extremely fair and have saved me hundreds in maintenanceOn the opposite side, these guys have very good attitudes. They are bikers - and are awesome by association! :)Bottom line, if you want mechanics who know their stuff and tell it like it is, go to these guys!

I only take my cars to Steve at Park Road Auto. He treats me with courtesy and respect. He treats my cars as if they were his own. He goes over everything to make sure every part is working as it should. He also takes the extra time and care to find a better price, if he believes a new part is overpriced. He knows I don't want my car breaking down on the road, so his work is such that I hardly ever see him, except for my yearly maintenance check. I can't recommend him or his work more highly!

These guys are great. I've taken both my motorcycle and Mazdaspeed 3 here for service...best price in the area with honest service. Very friendly, down to Earth and willing to work with you. Family run shop that I will definitely continue to use for my maintenance.

Mostly competent, but they offer very poor service and are willing to take advantage of you. I went there for a state inspection and Steve failed the vehicle on one point because he thought he heard a rattle and thought that it might be the suspension. Failing something on a hunch isn't good enough. I had to wait to even talk to him while he fixed a pipe on a the sink in the garage, and then again while he sent out his laundry (checking pockets, folding them, then settling the bill with the laundry service). Only go there if you are auto savvy and don't value customer service.

Replaced a failed alternator and had some other minor work done totaling $830. They recommended more service, but when I asked about it, I was taken to the head mechanic who explained the service well. I already had some auto experience and his advice was sound and honest. I opted out of the extra service. Always take the time to understand everything and find out how important it is to do the "recommended" service that auto shops invariably try to sell you. I think this place was better than most shops I have been to in this region.

A friend recommended Park Rd a few years ago. I haven't taken my car anywhere else since. They are great mechanics and have always given good customer service.
