I cannot speak to the quality of work done here because I only had a safety inspection done in order to register my van with the state. At first I felt a little sketchy about this place. I failed the inspection and went back to my shop to get some things fixed. They confirmed the inspection was legit. I took my van back for re-inspection and passed. These guys got me in and did their thing and got me out both times. I wanted to write this review to let people know that even though I had reservations about this place I do believe they want to provide a legit service. But again I cannot speak to the actual quality of their work.

Took great care of my car and make sure I got the correct parts to keep my vehicle in great shape. Shout out to Christian! He's fair, honest and experienced in his trade. Great person to deal with, your car is safe here and they have great deals on inspections! Thank you guys!

Really nice and fast service. I've called like 20 other places for same-day MD inspection and everyone was busy. At New Level Auto Service I got my car inspected in under one 1 hour from the time I called them. Definitely stop there if you are looking for affordable and convenient service.

Brought a truck in for state inspection with Christian after seeing the company's state inspection Groupon. Very professional and courteous. Drop off was easy (and covid safe) and the inspection was done thoroughly and quickly. Honest job done with no frivolous fixes tacked on like you may experience elsewhere. Would recommend and will be back for further service.

I found this place through the Maryland DMV website because I needed to get my car fixed to pass inspection and New Level was on the list and near me so I tried it. It is a modest looking shop in an industrial park but Christian is an honest mechanic who gave me a very good price for the work I needed and worked with me on understanding my options. I am now a loyal customer.

I went here last week for a state inspection, and had my car inspected by Christian. After noting that I needed new (front) break pads, Christian was able to install them the same day (for a price comparable to the mechanic I usually go to) and even showed me my rear pads to note when I should look into having them changed! My mechanic recently moved, so I'll definitely be coming back!

I took the car for MD Safety Inspection. The inspection report said the car needed front break shoes and rare suspension replaced. The shop gave me an estimate, and I agreed to make the repair at the shop. After the repair, the car was making noise when the gas paddle was pressed. We got a great deal on Maryland State Inspection, we could go in the very next and they were able to get it done quickly. The place can be a bit difficult to find, there's a big sign for a marble shop next to it.

Not my first choice...i should have looked at another groupon and paid $300 for all around brakes AND rotor replacement. Guess there is something to be said for jumping at the first "deal" you see....live and learn.

I been bringing my auto to this shop since I heard they re open, I love the customer service they provide, explaining you what s going on with your vehicle and what approximately would cost you. Excellent in details and great experience for me the prices are very reasonable I definitely would recommended to my friends and family.
