Chuck and Emir totally took care of us! Came in 35 minutes from closing and they took us with open arms! Totally amazing customer service and willing to help in anyway they can! Amazing people, amazing services. Definitely coming here for my other cars tire changes!

I cannot speak more highly of Chuck and Emir. I was cleaning my car early on a Sunday morning and when I touched the valve stem of one of my tires, air started coming out. I had no idea where I would go for service on a Sunday. But I googled and found this NTB near me. Chuck and Emir took me right away, and Chuck told me it was a quick fix and I just needed a new valve. They took my car back immediately and I was done within 20 minutes. They kept me informed throughout the whole process, and were very kind with excellent customer service skills. I told them I m a customer for life! I would absolutely use them for any vehicle needs.

Jin (the manager) and his mechanics are very detailed and skilled. While I was getting new tires, one the techs noticed one of my rear pads was down to 3mm and the other 6mm.Turned out one of the pistons froze (see the bright silver circle). Jin had his team replace both bracket and pistons - no charge. Best auto service I've ever had!

Emir and Jason are absolutely fantastic individuals to seek assistance from! My dash lit up like a Christmas tree! I rolled into NTB panicked, almost closing time at 5:54 PM and these gentlemen stayed late to trace my issue and provided a right-fit replacement for my mini van! This is the tire shop I m adding to my speed dial!

Great service from Jin, store manager, and Emir, the service manager. I arrived with an emergency flat tire just a few minutes before they close their shop, they took the time to assist and took the extra time after hours to get everything sorted out. Five Stars.

Emir, Anthony, and Patrick have been a godsend for my old Jaguars for the past few years, and just as great with my new Genesis for the past year. They do great work, they re super considerate, and they ve always gone above and beyond to make sure that they only do work that is necessary or requested by me to avoid charging me unnecessarily. I will continue to rely on them whenever I need routine and even non routine work!

Great customer service. I was greeted with a warm welcome. I m not very knowledgeable about Cars, but did enjoy my information filled conversation with Thomas. I will definitely be back for car service.

I didn't catch his name but I went on on the day after Christmas with a tire valve that wouldn't hold air, and the guy there fixed me up in 5 mins! He didn't even charge me anything but I definitely tipped him. Great service and I'll come back when I need new tires!

When replacing 2 tires takes over 2 days the place isn t worth it. When the manager Patrick raises his voice and lies to his manager about what s happening the place isn t worth it. When Patrick doesn t call and keep me abreast of what s going on and he hangs up on me the place CANT be worth it. I would never use this place ever again.I ll bet I get a canned reply to this saying sorry we didn t meet your expectations go to this URL to let us know how we could do better. I have an idea you should care about customer service bc it s clear Patrick who comes to work with the flu isn t great at it at all.My car has been at this shop since Friday afternoon 12/15 with no word or clue as to when it will be able to be picked up its now going on Sunday 12/17 with clue when I ll get my car back. Just two tires needing to be replaced. Oh and by the way it s not their fault this is what Patrick made very clear.

I am not 100% sure where the 4.2 stars came from. Maybe they did small services and demanded for a customer review. After I got on time to the appointment I was told that it will take 2.5 hours. They stated adding additional fees that I did not calculate or properly explained in the online appointment process. They got my $25.00, but I will not let them take my entire money to just change a tire.

This is a great location! I want to say thank you to the staff for their quality work and great customer service. Very friendly atmosphere and really helped out with my CR-V. It's a little out of the way for me, but I will definitely be making the extra trip to continue visiting this location.

Pay more attention to what they're doing. They didn't put air on tires, they left one lug nut loose on one tire. I have to come back to the location to have these issues fixed. I had an appointment for 11:00 am and they finished at 12:45pm. Very slow service for installing to tires (Front)

Stopped in to have new Nitto tires installed on my Jeep. The check-in was easy, and the service member even found a discount that I had missed during the web scheduling and added it for me.When I picked up my Jeep, a mechanic named Edwin stepped in and assisted the service desk when he noticed a line was forming. He clearly has a passion for his job, taking a moment to talk shop about the upgrades I ve done to the Jeep. He also has excellent customer service skills, far beyond what I expected when I walked into an NTB.I ll definitely be a return customer for future tire care needs.

I came in with a flat tire that COULDNT be driven on. I asked if they could even just help me put my spare tire on. They said they couldn t help me because they were so busy and I needed to go somewhere else.. I had to call my coworkers to come help me change my tire. I look over into the service bays and there is not a SINGLE technician working. I will NEVER come here again. EVER.

Went to get two new tires and the service was great I was able to walk around the shops and by the time I was done so was my car. Daryl helped me and he was great!

As a woman who finds navigating car things difficult. NTB made my experience absolutely amazing. The entire staff was super nice to me they explained to me what I needed they got it done in a timely fashion and I genuinely felt safe. I couldn t thank them enough for their wonderful services. Will most definitely be back again!!!!

I would like to thank the lovely staff at this location who put all their dedication and effort into making sure all the issues with my vehicle were fixed and leaving me a incredibly satisfied customer. I'd like to give an extra special thank you to the service manager Emir A. who took the time to try several different ways to make sure my vehicle was up and running! It feels so good knowing my car was in very capable hands and that there was so much dedication put into the job no matter the obstacles that appeared. Words simply can not express just how thankful and truly grateful I am for the quick and easy the job was and how kind and cooperative the staff were. I would absolutely reccomend this location for anyone looking for a well done car repair and isn't prepared to deal with busy and $$$ dealerships.

Made an appointment for my car. Then when I got there I was making excuses to not do the job. If you don't want to work don't go to work would never go to ntb and I wouldn't recommend anything to go

Was quoted 45 minutes for an oil change, an hour and a half later I was informed that it would be at least 2 more hours . For an oil change?? Had to drive to get parts I booked this online yesterday, shouldn t your business be prepared for a simple oil change, which includes oil filters? The only reason I didn t give 1 star, was because the receptionist tried to make it right, not the brightest but definitely polite.

This place was the best I have seen in customer service and price MR Jalan. He work at the counter I highly recommend that he be the general manager of this place. He is extremely talented and I don't recommend going any whear els but there. Wawo never going any whear els but hear.

The whole crew was great. Got a chunk of metal in the side wall of my tire. Stopped by without an appointment. They had the tires I wanted in stock, got them replaced and back on my way.
