I was referred here by a friend and he said they were really nice, honest, and efficient and they were all of the above. I just needed a new valve stem for my tire and I was treated like I've been coming here for years. Great customer service all around and very fair pricing. Highly recommend and will definitely be back for mechanical work.

I woke up to a flat tire the morning I was supposed to drive 5 hours home to Cleveland. So grateful I found Nealy Tire & Auto! I showed up upon opening, they were very clearly busy but were able to squeeze me in and very quickly found a big nail in my tire. The got it patched up and had me out the door before 10am! Their pricing was great and I would definitely recommend their service.

Outstanding customer service! Highly recommend this auto shop. I was in a pinch to get a state inspection and they were able to squeeze me in and quickly get my inspection done. The receptionist was SO friendly and accommodating! Will definitely come here again.

Neely Tire and Auto was the shop I had been looking for far and wide! They know what they are doing with my Mercedes Truck. They were able to identify the cause of the challenges I had been encountering and provided me with peace-of-mind that there is no guess work on their part! I will be using them for both my Mercedes in the future and look forward to a long, mutually beneficial relationship with them. I have to re-emphasize THEY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING AND HAVE THE EXPERIENCE TO FIX THE ISSUE!! Thank you Neely

Nealey Auto was fantastic! Quickly identified my problem, provided solutions (as well as other recommended services), and repairs were completed within 24 hours. Everyone there was kind, professional, and clearly communicated the status of my repair. I won t be going anywhere else from now on for any car needs!

I went for an oil change. I requested an appointment online. I was called the next day to confirm the appointment. The appointment was done fast. Usually dealers take couple of hours while here I was home within an hour. Mary, at front desk, provided me price quotes for tires as well as battery after free multi point inspection was done (do check their website for service specials). Appreciate the mechanic as well as Mary for the great service.Service: Oil change

This place has some of the nicest and honest people I've ever dealt with. I had what appeared to be a problem with a tire valve, They were able to squeeze me in and checked the whole tire out. In the end, they couldn't find an issue and ran multiple high pressure tests on the tire and valve. They mounted the wheel back on, and put the spare and jack I had out back in place. They didn't charge me a cent. They wouldn't even accept a tip for all the help. I'll definitely be coming back.

Great customer service. Davied and Perdita were both welcoming and went beyond and after to provide the best advice. Easy check in check out. Place was clean, near, organized.I definitely recommend doing business with them.

I took my car in to have a patch in my rear tire. I had a complete inspection report sent to my phone within the hour. Due to the company s policy they were unable to plug the hole since the tire was previously patched. Mary was super helpful and provided me quotes for new tires and other maintenance services my car was due for. I didn t have it in my budget to replace my tire at this time, but they were more than happy to fill the tire back up so I could take it somewhere else. Mary even stayed late for me to pick up my car after work. Once I m able to purchase the tires, I ll definitely be using Nealey s!

Had the best experience here! Mary at the front desk was lovely and so helpful and Matt was very knowledgeable about what was going on with my tires. The waiting room was very clean and I was able to have coffee and connect to wifi while I waited for my car diagnosis. The diagnosis only took about 15 minutes so I was in and out.

I have nothing but amazing things to say about this place. Mary at the front desk was so helpful and always so easy to communicate with. She followed up with me even after my car had left their shop to make sure I was happy. I will definitely be coming back.

Great communication and professionalism by the Nealy team. Prompt with responses and Mary from the Rockville location was extremely nice and very professional as was Mario from the Edgewater location. My water pump was repaired and my car is running smoothly! The only reason I did not give 5 stars is the price was very high compared to the market value of the repair I was quoted. But overall a great service center .

John has worked on all my vehicles. He has always been straight forward, honest, diligent and very reasonably priced. If you are looking for a local shop with great service I would highly recommend Rockville Tire & Auto.

Service was great. Steve was on top of the communication. The estimate and the order form were wonderful. Called to let me know when it was done. Follow up text asking how everything was is a nice touch. Will be taking my other car in for service when it's needed. I dropped off my Nissan Murano late in the afternoon and the shop called at 7:00 am the next morning with their diagnosis in an effort to get parts in as quickly as possible and get the car back to me that day. I had pulled the codes before dropping it off and they had a tech ready on the call who was very knowledgeable about the specific codes and provided some details on how they affected downstream systems for my vehicle that I was no aware of and helped me better understand the symptoms I had experienced. They sent detailed quotes by text message with ability to accept / reject per line item which was very helpful. I've never seen a better customer interfacing system at a mechanic shop. I had a radiator, thermostat, and cooling hoses replaced and haven't seen any issues. My only complaint is with myself because I had a $100 coupon if work done was over a certain amount and I forgot to bring it with me when I went to pick up the car. I would recommend this vendor from my experience with them so far.Service: Vehicle Inspection

I went to this place to have my tire fixed they sold me i needed two tires quoted me 500 when i received the first invoice it was 700 and they said all my bolts were bad and handed me an invoice for 1100. I'm picking up my car. after reading all the reviews i hope i'm not going to have issues with my car. What a shame the staff was so nice.

Friendly and helpful Staff.Installed, aligned 4 tires, along with a general free check over of my car. Finished in less time than they originally thought it would take.I would recommend this place for tire installation and alignment.

Got a flyer in the mail and wanted to see what they were about. Just took my VW there. Mary and Tyler were awesome and you feel like the mechanics and team care about your vehicle and experience. There are DOZENS of auto shops on Gaithersburg, Rockville, and Germantown but they lack the feel and mission statement that Nealey has. Everyone wants to tell you that your vehicle needs some random high dollar repair or something is wrong (kind of like HVAC people telling you that your AC unit needs to be replaced.) I usually use the dealerships or other high-end auto shops, but realize they don t really care about the customer. Just taking peoples money. That works once maybe, then people will just stop going. Nealey has the right people and the right mission statement, which is why they have earned my business. Taking my second vehicle in there in a few weeks. Any of the negative reviews are suspect. Go speak to them face to face and you will see why they are the people you want responsible for your vehicles livelihood.V/rService: Oil change

Excellent customer service and repair work done for the BG fuel induction service, throttle body service, and timing chain tensioner. Will return for other car maintenance as necessary.
