Jacob is always very honest and timely with repairs. Highly recommend his shop and his team. Had my radiator go bad on my e46 BMW and Jacob had it done in 2 days.

Jacob and Will know their stuff. Their expertise does not come cheap, but their (basically) rebuilding my 2011 GMC Sierra 3.5l engine put me back on the road. Some places wanted to TRY to repair the engine and replace it if it could not be fixed. Will was adament about fixing it. He did. No one wants an expensive repair bill, but I think Jacob and Will did fix the blown engine, so they earned all 5 stars. Thanks, fellas. Did state inspection here with a reasonable price and a great service, two days ago sent my car to Jacob s place because there was a little dent on the bumper, but out of safety concern, it d be better to send car to the body shop to check. Jacob told me do not bother to repair which costs too much, and it s safe to drive. Instead, he suggested to use touch up paint to repair. I recommend the place to family members already

My car engine was making knocking noises and had an oil leak. I took it to dealership and was told the oil filter housing was torn. The dealership fixed the oil filter and added oil for me, and though the engine was no longer making any knocking noises, they still recommended me to replace my engine. So I called Jacob to get a quote on replacing my engine. He told me to bring in the car so that he can have a look first. Jacob, who is super friendly and kind, checked my car free of charge. He confirmed there s no more oil leak (oil level is full) and that the engine wasn t making any noises other than a normal car would make, so I didn t need to replace my engine after all. I am just very thankful for Jacob s honest and super experienced advises (50+ years of experience), which has saved me half the price of a new car if I let the dealership replace my entire engine for no apparent reason.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

My wife and I had a great experience with Jacob's Autorama. We were recommended there by a friend, and it turned out to be a great recommendation.Jacob was a pleasure to do business with - communicative, honest, prompt, polite, and extremely knowledgeable. When we moved to this area, a friend recommended Jacob who had been having her car(s) fixed there for years. We've been loyal customers now for 7 years. We wouldn't go anywhere else. Jacob has integrity, honesty, and is willing to give a options, when they exist, to try less inexpensive repairs first. Having a trustworthy mechanic is worth its weight on gold! We have referred numerous friends to him and everyone is pleased with the service!

Excellent Service, competitive rate, knowledgeable and friendly. Jacob is very honest and transparent. He always tells you what you need to fix your car, not what he wants. He always looks out for his customers to make sure they are happy. His prices are very competitive and his work is great. I always take my cars to him, because I trust him. Jacob always does a great job and we trust him implicitly. He is trustworthy and will FIX your vehicle's problem if it is possible rather than just replacing expensive parts. He has saved us money on transmission repairs and does all his work at a good price. He is a rare find and we're gratified to have found him!

Jacob's service is stellar! I am visiting for the summer and my brother and his wife hadn't found a mechanic yet so I did my review homework and found this shop. I wish I could relay how genuine and accommodating this fellow is but you'll see when you meet him. The mechanic, Jason, I've dealt with twice was fantastic and once with another mechanic who was also extremely knowledgeable. The prices are very reasonable and no surprises. My brother has since brought his car in and is equally impressed. Robin

Jacob has been my go to guy for over a decade. Not only do I trust him with my vehicles, I also network with Jacob and know him as a business owner and connector. He is beyond reproach and would never suggest a repair that was not necessary. He is highly regarded by his friends and business partners which speaks volumes. Highly recommend! Jacob and his team are just super agreeable, honest, capable, and professional.As a younger woman I worry a lot about places giving me the runaround or trying to upsell me because they assume I don't know anything about my car (they're mostly right) but I don't have to worry about that here. Jacob will tell me honestly if I can get another 6 months out of my brake pads, etc. and has never suggested I fix something that isn't obviously on its very last leg.They do great work at very fair prices and are just delightful people in general. The location is super convenient too! Parking can be a little tricky if business is hopping, but they've always been able to squeeze me in.

My 2010 Nissan Maxima was in need of a new motor due to a blown head gasket . I purchased the replacement engine myself and unfortunately a lot of shops refused to take on the job with a customer supplied part of this magnitude. But not Jacob! He not only let me use my supplied part, but also offered a warranty for the labor. Once my motor was shipped to his shop I had my vehicle towed to the shop and they completed the engine swap in only 2 days! Most shops would take at least a week plus for such a job so I was surprisingly impressed. He also took care of some minor tasks such as installing my wheel spacers and reinstalling my hanging side-skirts for free. The price for the engine swap was also very fair! Overall 10/10 experience and I recommend him and his team for sure !!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair, Oil change

I have been using Jacob as my primary mechanic for the past seven years and have been incredibly happy with his honesty and flexibility as well as his skill at his trade. I own a Honda Element - from 2006 and it currently has 160,000 miles. I've had some issues with the front seat actually nearly breaking off and Jacob encouraged me to replace the seat with a preowned seat - which he then had reupholstered to match my car's interior... for about $600 less than the cost of a new one and it looked great. I've also had a good deal of engine and brake work done in his shop as well as investigations into mystery sounds made by a combination of my SUV and the roof rack and my repeatedly rock struck windshield. I have recommended friends to Jacob and he has treated them well too.Jacob is well known in the local community throughout the networking groups and thought of as being highly reliable and honest. It is impossible to be involved in local networking groups for as long as he has without being impeccable at keeping your word. The entire system is built on trust and accountability.

Once again Jacob did not disappoint! We have been going to him with all of the cars in our family for about 20 years. This latest visit proved everything we ve always known about Jacob: his honesty and integrity is beyond reproach. We were buying a used car that had been parked for several years and brought it to Jacob for his evaluation. Jacob honestly told us that the car was in excellent condition and needed very few of the anticipated repairs. He even took it through inspection for us!!!When we remarked to him that he could have sold us so many repairs that we were afraid we d need, his immediate response was I have to sleep at night . I have always obtained outstanding service with Jacob's Autorama. They repaired both our Honda Odyssey Minivan and Lincoln Continental on several occasions for different issues over the years. The repairs and problems with the vehicles were completed, within a very reasonable time frame. We have recommended several people to this repair shop, over the years, and those who we referred, were very satisfied with the service. In addition, I would drop in to obtain advice on automobiles before purchasing, and took their advice on the purchase of our Hyundai Genesis. This is a great auto repair service, and I will continue to recommend this business currently and in the future.

EXCELLENT SHOPI went to the shop yesterday to mount and balance new tires. While other shops wanted to charge me $30-35 per tire, he was the cheapest to do an excellent job for a FAIR amount ($17.5 per tire). Jacob was even shocked when I informed him about the others' prices. Jason, who did the job, was the most honest guy I have met in shops: his advice are like gems. SMALL SHOP BUT THE MOST FAIR PRICES AND HONESTY AROUND.

I highly recommend Jacob's Autorama. Jacob is honest, fair, and treats each customer with respect. He does his job with excellence and is happy to go out of his way to help. If you're in the area, I can't say enough good things about Jacob's Autorama.If you in a hurry and just want to get in and out, this may not be the place for you. He does things in a very timely manner, but he doesn't hurry. In my estimation, the quality of service is well worth the wait.

Jacob and his team are the consummate professionals in their line of work. It was a breath air to find an honest, decent and sincere group of folks. Generally, most mechanics want your money and that alone however; Jacob diagnosed my car and went over every little detail and option with me. I've been taking my lexis to Jacob for service for many years. I'm heading on a long trip to North Carolina and was concerned about my tires and other issues. Jacob was excellent- he was able to fit us in for a front brake replacement at 3pm, near the end of the day and it was completed faster than any other place we've used locally. Reasonably priced as well. I would definitely recommend.

I had an issue with my car not starting i tried for several days to fix the issue but I couldn't. So I called Jacob and explained the problem I was having. Instead of just telling me tow your car bring it here and we will fix it at Gid know hiw much cost, he gave me a very good hint of what the issue likely was and what to do. Well, I followed the hint and figured out the problem within 30 minutes and the car started. I called him back to thank him of course for being an honest business guy and helping me without charging one cent. From now on I will bring my car to Jacob's the treatment was outstanding, someone you can trust for sure.
