Nelson has been taking care of my Lexus cars for several years. I find him to be honest and trustworthy. I never feel like I'm getting fleeced. They will offer to drop you off and pick you up at the Metro. There is no fancy lounge or free coffee and cookies here, but you will definitely get good service at a reasonable price.

I started taking my 2005 Lexus LS430 to LXT as soon as the warranty expired and never regretted it. Nelson took better care of my car than the dealer did. Plus, I trusted Nelson completely and knew that he was taking good care of me.They always did great work the first time--never had to go back a second time to get something fixed. They really did an outstanding job.I recommend LXT without any reservation at all.

We've been going to LXT for 11 years. Nelson always tries to save money for us to make it easier on our pocket book. For instance, after our catalytic converter was stolen, he found a way to not have to replace all the parts and kept the costs low. He's honest, efficient and professional. He's also an all around good dude. His sister who works with him is always pleasant and lovely to deal with.

I've been a client for years. Brought my 2012 Lexus here when it had run out of warranty. I've now got over 230k miles and it's still running well. The owner Nelson is personable and knowledgeable. The techs work hard to fix the car. No upsells. Great service.

I have known Nelson for some time, please know that he runs an honest shop with fair pricing. He has done great work on my ES 330 that I brought in for transmission service. I won't hesitate to call LXT or bring my vehicle there for service, this is a completely open and trustworthy service center and Nelson will go into detail that few others bother with. Thanks for the great service and I will be back.

Honest, great and affordable work performed at LXT Automotive. Nelson is a mechanical genius who brought my 2002 Lexus RX300 back to life and on the road to continue my daily responsibilities. Highly recommended. Will do business again and again. Thank you Nelson & LXT!

My experience with LXT Automotive and Mr. Nelson G was phenomenal. I was referred by a coworker to take my vehicle to his shop and he diagnosed the problem, made the repairs and the price was very fair and reasonable. Take your vehicle there without hesitation LXT will take care of you.

Nelson and the guys at LXT Automotive are great! I took my IS350 there a few months back and they treated me like a long time customer and friend. I went in for a 15k mile service and asked them to check the brakes as well. The service was less than $100, which is great considering the dealerships charge between $250-350 each maintenance check. They mentioned my pads were wearing pretty low and on top of it, my rotors were done (yep sports cars and sedans will do that). What would have been a $1,000+ job cost me only a little over $600. Guys are reasonable, honest, and great to work with! Anyone who has a Lexus or Toyota, I would highly recommend them. They also work on other imports as well as hybrids fyi. I live quite far from them, about an hour drive, but I wouldn't take my cars to any other place, Nelson and LXT Auto is the gem I wish I found out sooner about.

Had work done here before. Strange and shady shop.. ignores my calls but answers when I call from a different number. Does not return calls.

Seems reasonable competent. Very personable. Prices comparable to dealer. Advise do comparative shopping, use Utube to understand what's being recommended and the time and cost of repair. Those precautions are necessary for any business transaction. LXT is a good choice, Nelson is quite competent.

I'm planning on selling my Toyota and took it to LXT this morning (based on reviews) to have the "check engine" light and a noise when accelerating looked at. Nelson said my catalytic converter's central pipe was cracked as is my rear muffler, and the parts alone would cost $715, and that my charcoal canister needed replacing, which would be $400. I appreciated that he showed me the prices on the screen and explained things to me. He charged me $50 for the estimate.Afterward, I asked several mechanic friends for second opinions. They said he pretty heavily overstated the price: the whole thing -- including replacing my brake rotors -- could probably be taken care of for $500 or less.

I have a '03 Lexus SC430, and my girlfriend has a '05 Audi A6. We both ONLY take our cars to Nelson. He is always informative, patient, and his work is always awesome. If you have a car that needs service LXT Automtive is the place to take your vehicle.Thanks Nelson!!!!!!- Grant

A corrupt. The owner forced me to keep my car in the shop, which later I found out none of his issues exist. He price quoted 1500+Then I fixed the car for $400
