Mike is the best! Been going to him for over 20 years. Fair, and always treat you well. The whole staff is amazing and I never feel like I've been cheated. My Jag loves this "Jag Doc"!

Thought they knew Jags. Completely incompetent and hugely overpriced. Left a new body XJ for a no start issue despite everything in there being old, not classic, old. First mistake. After many sad stories and because I own a number of rides foolishly allowed them to keep it a year! A year, zero exaggeration!!! Second mistake. I finally got wise and gave up to just tow it out of there.Summary. They basically replaced the starter, plugs and fuel injectors for $1,625 labor (I supplied all parts which foolishly thought might save me money nope third mistake, their labor only is just outrageous fiction). Result: The morons missed an obvious wiring harness short right next to the master fuse. Never traced the short and pull a simple access panel, nope just a new master fuse again. Clueless. My pal, an admitted C level tech found it in 30 minutes. Not going to him first was mistake four. To use Master as in Masterful is just sad irony in a moniker. If you want to get robbed by some jaded clowns that have let any skills they brag about erode to hell decades ago, Mike is your man. Got a year and a pile of money? this is your spot!Offered me a free repair on another Jag after learned the starter was shot they installed and cooked like another fuse cut losses and bought parts again and rolled beautifully. Zero self awareness and too greedy to offer a dime back when caught lame. On bright side, Darnell on the phones is a very nice guy, Mike is arrogance personified. Matter of fact confidence in his so called skills is an act he has perfected all the way to the bank. One word describes the best you will find here VAPID!

really quick turnaround and car is back on the road. reasonable cost and fair number of hours quoted. I will most def come back with my other Jags.

Very different experience compared to what the website suggests. Pretty impolite on the phone, and did not provide any useful information after having my Jaguar at the shop for 3 days. I found out about Master Auto, seven years ago. I have a 1999 Jaguar XJ8 Van den Plus. I love my car. I also love the attention I receive at Mater Auto . The mechanics are not only reliable they are honest. Letting me know without any hidden charges what my repairs will cost. Being able to have a shop that I trust is very important to me. I've never been disappointed. I wouldn't use another service. I drive from Baltimore ( Charles Village) not only for regular service, but in the case of any and all accidents ( it seems people like hitting my car ). They take care of all issues with my car. They have also serviced my Land Rover,( since sold)I would say "If your looking for a service center, you just found a great one!!! Mike , Paul, Darnell and all the rest of the staff are the best. No frills / no flash. Just great service!

Small shop of experienced techs. They bring a lot of collective knowledge to spurious and difficult to diagnose issues with my 350XJ. Always an especially superb job of keeping me up to date on progress of my repair. When I started using Master Jaguar I lived very close. I now live much farther away but they make it easy for me to still see them because of free pickup at Metro. If you have a Jag grab onto Master Jaguar and don't let go.

This shop is superb. Technically brilliant, totally professional, Mike et al have kept my 20-year old XK8 in superb running condition... and always at the quoted (and reasonable!) cost. If it's broke, they fix it. If it MIGHT break, they keep me informed. And if it's critical... they let me know immediately.
