Andy from the repair department/collision center has been very helpful and goes out of his way to help customers.I had a small scratch on my bumper and needed repair. Hearing that I needed my car back sooner, Andy did extra work to help get my car ready in just one day, which has made my life so much easier! He also gave me some free touch up paint to fix some small black spots.Additionally, I checked with several other body shops and they all charge significantly more, so I got it fixed here and it was swift and great quality work.By the way, I bought my car here in 2023, and the front office had nice people too who offered extra help.

Abbas and Carlton are outstanding folks at Ourisman VW. They showed us great respect and worked with us on a fair trade and excellent price to get my Mom s new Tiguan R-line edition ! This is how a dealership should treat their customers! Also the VW is excellent vehicle that I know my Mom will enjoy for years. Thanks for everything!

Service department: 1 starI dropped my vehicle off two weeks ago for a minor oil separator leak that was going to be covered under warranty. I was told it would likely be done the next day. It was not done Friday afternoon and I was promised that I would be called first thing Saturday morning after the tech looked at the vehicle. I was not contacted.The next week I asked for a loaner car and was told that there were not any available. I called every day to check on the status and was told multiple times that the tech was still working on it and that I would be contacted shortly with an update, which did not happen. By the end of the week I asked again about a loaner and was told that I could get one on Friday. While driving to the dealership I received a call that there was not a loaner available after having been guaranteed a vehicle since my car was at the dealership for over a week. I insisted on needing a loaner and waited at the dealership over 30 minutes before getting the loaner. I drove the loaner for 6 days, still with close to no communication on the status of the car.Fast forward two full weeks from the time of drop off, the car was ready for pick up. I got a nice text from another manager and picking up was easy and an additional recall was fixed.I will be taking my car elsewhere for future services.1/5 stars for poor communication

Just want to say . Shoutout to my Guy Ray Palizkar . He did it again. Literally wasn t even suppose to trade my car in . Called my grandma out the blue and asked her if I wanted to trade my car in . He told her to tell me to come up on my birthday . Which was November 16th. Man he truly blessed me once again . I got a brand new 2023 Arteon! My dream car . He literally had me in and out of the place in no time . He s hands down the greatest sales men ever ! I ll most definitely recommend and my family will sure enough be up there soon to either trade or buy. Whichever one it is , I know he ll most definitely make it happen ! Once again thank you ray !

I had a great experience buying a car with this dealership. They mostly have new cars, but I was able to negotiate a fantastic price for a used Mazda CX-5. If you go, ask for Lelo, she is wonderful and very helpful!

It was a great experience working with this dealership. Our salesman Suki was very engaged with helping us through the entire process. At no time did we feel pressured into making any decisions that we were not comfortable with. We will certainly come back to this dealership the next time we are in the market for a vehicle. Ronald was super helpful at getting the service organized so that I could get back to work midday as I needed my car for it. He recommended services and gave his own insight into what he would do to help reduce cost and made sure I had shuttle service and that things were on time. Really great and thoughtful service from him, the driver of the shuttle, and the team overall.

Service was as requested, car delivered clean. Service advisor was friendly and efficient. As car was to be provided, attendant noticed one item not complete and they took vehicle back to garage. I had to wait as I was previously informed that vehicle was ready. The extra service took another 30 minutes while I waited. The service advisor was apologetic and gave me a discount for the inconvenience.

I purchased a 2024 Atlas yesterday, and Ali was great to work with. He was straight forward with the pricing and features of the vehicle, and never pushed for extras. He took the time to walk me through the technology on the car and his tutorial was extremely helpful. The entire process (trade in, financing, test drive, demo) took about an hour from start to finish.

Friendly, low pressure, and excellent service at this VW dealership and service location. They offer some great perks like a complimentary car wash and cabin cleaning with every service, and are well connected by shuttle and transit to metro and local businesses. This is my preferred dealership location in the area for service!

I dreaded coming here for service due to a prior experience with a service advisor & a lousy tech. The tech broke a part that he wasn t supposed to touch so they had to order it and replace it free of charge. The advisor guy was rude, lacked basic communication, and left me without a car for nearly 2 weeks when it had just been dropped off for an oil change.But I dropped my car off overnight for service & my service advisor Abel took good care of me this time. He communicated delays, emailed, called, and texted me. Kept me up to date on everything which is basic common courtesy but not everyone has that at this location. He answered all my questions. A+ service advisor & customer service skills.

Long Post Alert: I initially submitted a review of two stars after an issue I had with one of Ourisman s previous finance managers. He was extremely rude and impatient. I was pre-approved with an auto loan with my personal bank, yet that manager kept insisting I applied for a VW loan. When I asked him about their current APRs, he kept trying to rush me to sign documents. There s so much I can say about him but I found out he was fired, due to his terrible attitude. So I won t dwell on him!Still, I traded in my VW Tiguan for a VW Atlas (Pictured). They purchased my Tiguan for my asking price so I had a credit. I told VW I wanted an equity check of $8k and then they can put the remaining towards my Atlas. Fast forward, there were multiple issues after the purchase. Although my salesperson was great, the finance manager I spoke about earlier, failed to deliver on his end before his termination. There were additional concerns with the sale as well; my registration and equity check didn t arrive after over a month, and then there was a mechanical issue on my vehicle that was supposed to be addressed.If it were not for Jai, Alex, Ben and Matt I would ve lost my mind!!! Jai ensured my service issues were addressed and kept me updated every step of the way!!!! Alex ensured my car looked brand spanking new with a top notch paint job and factory installs!! Ben was awesome!!! He made sure I kept a smile on face and even continued asking if I needed anything after everything was complete!!!Matt was outstanding. Even with a baby on the way, Matt ensured all of my questions were answered! He also made my out-of-town registration was a priority!!!! They fixed everything the old managers didn t do! They also fulfilled all of the promises that the old managers failed to execute!!!These four guys provided the Premier customer experience!!! They turned a negative into a positive and I ll forever be a customer because of them!!!!! Thank you so much guys!!!

Geoff was the best salesman I have dealt with in the DMV area! I looked around at cars for a while before deciding on a Volkswagen Tiguan R-Line. Geoff was very professional and easy going and never pressured me into buying. I happened to be there when he had another client as well. He treated me and the other client as if we were the only people there. Not once did I feel rushed, I always felt he was present and answered all my questions. The head manager was awesome and worked very hard to get me the deal I wanted! Ahmed was my finance specialist and took the time to explain all the packages and paper work efficiently! One of the best and easiest experiences I have ever had! Please asked for them by name if you are going to purchase a vehicle! He will get you the deal you want!

They fixed my car but they are extremely expensive. My Jetta does not have Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC) but they charged me for an ACC recalibration. Cost may have been cheaper if I was charged an airbag recalibration that another mechanic said was needed but they couldn't perform. Avoid using this dealership as I will never use them again. They are dishonest!

Michael Boul was so helpful and make sure I got the exact make, model and even color I wanted. He also showed me all the cool features the car has to offer. While buying cars is normally stressful, I felt confident and calm while going though this process. I couldn t be happier with the service and experience!

Once the dotted line was signed these people checked out completely. The car hadn t had all maintenance yet but they sold it anyways then it was like pulling teeth to get an appointment to fix the issues. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I had to take off of work to get everything straightened out and they offered me nothing for my inconvenience. They do not care! Make sure you bring someone who is educated on cars and financing especially interest rates I had/have 730+ credit and didn t realized they hiked up my interest rate :( I was so desperate for a vehicle after mine died. Oh and make sure the whole underside of the car isn t rusted before purchasing.

Never in my car shopping experience have i ever been pressured with hoping the people could help me, all pleasant at first, simple questions being dodge and being passed to "someone" who has the "answer" instead just be honest and not felt like you about to be set in a trap. I know my credit score is bad, my down payment is average, but the fact that how this people spoke to you so be little. I was the last person left on on the Dealership, spoke to like I have no knowledge about numbers and as i didn't like how I've been spoke, I got up and walk away, and still hear this person saying things because I couldn't agree on their terms. As soon lyft back home, they finally told me what I DID WANT right from the beginning, gave me some promising deal and to turn back so we can close the deal. First off, why does this people trying to upper the deal and then when you walked away, then they'll give the offer what you wanted right from the start, and it was possible to get me the finance what i needed. I didn't feel like going back again even the deal what I wanted was really good, but then again it could be another set up. Tip: Never go alone by yourself with this people, specially when it's about their closing time, their real color comes out.

I had an accident that was my own doing and paid out if pocket for b/c didnt want insurance going up. Ron with service made sure received some discounts and got my car back ASAP since I also had a rental. Great attention was given to me when I purchased and now when I needed repair.

Overall experience was fantastic! I gave up on buying a Golf R due to the conversations I had with other dealerships. Chuck at Ourisman VW called me back and was able to make it happen. Will leave original comment below.Original:Service Department: zero starsSales Department: will not give them a shotBrought my Atlas in for service for a 9am appointment on Monday for a couple of minor issues. No one looked at it Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday. Picked the car up at 4pm Wednesday since I need my car, no one even looked at it. What a waste of time. They really need to fix their scheduling and backlog management process. Something needs to change. Won t be back. Not sure if I should be frustrated with Ourisman, VW, or both ..
