Vanessa has allows been amazing in helping me. The body shop did a great job. Diamond contacted me to let me know the car was almost done and she would call after they washed it. T checked me out. All was good thanks team.

Some liquid leaked from a pipe above my car in a garage and left some ugly spots that my usual car wash guys were unable to remove. They said the liquid probably corroded the painting and a repaint would be necessary. I brought the car to Ourisman s Collision Center. Vanessa took care of the issue and fixed it in 15 minutes. Great can do attitude. No repaint needed. A million thanks !

Honestly the worst auto shop experience I've had in my life. Estimated time of completion was four days... yet I got the car back nearly a month later. Staff did little to actually assuage my concerns when i voiced them - they just wanted to hurry me out soon. John was cordial, though. Not the others.Would strongly recommend that everybody get estimates and go to other auto shops. I also bought my car from Ourisman Rockville and thought I'd get superior service as a result. Turned out the complete opposite. Don't play yourself, go elsewhere.

WARNING Never ever use Ourisman Collision!! After being hit on I270, I brought my VW to Ourisman for an estimate to be written and photos taken for the insurance company. It was okayed by the insurance company but Ourisman said they couldn t start on repairs for 3 weeks. During that time though, the parts were supposedly ordered so they d be on hand when I brought the car in. I waited the 3 weeks, brought my car in and was told to allow 2 weeks for completion. As of this date, this Wednesday, it will be 8 (EIGHT) weeks and I still have no idea when I might see my car again. No explanations, no apologies, no return calls, NOTHING.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Terrible customer service and absolutely sloppy job done. I had to bring it back again for additional repairs and they didn t even put the trims back on. It was literally sitting on my passenger chair.

Terrible experience. If you have the option avoid this place at all costs. They took forever, terrible communication, multiple mistakes on their part and they simply don t care. Go anywhere but here.
