NAB was extremely professional as well as perfectionists. Somebody hit my wife's VW Beetle and I had to make sure my wife was 100% satisfied and that it looked the same or better than before the accident. And low and behold it looked even better! Great team at National Auto Body. If anything happens again, and you know it will, I will be sure to come to them again!

I've had my BMW Z3 there twice in the past couple of years. Once for major work and once for something minor. Both times, everyone at National Auto Body was great to work with. They're friendly, informative, and the work was flawless. Both times I felt they went above and beyond expectations to ensure the highest quality results. I've had several people comment on how my 23 year old car looks like new. I wish more businesses were run like this.

Great communication and quality of services and repairs. Very courteous and kind customer service. The repairs were done quickly. My car had a suspension and wheel damage and a person who did the alignment drove with me to ensure that everything was good and I was satisfied. I appreciate such level of commitment. The car looks like new and there's no sign of any damage. I'm very happy with the National Auto Body and their service. It's a solid shop that does high quality work. National Auto Body is first rate at repairing any kind of automobile body damage. Their estimates are fully accepted by USAA. Auto insurance and claims are handled very quickly and efficiently. Definitely would recommend! Everyone I ve interacted with here has been wonderful. They make the entire process (dealing with insurance claims/estimates, getting a rental) easy and stress free. Very communicative as well!Had my car fixed here twice over the past 2 years and service has been top notch both times!

This is our go-to auto body shop. They do an excellent job, I felt like I was getting a new car back. I was informed when buffing could improve the look, rather than, (for example) replace a door.They were also so accommodating when I couldn't pick up the car right away as my husband was in the hospital. They kept the car until I could figure out the logistics.Our car was to be partially covered by insurance. This was absolutely seamless from my point of view.And, they have a nice candy jar near the front door!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I brought in my 2016 Mercedes-Benz AMG GTS to National because the front bumper had some damage. I worked with Drew who was very professional. He kept in touch, and was very responsive, detail oriented, and patient with me throughout the process. The shop is also very clean and organized. When it comes to the best in auto body and painting look no further. I took my Porsche macan to get the front fender and bumper repaired due to a high schooler learning how to drive well you know that rest .. But Oleg, Anthony and crew are the best they put my vehicle back together with oem parts and it looks like it was never in an accident. Highly recommend!

Had no interest in straightening out a minor bumper hit on my truck, just wanted to replace the whole thing for $1500. The guy told me with a straight face that chrome bumpers can't be tweaked, just replaced. Are you kidding me? Another shop fixed it in 10 minutes for $30.Might be a good shop if insurance is paying but stay far away if they aren't.

I brought my charger down to National Auto Body with body damage after being involved in a collision and the guys there did a heck of an awesome job. They took the time to do the job right, which isn't what you see often. My car looks brand new. They worked on my fiance's truck multiple times and even my future mother and laws van. These guys have integrity and take care of their customers. It's a small family business which is awesome. Anthony, his brother, adorable mother at the desk, father...everyone..did awesome work!

My car was hit on the front panel and then back panel while parked in the span of a week. No other area was involved. I ve used two body shops in the region. One is further than I prefer to drive, and the other closed on the retirement of the owner. So, I decided to try this body shop near my home. I got an estimate and scheduled the work a month and a half in advance (the earliest date available). They were _extremely_ interested in whether I was using an insurance claim to pay, which I wasn t. I dropped the car off, and then got a call 4 days later telling me that after removing my back bumper they would only be able to reattach it if I paid another $1,100 (again, they inquired about insurance). Remember, the bumper was not hit, and it had absolutely no visible damage. I responded quite negatively and indicated I felt they were being dishonest, at which point they indicated they would manage to get the bumper back on for no extra charge. Finally, after 9 business days I m told my car is available. I pay and then go to my car, which will not start - dead battery. The car is only a few years old and worked perfectly (the only reason I would pay out of pocket for cosmetic repairs). I also notice that several things are different - quarter tank of gas used, radio on a station I never listen to, heat cranked to 86 (70 is the highest I ever set it), and strange new stains on the front passenger seat. Basically, I came away with the impression this business milks insurance for all they can (I think they goofed and forgot I wasn t using insurance) and may use customer s cars for unauthorized purposes. Once again, I ve used other body shops and been totally satisfied. I ll never go here again.Service: Body & Trim

The team over at National Auto Body went beyond what was expect the last 2-3 times I did business with. Anthony and Odie are the best very knowledgeable, professional & quick to get the job done. When my car was done, both these guys made me feel satisfied about the work done. They put the extra effort in contacting the parties involve. The Evan and the receptionist gave me prompt response to questions. I had my car brought into the shop for a fender repair. The car was fixed earlier that expected and was washed and detailed when I picked it up.I will be selecting this location as my preferred shop if I need car repairs in the future.

National Auto Body is phenomenal and I highly recommend it! I got some small scratches on my bumper and normally shops would ask for a complete repaint. NAB kindly offered me the solution of a touch up work, and I gladly accepted. Not only they patched up the scratches very well, but also they ended up doing it on the house! Anthony did a great job with my car who had damage on the drive side of my car the Hyundai Elantra. They did a good job with my car. It looks like new. I would recommend this place.

I love this place!!!! I took my Landrover there after a patient hit my vehicle in the parking lot of my practice. When I dropped it off they had the rental car ready immediately and I was Out the door in 10 minutes. As a business owner myself, my time is valuable so I was impressed. Then on top of that when I picked the vehicle up it looked amazing and I was again in and out in 5 minutes! They are super friendly and their front desk lady is so nice!! Also, they detailed the entire outside of the vehicle including the rims, not just the part they repaired! Would recommend a 100 times over!!Service: Painting

Never had such a great experience with any other mechanics. Not just one, but all the folks are easy to talk to, prompt, honest, courteous and organized. Thanks Anthony , Oleg and others.. Kudos to management for cultivating such a work culture! The 5 star rating is not exaggerated, only wish I could take my car here for all the issues..

NAB repaired/replaced my bumper after I was rear-ended. They professionally handled everything very well and I highly recommend: coordinated with insurance and rental company, kept me posted on timelines/schedules/changes, were always prompt and I never waited long, finished the job well ahead of schedule per my polite "nudging" to expedite the process due to me having to travel. I can't speak to price since I did not shop around for the work, but it was a very positive experience.Service: Body & Trim

It has now been exactly 1month & 4days since I received my Electric Car after some delays due to Covid related spare parts shortages. However I would definitely recommend this Body Shop to anyone requiring those services. My contact person was Drew. He was quite professional and caring. My car was brand new when the accident happened. They returned back to me making it brand new again. We had an accident and our insurance company listed National Auto Body as a recommended repair shop. It was so easy. Everything was handled through them and the insurance company. I was given an estimated date and called 2 days prior and was assured that it would be ready on that date and yes it was ready on time. They were pleasant, accommodating, friendly and customer service oriented. Would definitely use them again.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim, Brakes

National Auto Body is simply the best. I've been going to them for 20 plus years for paint and body repairs and took my car in last week for some paint work. Their work is first class. They are honest, talented and a pleasure to deal with. Anthony, the owner, is terrific, as his father, John, who founded the business. I cannot more highly recommend them, which I've in fact done to my kids, relatives and friends. All have had a great experience. Having to get body and paint work can be stressful, worrisome and a hassle. Not the case with National Auto Body. They do a great job every time.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I was recently involved in a minor accident but my car sustained all the damage. I contacted many auto body repair shops in the Bethesda and Rockville area, but ultimately I chose National Auto Body for its convenience, location, quick and knowledgeable customer service, and price. And I am happy to say that I made the right decision. I am so happy with the service I received. The final price was similar to that of my original quote. My car was ready when they said it would be ready. They even cleaned a dirty headlight cover and my rims, as well as vacuumed my car. I highly recommend this place! I will certainly be using their services for all future auto body work.

Without question, the best experience I've ever had at an auto body shop. Was recommended by a friend who is particular about his cars and I can see why he uses them.
