Let me start off saying Hector Zacipa is the salesman you want to see! After so many bad experiences with other dealerships all around the tri-state saying they have the car or are willing to hold the car for you and by the time you get out there either the car isn't there or is already sold. I am from NJ found the car online put in an inquiry and was quickly contacted. I let Hector know about my past bad experiences and also let him know I will be coming out of state. He went and got the keys and made sure the car was in his possession and then informed his manager about the scenario and agreed to hold the car until we got there. So my wife and I got ready and took a little over 3 hour trip from Central Jersey to Rockville Lexus. From the moment we arrived the sales staff was great. They called Hector, he came to meet us and just his welcoming personality was reassuring we made the right decision coming to this dealership. He knew we had a long drive and offered us refreshments and snacks and then continued to take out to see the car and then for a test drive. The test drive experience was great he definitely knew the product he was selling and never at any point did we feel pressured. Got back to the Dealership met with the finance department and things just went so smoothly. Wrapped up the paperwork and was handed the keys and Hector continued to be of great service. He brought out the bow to place on the car and offered to take pictures for us. I've worked at dealerships and I've been to many dealerships over the years, I have never bought a car from a dealership. I have to say I always hated the whole "dealership" experience and never wanted to go through with it for myself. I have to say Hector has changed that experience for me and just wanted to say thank you to him for that. Even after a week he still called to check in just to make sure everything was still okay and if there's anything he could do feel free to call. Now that's excellent service and if I do buy another Lexus in the future hopefully Hector's still around I won't hesitate to make the drive to Rockville Lexus. Thank you so much Hector it's been a great experience!

Great dealership ! Excellent customer service. It was a quick and easy process. Managers were willing to help out and get us the car that we wanted with a great deal. Highly recommended this dealership to anyone. Ask for the sales lady Yuki. She is the best.

I highly recommend coming here.! I had the pleasure of working with Dela and he is phenomenal.!!!! My favorite part of the experience was that I was nervous about my credit and if I even would be able to approved and I expressed my concerns to Dela and he encouraged me to still come in he was very positive! I enjoyed working with Dela because even though he s a salesman he wasn t pushy or forceful he felt like a friend that really wanted the best for me he didn t try to sell me on anything else other than what I truly came in for.! Also along side working with him was Rosanne in the business department that fought hard for me to get approved.!! Rosanne and Dela was so genuinely happy for me when I stated crying tears of joy they response felt so pure.!!! Ourisman of Rockville is a place that makes you feel welcomed, that fights for you and have genuinely great staff.!!! I can t thank you enough Dela and Rosanne for placing me in such a beautiful clean car.!

I recently had a flat tire and needed to tow my vehicle to the dealership because it was missing the required wheel lock to receive roadside assistance. On the Wednesday of this incident, a service agent contacted me. While I anticipated the inconvenience of being without transportation, three days passed without receiving any communication from the service agent to share updates about the status of my vehicle or seeing the status change on the link he provided. When I finally called to inquire about the maintenance progress, a representative notified me that my vehicle was ready, but the cost of repairs was unavailable. Approximately $608 later, I had my vehicle, and the service performed indicated a new tire was mounted, plus the cost of a new lock set. I m devastated, not because of the price of my invoice but because of the subpar customer service I received. Communication is essential in every aspect of business, and this agent failed to meet the standard I would have expected from the Lexus brand.To make matters worse, I m not sure the tire is new since the tread looks identical to the other three unchanged tires. I don t know if the new lugnuts I purchased are on the wheels because I did not see or receive the old set. Clients should be able to trust their service department to provide quality communication throughout the process and operate with integrity when making recommendations about vehicle service needs. I love my sales experience here and hope to establish a positive rapport as a returning customer. Unfortunately, I m not confident I would feel comfortable returning to this location for future service work.I look forward to hearing from a member of management to follow up on this matter soon.

I recently bought a car from this dealership and the service was phenomenal! I ve been shopping for a new car since October and was in contact with Moquit periodically to see if any new inventory was available. Finally in February the car I ve been wanting was available and within my budget! From the test drive to completing the paper work, it was a smooth process and all of the staff at Ourisman were very accommodating and hospitable! Thank you for my new car, I am enjoying it so much.

Kofi was a pleasure to work with. He was helpful and honest. I was in need of a new car because I had recently been in an accident and Kofi was sensitive and sympathetic to my situation. Honestly, everyone at this dealership was incredibly nice. When my fianc� and I walked in, we were greeted with a round of applause from the employees (I guess they were having a meeting or something cause they were standing in a circle). This was a hilarious and nice welcome first thing in the morning. At one point, I had mentioned that we hadn t eaten yet and was hungry, Kofi had someone bring by an assortment of snacks to choose from. I pretty much felt like royalty. The entire buying process was simple and smooth. Chatting with Amal in the finance department felt like I was chatting with a friend. She even mentioned that we d probably be done way sooner but we were all having a nice time talking! Thanks again Kofi and Amal and to everyone that made us feel welcome. The car is fantastic and even had a little photoshoot with it!

Brendan Bart and his team are excellent! I brought in my wife s Lexus NX 300, F Sport, for first time oil change and routine maintenance. He gave me a loner NX 300 and I can track it on my phone to see all progress. All my three Lexus cars are getting the great service here. I highly recommend to everyone! Looks like its finally time to write my review on Ourisman Lexus of Rockville. Might be a long read but boy is it good. Ourisman Lexus is a disgrace and everyone working there should be terminated ESPECIALLY Willie Savage and his minion Kofi Boama.In May of 2023, we were interested in a beautiful Lexus LS500 and we contacted Lexus of Rockville to see if it was available. We stated that we were an out of state buyer and Kofi told us that they needed someone to be here to PHYSICALLY look at the car. Thats totally fine with me. Taking precaution. So we sent a close relative over to show that we were real and they agreed to sell us the car after showing them we were legitimately interested.So they sent us over an invoice for the car and we sent the WIRE TRANSFER for almost $60,000. Cool, looking good so far.The day finally comes for me to go pick the car up but for some reason Kofi still thinks that we aren t real and that we are scammers. (he told me later on when we went to test drive and go get gas I didn t think you were actually coming because we deal with scammers time to time (more on this later)).When I finally show up to see and pick up the Lexus LS500, the car WAS NOT EVEN READY even though we told them that we were coming. Mind you this is AFTER we sent an almost $60k wire. Exterior not washed, interior dirty, the CarPlay we asked for not installed, and the key is missing. Not prepared at all even though Kofi KNEW I WAS COMING!Kofi then left me waiting around for an hour or so while he looked for the missing key and so I went to the front desk to ask if they knew where Kofi went.The lady at the front desk (who I shall not name) was super friendly but as soon as I said Kofi s name she gave a big sigh like she knew how terrible of a person he was and said its always something with him. Kofi finally shows up over an hour later with the key and we take it for a little drive which is when we go to the gas station and basically states that he thought I was a scammer. Nice. We get back to the dealership and I am handed over to Willie Savage (his manager). His last name really resonates to his personality because my god is he something.I visibly am frustrated by this point from the terrible service and Willie seems to not give a flying f*ck and now tells me to go sit down (pretty disrespectful) and when I voice my frustration with their service he gets angry (makes sense because he looks like a hothead) and threatens me. Also nice.After a bunch of run around with paperwork (a small hiccup because we purchased under our business and not personal), I was able to take the beautiful Lexus LS500 home.What a great staff you guys have. Also note that I have an automotive page with over 100k followers that I could ve easily blasted you guys on and very well connected in the Lexus community (be happy I didn t). Hope you guys are proud of Kofi Boama and Willie Savage. Great representation of the company.

Purchase a 2019 BMW X5 today. Made contact with Moquit two days ago. Excellent customer service and communication. Made contact with Sasan last night to go over financial. Again, excellent customer service and communication. It was a great experience meeting these two gentlemen. They definitely made my experience a very pleasant one. Very respectable of my time. I took my car there for service. Despite clear instructions not to wash my already clean car, it was washed and poorly dried, leaving marks and water stains. This is the second time this happened at Rockville. Also, the loaner car was dirty and had food left inside. I am extremely disappointed and will no longer use your services. I have also advised my friends and family to avoid your center.

My experience at Ourisman Lexus of Rockville was excellent. We were wanting the highly sought after 2024 TX350 and Moquit Malik made our car-buying journey truly exceptional.Mo s dedication stood out as he called and checked in frequently ensuring he would find us the exact model and color way we were looking for.When the car finally came in, Mo went the extra mile and drove it to our house to show us the car. A few weeks ago, my wife and I bought RX300h from this dealership. We highly recommend Chris as a sales person there! We had checked the inventory of a few candidate cars in this dealership through online before we went in. Called in to confirm the stock status. Chris happened to answer and confirmed the inventory status over the phone. A few of our candidate cars were already sold during the previous weekend. This RX300h model is very popular! We told Chris which cars we would like to check out. A few hours later, Chris were waiting for us with those cars in front of building. We test drove those in town and on highways. Chris was very kind and patient, answering our questions about different options and how those things work. We decided on one particular car that we liked. After that, the sales process was very quick. After all the paper work was done, Chrisagain kindly instructed us how to use the touch screen options and different bells and whistles that came with the car. He even helped us to link up the car with our cell phones and Lexus Connect. He is very knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommended. We are very satisfied with Chris and our RX300h. It is a great car!

I can highly recommend Ourisman Lexus of Rockville. I just completed an internet purchase of a car - buying it from one city and having it shipped to another city 1500 miles away. Everyone I encountered in sales and financing were very helpful, courteous, and willing to jump through several hoops with this rather complicated purchase/delivery. They sent me videos of the car, arranged a very thorough complete vehicle inspection by an independent 3rd party, and quickly fixed all items that were identified by the inspection which needed repair. Ourisman arranged a transport company who picked up the car (I even got a video of the car being driven onto the transport trailer!), and the driver delivered the car where and when he said he would. Bill, Josh, and James made this purchase informative, pleasant, and efficient. Ourisman is a great dealership because it has great people working there whose priority is to take great care of their customers!

Terrible and unprofessional. I m an out of state customer and I purchased a vehicle in November of 2023 and still have yet to receive my license plate. They had to send me two temporary tags due to dropping the ball and not submitting my insurance information supposedly . The second tag expired on 02/20/2024 and when I spoke to James Wang last he stated that he was over nighting me a new tag but there will be a 1 day delay due to it being Presidents Day. I m a very patient person and we are now in March and I have not received that new tag and he is not returning my calls. I was informed by someone else they had an issue with the title of the vehicle and that s why there is a delay A professional organization and business would have a title squared away before selling a vehicle. I called the dealership yesterday 2/29/2024 and was getting the run around because they told me it s the end of the month and are trying to complete sales once again very unprofessional. They sold me a car with title issues and are shoving me to the side to make other sales. Stay away!!!

We highly recommend this dealership! We were treated well by all we interacted with. Brionna was professional, helpful, not pushy, and followed up with us after the purchase in case we had questions about the car. Very positive experience overall. The process was fast and transparent. Given the relative shortages of RX350h models, we had to order our car based on multiple criteria - interior and exterior colors, options, etc. Pei and team were able to identify a perfect match much sooner than expected. They also stood by their end of the bargain.

I purchased a CPO Lexus NX from them and I worked with Franklyn in sales. He was a very professional gentleman and helped me throughout the process. I had made them re-do paperwork which is always a pain, but they were still very kind and helped me get it taken care of regardless. Rosanne in finance was also very pleasant to deal with & got me a great deal on a warranty. I highly recommend this dealership!
