I contacted MemberCar about a MINI Cooper Paceman I found on line, and Rob Moreno responded with an invitation to see the vehicle. I was in the neighborhood and dropped by unexpectedly. Rob was with someone, so Tyler brought the vehicle out for a quick view. It was well-maintained, bordering on immaculate!I arranged for a test drive and scheduled an inspection at a local MINI dealer. Rob was friendly and accommodating, and his no-pressure demeanor was refreshing. The inspection found a couple of needed repairs that were not deal-breakers for me, and the owner, David (who EVER meets a dealership's owner during a purchase?!), offered to take care of the repairs!All in all, the process was flawless AND painless, and I would highly recommend Rob Moreno and MemberCar for their exceptional vehicles and over-the-top customer service!

I had great experience with that dealership. Everything done smooth, no problems. I want to give special thanks to Aiden as he went above and beyond in his service where he was assisting me at all time including his days off. I wish more dealership representatives were like him. Love the car!

If I could give this dealership 0 stars I would. MemberCar is the opposite of trustworthy . I bought my car on December 23rd a Honda Civic 2015 with 65k miles. Shortly after my purchase the car would shake when accelerating after making a complete stop. I did not drive this car for over 2k miles and it already started having transmission problems. I went to MemberCar twice and at first they told me the transmission fluid needed to be changed but turns out it was an internal issue with the transmission. My dad contacted the owner but he has NOT replied or even tried to reach out to us at all. That is not how business is handled and he has not offered any help whatsoever. Poor communication and customer service from the owner David. Save your money and don t buy from MemberCar.

I had an amazing experience at member car. Out of all the dealerships I ve been to this was by far the best. It didn t take long at all to process the paperwork and get a vehicle. Rob constantly checked in to make sure everything was okay and gave us time when we needed it. I will definitely be returning to buy my next car.

Member car is by far the best dealership I've dealt with. Both Aiden & Tyler were extremely professional and a pleasure to deal with. Neither my wife nor I ever felt rushed or pressured, and they were open and straightforward with the price and our options during the financing process. They also went above and beyond to get us multiple print outs of our monthly payments based on loan length and down payment while figuring out the financing, as well as providing a copy of the vehicle's carfax.I would 10/10 recommend membercar to anyone looking for a new ride. We certainly plan on going there for our next vehicle.

I bought a Chevy suburban from Car member. Rob was our salesman and he was tremendously helpful. I had called in and there was like 1-2 hrs left until they were expected to close but Rob accommodated us. He got the suburban ready for us to view and test drive. There was no pressure to buy from him. He was so informative and patient with our family. Everything felt genuine with our sale and for that reason Rob deserves these 5 stars. Seriously thank you again Rob!

Bought a 2018 Tundra from MemberCar in January 2024. Rob Moreno was our salesman. Even though we live 2000 miles away, the whole process was seamless and easy. Rob took a bunch of photos and videos for us, and when the truck arrived, the condition was exactly as Rob described to us. There were no surprises. We love the truck. Rob even coordinated shipping for us. Price was very reasonable. I highly recommend MemberCar!

Definitely the easiest and most hopeful car buying experience I have had to date. Aidan was really helpful in answering my questions answered before coming in, and making sure I was able to be there at a time that worked best for me. Tyler was awesome, and made the whole financing and buying process so quick and easy, even though there were a couple of hiccups. He never made me feel rushed or pressured, and helped me work through technical issues without being condescending or rude, and explained about coming back for car maintenance. Dave was super nice and great when he came over to check in on us, I am definitely recommending MemberCar to my friends and family, and will be back myself when the time comes.

I wouldn't go back to be honest. Left the lot, then noticed radio did not work, sunroof did not work, back tail light didn't work. They do their own inspections in house. (I was never provided one) Whatever you do, take the car to get looked at and don't trust their inspections! I assumed because it was a Lexus, it would be perfect. It wasn't. They fixed the back light (cheap fix), but told me to take a hike on the rest. What made me come to the conclusion they don't inspect their cars, is I noticed the back wiper was really old and rotted out, sure sign their inspection team just writes up inspections and doesn't really look at the cars. Everyone knows when you get cars inspected wipers almost always fail. This one looked like it was 10 years old. They even kept my car for two weeks before telling me to come pick it up and it was sold "as is". When I came back, they barely said anything and just gave me the key and walked away. If you are in the car business, you'd think you would look at your cars and disclose any issues before selling it, but these guys don't even look at their cars and they certainly don't disclose what should be noticeable and important problems. I would have never bought the car if I had known the sunroof was not working and radio. My mistake for being too trustworthy. It drove well and I was more looking at the engine and rust.These guys are either incompetent or crooks and are certainly not trustworthy!Anyway...Buyer beware!Weeks later I never did get the amplifier he had promised in the reply. They never told me my tags were there either. Had to order an amplifier on Ebay. It's pretty obvious I would avoid coming back to this place.

Haggle free and easy process. Got my car within 3 hours (test driving and purchasing). Super easy buying process and they even give extras. Ex. Car free car washes, maintenance, etc.

I have bought many cars all from fancy, big-name dealerships. They always left me feeling like I did a full days work. It's definitely not an exciting and easygoing time buying a car...Until I happened to come across MemberCar thru NicoBuysCars when I was ready to just sell my car and not even care about trading it in right then and there.Tyler was absolutely fantastic! Great communication, honesty, provided transparency and truly listened to what it was I was hoping to accomplish with the purpose of my trade.Definitely not pushy or trying to put you into a car you're not even interested in because of some random key points listed on kelleybluebook or somewhere.I could go on and on about the wonderful, personalized experience I received, especially as a woman car shopping on her own!The owner is even insanely accommodating and mindful of the connection and experience and less about moving inventory.

I test drove a few vehicles at this dealership. I did not end up buying a vehicle as they did not have the exact thing I was looking for. However, I really enjoyed the experience and would definitely consider buying a vehicle from them in the future.

I recently went to this place this week and let me tell you Rob was very accommodating!!! I was looking at a 2012 chevy cruz I had found on thier website. I was scared going in just because my experience with buying cars in the past was bad due to being lied to about the cars condition. Rob was nothing but kind and did not pressure at all during the process. I am also 20 years old and was scared for the whole experience but he made everything so much better. If I was ever looking for another car I would buy from him and do the whole process over again! 10/10 experience and made me getting a new car very special. Thank you!

Our recent purchase of a Honda Odyssey from Member Cars in Rockville was a fantastic experience, largely thanks to Aiden, our exceptionally helpful and patient salesperson. He thoroughly explained and demonstrated the cars feature, ensuring we were comfortable and informed. Impressively, their commitment didn't end with the sale; any post purchase issues were promptly and responsibly addressed by their team. Member Cars Rockville has been fantastic and we highly recommend them for their outstanding service and customer care.

I was sold a car that didn t even pass MD State inspection luckily for me the dealer had to buy back the car. However, I m still out about $7,000.00, because I had paid for a warranty and the money was never returned to me for the warranty, and the rental car I had to rent, and all the inspection fees I had to pay a third party to prove my car failed inspection were never returned. Do not use this facility unless you have in-disposable income to throw away. I m most likely just out 7k. Not the best place to shop for a used car.

I went to Member Car to help my sister buy a car. Our salesperson, Anthony, was the best auto salesperson I've ever worked with. He was friendly from the time we called until we drove off. This was by far the best and easiest car buying experience ever. Quality used vehicles with competitive pricing makes this a best in class auto dealer.

I couldn t be any happier with the purchase of my 2015 BMW X5. Tyler was not pushy at all trying to sell and was very honest making sure to point out a few minor items they would take care of. Two weeks After purchasing the vehicle over the Xmas holiday unfortunately the battery died in my vehicle and I had just a little over the mileage warranty from the purchase and figured I was stuck with the bill. Tyler was a stand up guy and still took care of me and replaced both with factory BMW batteries. Thank you member Car! I will be back to buy my next vehicle.

MemberCar is a fantastic place to buy a used car. I went home happy with my 2005 Toyota Corolla after working with Anthony. He is the nicest and most patient auto salesman I've ever met, not to mention he was very thorough during the whole process. When we first looked at the car, we noticed a couple things that could've caused a couple safety issues; Anthony fixed those problems straight away and met beyond our expectations. The paperwork process was also very smooth and easy to understand with him. He even gave me a $25 gift card to Shell Gas and replaced the wireless key fob for the car. If you come to MemberCar, you are guaranteed to receive excellent customer service!

Great help with buying my SAAB 9 3. Member Cars stand by what they promise. The car had a problem with its ECU and Member Cars stood behind their You Owe agreement and replaced the ECU at no charge to me. Very helpful staff. My sales person gave me a great test drive, explained all the features on the car, and discussed recommended maintenance on the car. After I decided to buy the car, my sales person was very helpful with financing. Finally, after I purchased the car, my sales person advised me that I was now a member of Member Car and was entitled to considerable discounts from their service department.Highly recommend using Member Car for your next car purchase.

Awesome selection of pre owned vehicles, the sales representatives are awesome especially Anthony Paz, my mother purchased a 2006 Hyundai Azera Limited that's in great condition. Another sales rep name Tyler, drove the vehicle to our home about 10Min away which made the purchase even more pleasurable. The reason why because my mother is in the process of getting her driver's license, wonderful sales staff.

I highly recommend shopping at Member Car! I shopped around for a car for about a month and it was exhausting. After I found Member Car online, I left with a car the same day! Their prices are very reasonable, and the staff is very relaxed and doesn t pressure you. I worked with Maddie who was great! She was very personable and made the process super easy! :)
