I brought eight rims, four with tires, to get them all switched and manager Sam was very helpful getting my appointment set up, and when I came back to pickup! Technician Will was very kind and did a great and fast job doing the actual swap! Thanks a million!- Edit, I am in contact, will keep everyone updated every single one of my new four rims is incredibly scratched on the face in the most obvious of places. Was excited to get them mounted on the car and they re hideous now. Not impressed at all. I will be asking for them to either fix them, or buy me new wheels. Ridiculous.

Went to change a tire. They busted my window - they must have dropped it off the lift and the window came off of the track.I noticed immediately while driving away but they refused to accept responsibility. My window was working just fine before taking the car to this shop.

Last week I had an appointment at 4pm. I came in and was taken care of immediately. I needed 4 new tires and an oil change. Sam was a great pleasure to deal with. They took care of everything and my car was done by 530 same day! Excellent team and they now have a forever customer.

If you are looking for honest people to help you with your car, this is the place. I got a flat early one morning and got towed here. Sam was kind and courteous from the get go, explaining the issues and helping me find a quick fix. The shop called me later that day to explain that the problem was much larger than just a flat tire and helped me get what I need to get the car to the dealership to get it repaired. They were straight forward, communicative, and honest throughout. I will definitely be brining my car back here for any tire needs.

I had an overall great experience at Mr. Tire Auto Service Centers!I went in for a regular oil & filter change for my car where I was first greeted by John. He was very nice, friendly and accommodating while helping me with my appointment.They were fast & efficient and not only changed my oil, but were nice enough to fill up my tires with air, check my battery and also saw that I needed some other things done to my car as well.I settled with the oil & filter change for today because honestly I want to shop around and get some second opinions on the other work I need done to my car, but I d definitely consider coming coming back based on my interaction I had today!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I purchased and paid for tires installation service on Amazon, so no $ were due on the day of the appointment. However, from the moment I walked in, they were trying to sell me something else. An unrequested battery test showed that I needed a new battery. They were very presumptuous at assuming that I had to replace the battery, just because they said do. I told them I was there just for the tires installation. The attitude started to change. My appointment was at 9am, and was the 1st one of the day. After waiting almost 2 hours, the manager tells me that they needed to show me something in the shop. He takes me back there, and a technician was there, holding a torque wrench, and half of tire stud. He started to mansplain what that tool was used for, and that they used it to torque the nuts at the "manufacturer's recommended torque" but the stud still shear off. Now... These are pretty thick studs, and it takes a lot of torque to make them snap that way (see the pics). I went along, and say it was OK. He then start going around all the nuts and show me how he was doing it "by the book" until he gets to the tire with the broken stud. At that point he tells me that there was a second broken stud!!!!Now... Why, if acting in good faith, would you not stop at the first broken stud (1 of 5), and let me know? That way I could still drive my car out of the shop. But.. no... They figured that if they broke a second one, then I had no choice but to pay for the repair.BTW, for those who are not familiar with torque wrench, it is the tool that you use so you don't over torque the nuts, and break the studs... At that point, everything made sense, the where out to get extra money, whatever it took.I kept waiting for them to make it right, the manager started to look for the replacement studs. Can you believe these clowns broke just the part that the didn't have in hand. He was frustrated and went online to look for it. He finally found it. Now at to this point, no one mentioned anything about any extra charges.He then say... "Jorge... You're looking at $230 for the replacement of the 2 studs"I just told him I had no way to pay for that. He told me that "under the circumstances, I didn't have any choice" I told him that I had no money whatsoever. He said that the car was not drivable. So, I told him to push it out of the bay, into the parking lot, and I would take it from there.Now, this was a huge inconvenience for me, but I was not about to let them get their way.I checked in Advanced Auto, and the studs were available for $2 each. Fortunately, I do al the repairs on my own car (except for tires), so I slowly drove the car home, 0.5 miles, with only 3 nuts in one tire (not ideal) it took me half hour to replace the studs.But the bottom line is, they will screw your car, your wallet, and your day!!! Be aware... Totally dishonest!!!

With the situation I was in, they certainly had the opportunity to take advantage of me. However, John (Manager) and staff were very friendly and professional. The prices were reasonable and they got me back on the road to home in no time. Thanks again, John!

I made an appointment to get new tires with installation included. When I arrived to my appointment I was told they needed to order the tires, and were giving me a higher price than online. The customer service was terrible, and I felt like they were trying to take advantage. I didn t get the tires with them and I would never go back to this location.

I stopped by without an appointment for a tire balance and alignment. Staff is courteous and very polite. I was nicely greeted and they were able to get me in fairly quickly for a walk in. After driving away I noticed the steering wheel in my car was off center and the alignment wasn't done properly. I was on the freeway, so I turned back on the first exit I could, and took the car back. To their credit, they were very professional, took the car in immediately in and redid the alignment properly. I wanted to give them a 5 stars, but infortunately, the confidence is not there for me.

John, the manager, is incredibly friendly and helpful. We came in to get a license plate reattached and check on a wire, and they were so nice that they didn t charge anything at all. Highly recommended and will definitely come back (since they do all sorts of services, not just for tires)! He and Vince (the technician) totally saved the day!

Never goto Mr. Tire they charged my company for work that wasn't done. Last week I had a flat so I dropped off the rim and tire on Wednesday so that they would have time to order the correct tire. I let them know that I would be coming back Saturday morning to get an oil change and have the studs that were damaged replaced. When I dropped off my truck Saturday morning I reminded them that it needed an oil change and the wipers replaced. When I came to pick up the truck I noticed that the spare was still on the truck but it had been put on the rear. When I asked why wasn't the new tire put on, I was told that he didn't know that there was another tire to be replaced. And the reason was because the wrong tire was put on the rim (a tire that was NOTHING like the other 3) So now I have to wait until Monday to get my truck fixed. When I looked at the invoice I noticed that they put front brakes on it (without asking me) and "Resurfaced" the rotors. As you can see from the pictures that the rotors were never resurfaced, which now will make the pads wear prematurely. They charged me for wiper blades that were supposed to be replaced, but are sitting on the front seat of my truck because I just got them today. What's really messes up is now I have to come out of my pocket to fix this

Greedy pigs mud kinds from the service desk to mechanics robbed me 400 dollars used cleaners and put the same parts back on my car left my brand new battery for 400 dollars open when they returned my car they lied to me and took all i had that day i just needed brake calibres and pads 400 hundred dollars could have done that this was 6 months ago and am still mad just bevause i had old car thats cool though karma tho

Before a busy Labor Day weekend, one tire had a very low PSI all of a sudden. Called and the great employees at this location told me to bring it in, fixed it in under an hour for a reasonable price and we re very nice. Stop on by for a tire fix, it s in the name.

My car had a battery issue. Omg John was soo sweet with helping me out with installation of my new battery. Because I frequent the place often for my car appointments as and when, he installed the battery free of charge even though I didn t buy it from them.Definitely recommend.Very serviceable and efficient in everything they do

Took my car for a joyride to "test drive the tires". Clutch was totally burned up and I could smell it coming off the car. These mechanics work at Mr.Tire for a reason. Low skill and dishonest workers.

Both John and Dave were very friendly and helpful. It was a great experience all around. I had gone to a competitor closer to my home and they couldn't do the work on the same day. When I showed up at Mr. Tire, not only were they able to replace the 2 tires same day, but had a much better price as well. They were nice and not "pushy" with their approach. We did not have the budget for high-end tires, but they provided good options in the middle of the range.

Had all four tires of my Tesla changed here. Ordered them through Amazon, had them delivered to Mr. Tire. The whole process was smooth and convenient. Staff at Mr. Tire were efficient and answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and will be back in the future for sure.

I've been going to this location of Mr. Tire for years. The manager John is outstanding as is his staff of very qualified and kind technicians. They problem solve and work efficiently to get you back on the road again in a safe vehicle.They also offer an EasyPay option program you can apply for if you need to pay over a short period of time if finances are tight.They are honest and trustworthy. I'd definitely recommend this Rockville location!

This is my first time writing a review but felt like I had to.I had a truly awful experience here this morning. I was told they could do my $70 oil change in an hour so I came up to their shop quickly. I got there, they took my car back and all of a sudden there was a big gash in one of my tires. They told me that one tire definitely needed a replacement and that I should also replace the other 3 tires. Meanwhile, 2 of the remaining 3 tires they recommended I replace had just been replaced within the last 3 months. I had never seen a gash on my tire before coming to them and check my tires regularly. I didn't have pictures so I had nothing to prove that it wasn't there before.They ended up quoting me $750+ for something that was supposed to be $70. The whole process also took 2.5 hours instead of the 1 hour they initially shared. My car is also driving worse than it was than when I brought it in.Overall, it was a very frustrating experience and I would not recommend this shop.

I was there today for some work on my car. Very pleased. Price was excellent for the work done. The guy at the front counter is an excellent communicator and kept me up to date on every step of the way. He let me know when the car was going back when they were working on it and the estimated time it would be finished. I felt like that communication is above and beyond what you normally get at a car repair facility. They also explained very carefully what they would be doing. I think this is a good place to go for getting work done on your car and I would come back here again.

I initially had concerns with the price of my rotor replacement for my 2015 Hyundai Tucson. I presented my case to the helpful staff at Mr Tire and they were able to work with me to provide thorough explanations for the price of each part and the corresponding labor. They provided a satisfactory outcome, and I would recommend this store for anyone who needs tire/rotor/brake pad help. The store manager John was incredibly professional as were the Technicians and Sam at the front Desk. Car maintenance is intimidating when you're on a budget, and it is reassuring to talk to folks who understand that every penny counts.

Had a great experience at Mr. Tire in Rockville, MD on a recent Tuesday. I was traveling from out of town and needed a quick fix on a flat. I was able to set a next day appointment online and was in-and-out within an hour of my appointment, including an oil change. John was extremely pleasant and helpful. He did acknowledge I had good fortune that mid-week days are slower so others reading this should be aware, as understandably so, turnaround time on busier days may be longer. Patience and understanding are always appreciated! Would definitely return and recommend.

***Warning long review***I'm not one to give 5 stars for any venue or service. I mean, you gotta go above and beyond the call of duty to receive a stellar review from me. I can at times (ahem..) be a "Karen" when I am forced.That being said, I just left Mr Tire on Rockville Pike and had an amazing experience.Never before have I witnessed such professionalism, congeniality, and attention to detail.More importantly,the honesty is incredible.I presented to spend over $1000 on new tires for my 2006 Tacoma truck. As I patiently waited, the Mechanic "Matt" (vehicle whisperer) came out and stated He needed to "show me something"I did my internal eye roll expecting to be up sold on something relating to the installation.But noooooo.. !My entire truck frame was ready to separate from my truck! Whaaaa ??? I had no idea. This truck has been on 2 lifts in the past 6 months and not one person said a word. (Things that make ya go "Hmmm...")Moreover,"Hugo" service manger/coordinator/overall mensch, did not charge me a cent for the diagnostics for todays visit.There will be no other place to take my projected new truck in the future.Mr. Tire, you are my new holy grail.Kudos to Hugo and Matt.

Excellent service. Jeff was very patient with me and explained why my tire was not reparable. I really appreciate this as I am learning more about taking care of my car. And one of the other techs inflated my spare tire since they noticed it was a little flat which was kind of them. Thank you!
