I brought my vehicle to this body shop and I was very impressed by the level of customer service. Helena provided me with bar-raising support via email, phone call and text messaging. They fixed the car on time and I was able to leave behind the rental car for Enterprise to pick up. To add, I also have warranty on the work and they have promised to take me in right away when I come in. Ask for Helena, she ll make your life much easier. Highly recommended.

Luis and his men did an excellent job replacing my front bumper covers. They also fixed a couple other things that I hadn t noticed that could have resulted in a bigger problems. All for a very reasonable price. I m sure glad I went to LG AUTO BODY.

I believe everyone did and outstanding job. They were informative about the progress of the work. I was extremely pleased with everyone. They even went in on a Saturday to complete the work so I could get my vehicle back in a timely manner. I love these guys.

I really appreciate everything that LG auto body did for me and the work and detail they put into fixing and finding parts for my car. They took it from being a total loss back to looking better than when I first bought my car. I just want to say thank you again to the LG auto body team and everyone that worked on putting my car back together because when they say they can fix MAJOR damage they really meant.I really wish I could rate you guys higher than a 10 out of 10 because you guys went way above and beyond.

Despite doing a good job on the actual damaged parts, there was seat damage and dirty stains on the back seat that I found after I picked the car. I had to go back and get that cleaned up. Then I found inside windshield smudges(scratches) and smears on the door. Then I gave up. I am sure even if I asked them to clean them up they would have cleaned up, but I didn't want to take another day off to get that service done.

Every time I need a body shop that I trust is them. They are very Professional and they are always willing to take your car.. I have been to other body shops and they always say that I need to make an appoinment and sometimes those appoinments are not right away and with LG Auto Body they are Quick in that sense

I was referred to them by my progressive insurance for a body paint on my car passenger door. Luis and Daisy worked with me and helped me set up an appointment and pick up. There long hours and Saturday hours are a plus. The paint job looked great and got rid of the damage that was on the door. Also they were kind enough to vacuumed my car as well. I highly recommend them for auto body paint.Service: Painting

Did ok job on the bumper repair but they try tell me my airbag light was on when I drop it off and it wasn't. And even if it was on why didn't ya'll tell insurance company it was on so they could add it to the Estimate so ya'll can fix it clearly it from the accident!!! Very disappointed with the service I received here! It took over two months for them to get my car fixed after my small accident. They claimed they couldn t find the parts so had to pay for the out of pocket price to keep a rental for the additional time they had my car sitting insurance only covers 30days. I finally get my car back and the light is not fully in place, there s paint inside of the grill and I still see fur from the deer accident inside the grill, the bumper is also poking out!! I have had to take my car in for an alignment and to re-calibration on my Q50 because they couldn t do it! Which definitely should ve been done with my insurance paying all that money! To top it off my car is now fully vibrating and I have to take it back to Infiniti for more service because it probably wasn t fixed right! I ve had to take my car to the shop to fix the alignment and some other mechanical work that was not fixed while my car was in the shop after my collision. So very upset!!! If you have an Infiniti don t take your car there! After spending so much money and having my insurance pay these people it s every upsetting that I ve had to take it to the shop this many times after 2 months of waiting.Services: Painting, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim

This is the SPOT!!! Luis and his team are A #1 when it comes to customer service!!!! They treat FAMILY LIKE FAMILY!!! From Armando to Helena, they made sure that when I ran into difficulties with my car, they navigated my wife and I thru the process and allowed the extra time we needed to regulate our situation!!!

Needed a very quick turnaround on getting a big scratch off a whole side of my car, and they were able to fix and paint it inside two days, one being a Saturday! I assumed the result would be good, but honestly it's invisible, and that's with zero body panels replaced. Ended up getting entirely covered by insurance, so very affordable too. This is the second time I used LG Auto Body to fix my daughter's car dent. First time was in the Silver Spring location and then in the new Rockville location which I am very happy with as it is closer to home. LG provides quality work at a very good price with a professional service. In the new location Ed has provided me with an excellent service and the price was very good.
