I really hate to leave a bad review. But please look at the pictures. Came in for 4 new tires. It was anything but new. On top of it, they don t care about your call. The picture is for each of my so called new tire and the nice foot prints they leave behind. I wish your service was better than mine

Amazing company and very professional. Lin took my call in a frantic search for the right tire and came through in less than an hour with the service. I ll be coming back no question.

I noticed a fast leak in one of my tires. I had previously patched a spot in the thread but with the fast leak I was concerned it was my sidewall. Brought my car in as a walk in. The mechanics were very thorough with the work they were doing and their diagnostics. I needed to get my tire replaced (sidewall it was and mechanic showed me where the hole was). They offered me a few options on tires and pricing differences. I was in and out of the shop within an hour. It was great service, great pricing, and great work! I highly recommend this place

Had a great experience at this location. I was greeted very well. The gentleman had a very upbeat positive attitude. The work was done in a timely manner, and was done very well. I was very impressed with the end results, and I would certainly recommend them and I will definitely use them in the future.

This is a tire place in Rockville that also does basic car maintenance like oil change, coolant flush etc. They have been around for several years and have a steady clientele which leads me to believe that they do good service.We went there on a Sunday and in a bit of a panic since we discovered a flat tire just before starting out on a long distance drive. The guy at the front desk was really helpful. Took the tire details on the phone, determined that they had a replacement and gave us a time to come in so that the work can be done before the shop closed. Their tire was a bit on the expensive side but we were just relieved to have someone take care of the flat in an expeditious manner.They have a good clean waiting room, a television set that for some reason showed mostly sitcoms from the 80s and 90s, so it was a bit of walk down the memory lane watching Full House, Designing Women, Walker Texas Ranger, Family Ties (I didn t really watch them just channel surfed in the 45 mins it took for the job to be done). They completed the job ahead of schedule and were very professional.Nice place!

This place overcharges for their services. I questioned why the same service was listed twice on their invoice, and the guy up front said it is what it is, and that's what they charge. I had no other choice but to get the car repaired. Called corporate the next day and they confirmed I was overcharged and they are refunding me the difference. Zero stars for this location, 5 stars for corporate. They also played a church sermon in their waiting area on Sunday morning. I asked if they could change it, and they said no. Not everyone wants to listen to a sermon while waiting for their car to be repaired.

I was in the process of moving & picked up a good sized screw in my tire. I called them, and even though they were busy, they were able to fit my SUV in pretty quickly. They got my toe patched quickly too, and for a reasonable price. The staff was really nice & very helpful. I'd definitely recommend them if you need automotive work done I included a pic of the screw in my tire, and the screw after they removed it.

Always taken cared of every time I walk-in for change oil, tire problem,etc. .attendants are very nice and they always do a fantastic job ..no long waits I highly recommend this shop

The Gentleman behind the counter was also the person who took my phone call prior to coming in for service. He was super nice and couldn t believe there was no charge to check and fill air pressure in my tires! I will continue to be a good customer!

I went here after the first two places I tried didn't have my size tire in stock. Even though it was after 5 when I arrived, they were able to get my car in right away and replaced two tires and did an alignment.

Great place for a wheel alignment. Made an appointment and was out of there in 1 hour. They honored their online coupon from my phone and didn't try to sell me anything that was not needed. Excellent.

Replaced bulb without authorization and would not refund the $50. Do not waste your time or money here. Tgey are highly unprofessional and have very few customers in Friday and Saturday which means everyone is figuring it out

I brought my car here to have 2 new tires put on and my tires rotated. My appointment was at 9:30 but the mechanic had car troubles so he wouldn't be there until 10:30. I was promised the car would be ready at 12. 1pm comes around when I finally get a call my car is ready to be picked up. I pay get my keys and start up my car. I noticed the tire pressure light was on so I got out to check the tires when I noticed a screw in my tire. I inform them of this and get told they can't control what's in their parking lot. He tells me he can fix it for me for another 60 bucks. I explained that I would not be paying for it as this happened while in their care. He then offers to do it for half price again I refuse. I ask to speak to a manager and they say he won't be in until the next day. After checking my paperwork I discover that the assistant manager is there and ask to speak to him. The guy stalls says he isn't there but he would be back in a few minutes. When I finally speak to the assistant manager his first question is "how did you even know it was there?" It was hard to miss. The guy says they never saw a screw but part of their job is the courtesy inspection which they claimed they did but they don't "check the tire for screws" The manager decided to bring my car back in the shop to take a look. Sure enough there was a screw and they ended up patching the tire. All that headache just to get 2 tires put on. I will never go there again. I suggest you find a better tire shop. If you must use them make sure you check your car before you leave the lot.

I ve been to a lot of Mr. Tires in the area and I ve always been relatively satisfied. These guys helped me out on a holiday morning - they helped me remove a wheel when I had a single stuck lugs I couldn t remove myself. They removed all the lugs and torqued to spec, free of charge. I was able to get my wheel off and finish installing my new suspension components.

Once a loyal customer. Mr. Tire across from Montgomery College has gouged my family. Our family did a $1,000 service in October of 2022. Bobby the Manager told me that he would honor the tire price match policy and promised to refund us $224.68. I visited the store 2 times, and sent multiple emails to Bobby who responded saying it was in progress. It has been FIVE MONTHS. and still no reimbursement. I have been very polite, but here is one of Bobby s emails that he put in ALL CAPS to me on 1/29/23"HELLOI SENT A REFUND REQUEST FOR 224.68 TO GET PUT BACK ON YOUR MSTERCARDTHIS WAS PUT IN ON 10/10/2022THANKSBOBBY Here is the last email I received from Bobby on 4/25/23"Hi,I have forwarded your email to my District Manager, he will follow up on the status.I apologize I am not sure why it is taking so long.Bobby"The way I have been treated is disgusting.

The professionalism and customer service at this place is just hands down disappointing. If you can avoid, please do so. After taking my car here for a routine tire change, while I was at work, one of their employees took my car for a spin. After sending in a complaint they claimed that it wasn t possible due to the size of their parking lot which has no cameras make it make sense. I feel terrible for writing this because I don t even deal with shops outside of my cars dealership but this is what happens when you trust organizations that have been around for awhile. All in all avoid at all cost. Bobbi the store manager was somewhat helpful but the rest of the staff there are young and just unprofessional.

I've been using this Mr. Tire for tires since moving to the area several years ago. They have always been honest, helpful, and friendly. On a few occasions I've had a repairable puncture and they've fixed it rather than trying to sell me a new tire. So I naturally went to them when it was time for a new set of tires for my Honda.

Bad experience today. I had gotten a new tire pressure sensor installed at another shop, and needed it to be calibrated. The person at the front desk said they would need to take off the tire and remove the sensor in order to calibrate it. I knew this to be untrue. These sensors can be calibrated while mounted inside the tire, and I found another shop that did it for me for free. it literally takes 30 seconds. I would have gladly paid $20 but not the $79 this shop tried to charge.I feel that the person I talked to either didn t know his stuff, or did know and tried to charge me a lot of money to do it. And I feel sorry for the people that don t have the same automotive knowledge as me, that end up getting way overcharged.

Walked in asking for prices on oil changes. Associate treated me like I m annoying them for asking the prices and proceeded to ask a bunch of personal information from me (assuming to create a profile) and asked if I ll drop it off or wait - that wasn t my question. What are the prices? Associate then rudely relayed the two prices and I left, not coming back here.

Went in for regular car service. They entered the wrong mileage in my carfax report. Called them twice. But, they didn't fix that yet.My car's actual mileage is 36k. But they entered 59k.How can i get my carfax report fixed?

Always have great service when I go here, last time I went I thought a screw penetrated my tire. They came out, looked at it, pulled it out and tested for leaks and luckily it didn t need repair! Tried to offer them money, they wouldn t take it sooo I m leaving a review instead. In the past they have always repaired my tire in a timely and affordable fashion! Give them a try and see for yourself.

This was previously a lower review due to my impatience and impulsiveness. Bobby noticed I had been waiting a while, and took it upon himself to work on my car and get me ready to to, and after feeling the difference a rebalance made to my car, it hasn't felt this good in a long time. I apologized when he called to ensure I was satisfied with the service and made it clear that I was in the wrong and their work is top tier.
