Buying a car post pandemic has been an experience...extra fees, disinterested salesmen, and a lack of inventory really gave me an unpleasant view of trying to purchase a car. However, working with Greg made the whole process a lot nicer. He listened to what I wanted and really tried to fulfill all the criteria. He went to bat for me when I finally found a car that I wanted and tried to help me get the best deal. I was also totally impressed with his Sales Manager, Gustavo, who also was pleasant to talk with and was willing to work with us and our budget. The most stressful part was doing the financing/warranty and being there for 5.5 hours. If they could streamline the process I would give them 10 stars!

Although I spent a full work day here, It was enjoyable. Ian n Gus are great humans. They really got me together. I was able to do a lot of the communication over the phone for my new car. They were able to locate my car and have it there within a day. I am so grateful I chose here for my new car. They were really sweet to work with and if I decide to go Mazda again 3 years from now, I hope these fellas are still here. Thanks guys for getting me right! Side note, Take care of my old car for me now. I know the new owners are going to be proud!

Each time I've visited the dealership, Ronald Martin is always busy assisting his customers. And he seems very efficient at what he does.This was the first time he assisted me, with a Recalled Ignition Switch.I asked if Zachary the mechanic was available to work on my car, and lucky for me he was. I'm pleased with the care Zach shows towards my car.Two additional services were recommended.Ronald showed me photos and explained why the services were needed. The photos were useful in helping me to better understand.I'm very pleased with the service the updates, and the reccomdations from Ronald.I will request him for future service repairs.Thank you Ronald!Novella

As far as a dealer goes, these guys are pretty good. They have really helped me out in the past on some major repairs, even though I do almost all of my own maintenance, they have taken good care of my 2016 CX-9 when I have brought it to them for repairs. Their facilities are pretty nice and I am able to wait for my car to be fixed while doing work in their business center. The only real drawback is the "dealer" prices for service and repairs, but any repairs I can't do myself, I will usually consider Ourisman for.

financing options are extremely limited. I understand that 3% is sent to the credit card companies. This is not a problem elsewhere. Services were very expensive related to other locations. Will not be coming back. Very difficult to get a hold of staff to inquire about status of vehicle.

I was highly impressed with how helpful and simple the process of buying a car was at Ourisman. Brandon was fantastic and Rob in finance had us in and out. I would highly recommend others to this dealership. The icing on the cake was detailing the car and a full tank of gas. I honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience in buying a car.

Service only. Made the appointment online, gave notes about what I wanted done (a free, first time, one year oil change offer from Ourisman I received in an email), and requested a shuttle to the metro station after dropping off my car. When I got to the appointment, there were a bunch of services added to my request, things I hadn't asked for. And my oil change wasn't marked as free. In looking up the service history, these services needed to be done, but I should be informed first and asked before they are added to my service. I agreed to all the services, and while signing out, I was asked if I needed the shuttle still. I said yes, and was told it would wait for me. I finished the paperwork and walked outside only to see the shuttle driving away. The service person called and the driver said he would be back soon. I waited for 25 minutes but then was told the driver would be another 30 minutes. I ended up walking to the metro station. At 3PM I got a call that my car would be ready at 4:30. I arrived (after walking from the metro station) at 5PM. My car wasn't ready, I was told it would be a few minutes. 5:30 no car, 6PM no car. While waiting in the waiting room, Ourisman called me to ask if I needed a shuttle to pick me up from the metro. I had to remind them I was already there and had been there for an hour. At 6:15 I was told my car was coming out and at 6:20 it came out.....dirty. I paid $2,000 for the Ourisman Promise deal when I got the car, to date for no benefit. One thing this was that my car would be washed when it is getting serviced. When I pointed this out, they took my car back to "run it through" the wash. While this was being done, I settled my bill, which still didn't have the oil change noted as free. I had to show the service manager the email I received about the free oil change and he had to do some administrative things to get the charge removed. The total charge came in at over $150 than the estimate I was given in the morning. Don't get me wrong, all of the people I interacted with were very kind, very polite, but it just seems that no one knew what anyone else was doing. And the car is great. Service was needed and worth it.

I came in for an oil change. I was told price was $130.00. My last oil change at a prior dealership was $69.00. When I queried the service rep, he insisted that this was the going rate at all Mazda dealers in Virginia and Maryland. I acquiesced and my car was brought to the service area. I went to the waiting lounge (which is quite comfortable) and made some calls to other Mazda dealerships and found prices ranging from $75 to $79. I went back to the service rep and told him to give me my car and he responded it s already in the service area. I repeated to him that I wanted my car and he gave it to me and I left.If you have a coupon, one might go, but I would be skeptical and wonder if the correct oil would be administered.

I am compelled to share my recent ordeal with the Mazda service department, hoping to spare others this frustration. Initially, I was promised that my car would be ready by Tuesday EOD or Wednesday at the latest. However, this assurance quickly dissolved into a void of communication. It was only upon my inquiry that I was told the parts had arrived, yet, this update led to more silence.The silence was broken with a text stating that the replacement windshield they ordered was incorrect. This lapse in basic verification was disappointing, but what followed was even more so. There was zero communication from their side until I physically showed up to inquire about my car s status. Then, they offered a cheaper windshield as a makeshift solution.I adhered to the agreed-upon schedule, showing up on Saturday, only to be ensnared in further delays due to missing paperwork. The lack of professionalism and accountability throughout this process has been staggering. Each phase of my interaction with the Mazda service department from initial promises to the final letdown was marked by delays, mismanagement, and a troubling disconnection from the basic tenets of customer service.This experience was not just about a series of unfortunate events; it reflected a systemic failure to deliver on promises, communicate effectively, and manage customer expectations. To those considering Mazda for service, I urge you to rethink. It s disheartening to say, but my confidence in their ability to handle even straightforward tasks has been completely eroded.

It was my first time getting my car serviced at Ourisman Mazda and it was a great experience. The service advisor, Joey Springer, was extremely helpful and kept me updated about the status of my vehicle. Their service app provided detailed video about the work being done on my car. They also provided a shuttle service to the nearest coffee shop and any destination within a 5 mile radius of the dealership. They also washed and vacummed my car after the service. I highly recommend Ourisman Mazda for your service needs.

I purchased the Ourisman Promise with the notion that I could use it at the dealership closest to my home not the one 45 minutes away from home where I purchasedmy vehicle. When the appointment was made I was assured it was okay. After arriving I'm told no and the charge was $165. I refuse this and explained this is my first free oil change per my plan. After showing him on my phone he leaves to ask someone. Returns and crosses out the $165 fee and rights in zero. I signed with it being zero. After 2 hours and 50 minutes it's almost ready (3+ hours by the time I left). My experience was not ideal. They were friendly, curteous and the place was clean. Received an apology from the dealership. Everything was explained to me in detail. I appreciate the call. Edited 2/13/2024.

Joey was great and communicated everything to me. I love getting the video of Ourisman checking my car so I know exactly what needs to be done around maintenance. I was in and out without issue.

EXCELLENT EXCELLENT EXCELLENT Customer Service! Wow - A dealership where EVERY single employee spoke to me (even walking up to the door, asking if I needed anything, telling me they hope I enjoy my test drive, etc.) my entire time here! From Management, to Car Sales, to Finance, to the individuals who washed my new car = all smiles and genuinely pleasant! I was nervous to trade in/buy a car alone as I ve always gone with my dad or brothers. I gained so much confidence in learning to navigate this process alone and walked out knowing I was treated fairly, great trade in value/other bonuses, great finance options, and had zero worries of being taken advantage of! I am so glad I decided to come back to the Mazda brand and absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy!

Dropped my car off for routine servicing. Scheduling appointment was easy and I was able to obtain an available appointment almost immediately. Service coordinator kept me posted and offered different options on some needed and optional repairs. Overall very good experience.

Service here is the absolute worst:1. If you paid for the maintenance plan when you purchased the vehicle, they still try to charge you every time you come in for routine maintenance, and you have to argue with them every time2. If you request a loaner in advance when you book an appointment, it still takes them at least 45 minutes to get it ready for you. If they know in advance, why can t it be ready when you get there?3. The salesmen are shady and manipulative. But I guess that s par for the course with car salesmen.4. The maintenance services that are not included in the maintenance plan (if you purchased one) are usually several times the price of the same service at an independent mechanicI deeply regret having bought a car from ourisman.

I purchased Mazda3 carbon edition 2023 from Ali. It was a great experience from the moment i called Ali to ask for the availability of the car, to the test drive, to all the negotiations and to the smooth delivery. This is my first car and I really appreciate Ali s assistance throughout the process. Brandon also helped us navigate through the details during the process. Overall, nice people and great experience.As of the car, it is an exclusive car with all modern safety features, red leather seats and Bose speakers.

I was extremely dissatisfied with the service I received on my VW Jetta. I brought my car in at 8am for a routine 50k mile service and they said they d call in the early afternoon about how the service went as well as send me a video/report of the service and when to pick up my car.By 3pm I called and was not able to get through to anyone. I called numerous times and was never able to get someone on the phone in the service center. By 5pm I had a family member drive me there and they said my car was just about finished they just had to wash it. 30 minutes later they told me I needed a new battery. Finally by 6pm my car was finished but the service advisor who had been handling my car had gone home for the night and someone else had to close me out.The report they finally did show me said that my tires and brakes were fine despite the fact that my service the year before said they would need to be replaced soon, making me wonder if they even documented the correct car.There were numerous documentation errors on my paperwork including incorrect mileage and contact information despite me confirming everything with them in the morning. I am disappointed because I have had great experiences with this shop in previous years but I will not be returning after this.

They fixed my shifter cable problem, but also sold me a new battery, claiming that it was cracked and drained of acid, even though it was one month old. I gave the old battery to my mechanic, who in turn gave it to his service rep who supplied the battery. The rep said that the battery was fine, but agreed to supply a new one. I'll be getting a refund from my mechanic, but now I do not trust this dealership!

So, we went to this dealership seeking out one car and ended up finding the car of our dreams. The salesman, Joseph Crawford, was amazing from start to finish and has even reached out to tie up loose ends and see if he can help after the sale. This has never happened before in any buying of a car and we really appreciate their level of care. The place was comfortable and everyone we met was very nice. They even offered us pizza. We also love the car very much and are thinking of returning for future cars. If you want to skip paying 8k for a reservation or waiting list and being treated like its 2020, come to Ourisman Mazda Rockville.

I scheduled an appointment for the morning with the service department, they said the work would be completed within a day. However, it took a total of 4 days, and I learned they only started working on it on the third day. There was no loaner provided during this extended period. Upon picking up my car, and after the complimentary car wash, I noticed a large scratch on the driver's side. When I inquired about it, they claimed it was pre-existing but became noticeable after the complimentary car wash due to its previous dirtiness.note that I had washed my car just a week prior.

We had a fantastic experience at Ourisman Mazda of Rockville! We went in expecting the worst (based on horror stories about the car buying experience) and were pleasantly surprised. Sway and his manager were very willing to work with us to find us a vehicle that fit our needs and budget, including locating a vehicle at another location and having it delivered the same day. Sway also went above and beyond to ensure that we received our tags as soon as possible after they were delayed in arriving. We would highly recommend Ourisman Mazda and working with Sway if you're in the market for a new vehicle.

I initially only scheduled to have an oil change. While my car was being serviced they brought up additional issues of concern. Usually I decline because I don t want to over pay for service, however they we adamant due to the nature of the issue and assured me it would be covered under my vehicle warranty. They ended up keeping my vehicle for over a month and while not ideal, I had a loaner that met my needs and Joey kept in contact though the entire process. He was kind and followed up several time to let me know the status and answered any questions I had. I really appreciated the communication from him. Can t wait to comeBack.
