I am very satisfied with their services .... they were amazing at repairing my car. Nathalia and her team are sensational in customer service and services. I don t need to look for another workshop, they can handle everything related to vehicle repair or car mechanics. my grade is 11 between 0 and 10. My car is looking like new.

Montrose Garage did great work on my 2022 RAV4 Prime. For this particular model, in order to install the OEM Towing Hitch the rear fiberglass bumper needed to be cut. Me, not having a steady hand, left it the professionals here. They were able to install it with a factory look.They also installed the wiring harness for me as well. Toyota didn't make it easy for them as they gave instructions for only the gas model RAV4 which would require them to run the wire all the way to the front engine bay battery. This was not true with the Prime as the 12v battery is in the rear. The team communicated their concerns very timely to ensure the work was done as I expected.Even with some of the unexpected changes, they didn't stray from the quote they provided.Services: Electrical, Body & Trim

I had another mechanic for years. I wanted to try this center because it was more convenient for me, regarding its location. Since I have known this place I just stay!. Natalia and her team are good professionals, with a competent price and fast service. It has always been difficult for me to believe in mechanics, because it has always seemed like a world in which you never know to what extent you can fully trust them. In this case, for the first time, I have to say that I trust them, and they show me that I can continue to trust them. I recommend it without a doubt.

Honest garage with amazing work at amazing prices. They treat you like family and make your priorities their priority. My grandma's old sentimental car runs like new. Can't recommend them enough!!

I used Auto service owned by Sam and resume it like the great customer service, reasonable prices and good work. It took his team only 2 days to complete my car repairs after deer kick my headlight and move out with a lot of notes/trusses leaved on hood. Montrose Garage team made all efforts to save my time and next repair works I prefer to do with Sam. Highly recommended!

Overall experience was excellent:The Owner Sam is honest, efficient and competent. His leadership has worn off on his staff. The mechanics are trustworthy, resourceful and complete their jobs in a timely manner. I'm extremely happy with the pricing and even more happy with the repairs. It's a relief to find a place where customers are valued and honesty and quality of work are intrinsic to the overall success of the company. I will not be taking my 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee anywhere else.

There is no better place to take your vehicle if you've been in an accident! Sam and his team were very accommodating, friendly, and easy to work with. They took care of everything, and then some! My car was beyond perfect when I picked it up and I just couldn't be any happier with the service they provide. The technicians did such a beautiful job on my car that you'd never know it had been in an accident. I would highly recommend Montrose Garage to anyone!!

Great service, great price. They fixed it right the first time and didn't try to "fix" things that weren't broken. They came in on Sunday so I could drop it off on my time. On top of that, they offered to pick me up and drop me off so I wouldn't have to bug a friend. Definitely where I'm taking my car the next time I have trouble. Highly recommended!

I was originally referred to Montrose Garage from a friend of mine. I was very satisfied with the work that was done. They corrected damage to the side of my car that someone had previously attempted to fix. They did a fantastic job with the body work, paint and even detailed the car for me. I drove around with damage for months and they fixed it in 3 days. This high quality product was also lower then the fees I was getting quoted from other body shops. Very glad to have found and gone with them. Absolutely worth checking them out.

Montrose Garage mechanic replaced a radiator in my 2011 Mercedes-Benz GLK350. Turns out one the coolant lines (hoses) was not secured.Radiator fan blades slowly sliced the hose. It took a while to make a hole in the hose. Nobody worked on that hose after them.Today at a parking lot far away from home the car showed "Low coolant level" message, and I found that hole.Picture of the hose is attached. As you can see, engine compartment is covered in coolant. Everything is dirty.The whole situation created a significant problem for me. I'm disappointed. Hanging coolant line touching the fan is not acceptable.

The owners have been in the business for many years and I've been working with them for 10. So happy to see all their expert knowledge and hard has paid off in the opening of their own successful shop at this great location. I continue to bring my car all the way from Virginia for all services car-related. They are auto body and mechanical experts. Would not be comfortable taking it anywhere else. Natalia, Marcelo and Gino always go the extra mile for their clients. Montrose Garage is the epitome of high-level customer service.

Sam and Gino went the extra mile to help me fix up an antique car for sale. I had taken it to another respected mechanic & he couldn't get it to run consistently. Sam and Gino not only got it working well, they found a very hard-to-find part that I was told was impossible to find. I highly recommend them without question.

Thanks to Natalia for your help ! They change my transmission Ford Focus 2015 they did a great work better then ford at Wheaton I drove 9 months the car still not have any issue ! Also I did not have the all money to chave they give one application call snap to use they money they pay the Mechanic and after snap take money from my account , weekly! It was amazing experience! I will go to Sam for all my car repair needs. Sam is a good guy with great customer service, reasonable prices and good work. I never like getting work done on any of my cars but if I have to, I like working with Sam.

Do not waste your time, energy, or money. If I could give negative stars, I gladly would. I should have been alarmed when it took a month of me begging for the quote. Took two months to get my car fixed , and it s not even done - in fact, it is arguable worse than when I dropped it off! I ll be taking it to a different, far more reputable shop to finish everything. My blood boils every time I get in the car, wash it, or think of this experience and Sam s lame excuses or false promises.AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Learn from my mistake.

wow. what a great place. this is the only garage i have ever gone to that the quoted price is what i paid. the best part about it was that it was fixed right the first time and on time. the only thing that was of concern was the owners, sam i think is his name, hair. lol. thank you for your help.

Took my bmw 335xi there got into an accident that caused my fender to crunch up and crack part of the bumper I for sure thought I was gonna need all new panels and it was going to cost a fortune luckily Sam told me everything was repairable and they were able to save the fender and bumper turn around time was fairly quick and very good pricing I highly recommend anyone to go there if they ever need any body work
