Great work on the vehicle, great customer service, friendly staff. The text message progress was great to help know when the car would be finished is a great idea. Would highly recommend for any Geico certified repair shops.

My experience with Joe Hudson on 355 was absolutely seamless. The communication, promptness, and all around top tier customer service was great. I received constant updates and was never in the dark about the process of my car's repair. They even repaired something as a courtesy which I am so so grateful for--my car came back looking great.

Our experience at Joe Hudson's for our Subaru Forester repair was exceptional from start to finish. They promptly provided a repair quote and worked with Allstate. We were kept informed throughout the repair process and were emailed notified that our vehicle would be available ahead of time too. Great experience overall. I'm very happy with decision to use Joe Hudson's collision. They were friendly and acknowledged me as soon as I came into the shop. They explained the process, provided daily status and completed my car a day earlier than estimated. The work performed was quality and I have no complaints. I would definitely recommend them.

They took a week's delay from the day the car was supposed to be ready, and they never showed the pics of the parts they changed. They told me gonna send me the pics after two weeks I still waiting, and nobody ever called me, I asked for the manager and they told me they were allowed to give me the manager's contact information. Very disappointed I feel stolen, my car is not the same and you can tell from the pictures before and after, also they told me some parts were broken but never showed the part of the picture, bc I never saw that part break, they add more parts from the original damage. Extremely disappointed

Joe Hudson's did an excellent job repairing my car. The communicated very well, completed the work quickly, and did it for much less than I was quoted by a competitor.
