Great service great people . They took my Tesla same day I went for an estimate. Since my repair was covered by insurance, they handles everything with the insurance and only kept updating on the repair work. They finished work 2 days ahead of schedule and not only they repaired exterior work, but they cleaned my car very well!!!Customer service was kind enough to process my pick up outside working hours (7:50am).NOTE: Their Free candies are to die for

We needed body work done on our recently new Tesla and brought our car to International Collision Center for repairs. From beginning to end the customer service was impeccable. They promised the car back by 2/23 and delivered it two days early. The car was washed and brought to us. We were reminded all work has lifetime guarantee on our way off.Start to finish great job. Bravo. In today's world of limited customer service ICC deserves a shout out.

The repair service was very good. The best thing was that one of the staff kept us continuously updated during the repairing process. I didn't have to call to inquiry about the status, as I had to do with other shops in the past. Unfortunately I forgot the name of the person who kept me posted, but I would like to thank him anyway. Abdullah, who took the charge of my car when I dropped it off, was also friendly and helpful. Front desk service was also nice. Overall great experience.

I cannot speak highly enough of my experience at International Collision Center in Rockville, Maryland. Not only did they complete the repairs on my car promptly and with top-notch quality, but the service provided by Alexia was truly exceptional. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm smile and immediately made me feel welcome. Throughout the entire process, Alexia was incredibly attentive, accommodating, and knowledgeable. She went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my experience was perfect. Her professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction were truly outstanding. Thanks to Alexia s exceptional service, my experience at International Collision Center was nothing short of fantastic. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of auto body repairs.

International Collision's service and attention to detail is unmatched. I have been going to them for all auto related needs for many years. I was first referred to this shop by a friend when I lived in the Rockville area years ago and had a fender bender in rush hour traffic. They made my car look like new and I was especially impressed with the paint work/matching on my car that was several years old at the time. I have since moved from the immediate area and still take the drive when I need anything involving repairs or aesthetics done to my vehicle. What had originally started out as a "fix" for an inconvenience turned into a ritual of me bringing my cars to a place where I can trust that the staff will put the same time and effort into my car that I would myself. Raj, who heads the operations, is my main point of contact and is extremely helpful with any inquiry I may have and keeps tight deadlines for turn around time regardless of assessment of damage or work needed for any given job. Ive seen first hand how he gives every customer a feeling of commitment and priority which is admirable for what you can physically see is an extremely busy business. Ive become more of an enthusiast and at this point and I have had several bumpers painted as well as front fenders/splitters installed on my car. You cant just ask or trust any shop for meticulous tasks like painting a bumper two completely different colors along a very fine line that essentially separates "bumper" from "diffuser" and I appreciate that I can be that specific in a request without pushback from the business or staff looking at me like i'm crazy. Bottom line is they understand! I would highly recommend ICC for your automotive needs especially for any mishaps, accidents, damage and basically anything that falls under the category of what you cant necessarily fix or diagnose at home. Whether it be a new windshield or a new radiator I have yet to ask these guys for any service they couldn't perform or any part they couldn't track down!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Exhaust, Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim, Brakes, Battery, Oil change

A trusted business to take your vehicles to for any service or work. I have taken my car there twice now and the customer service has been outstanding both times. Always greeted with a smile and a welcoming environment. All the employees at this establishment are very respectful and very attentive. Dullah made sure to update me throughout the duration of my service. I would recommend any and all to this place. Thank you ICC!

Fantastic customer service, they won t suggest anything unnecessary and work with customer to understand customer s limitations. Gurshant helped me with my Tesla and he is great at what he does. He totally guided me what the best way is to get my car fixed and got it done on the same day.

My experience with International Collision Center was beyond exceptional! They kept me updated with my vehicle repairs, took care of my rental pick up and drop off, and did an amazing job overall. Komal was exceptionally helpful with the check in and check out process. Roger brought my vehicle to the front of the building and went over all the repairs done. I would 100% recommend this shop to all my friends and family! I am so glad I chose International Collision Center to fix my 2021 Benz C-Class!

We have taken our Tesla model y as well as our Honda to this shop and they have done a fantastic job. The staff is super helpful and nice. My experience here was amazing due to exceptional customer service. I got a bunch of work done on my car for reasonable prices. Dullah provided great communication which made everything seamless. I will be coming back and would highly recommend asking for Dullahs assistance!

Exceptional customer service from start to finish. We had extensive damage on our Tesla Model 3 from a deer running into the car. The work done was superb and as other reviewers have mentioned, the attention to detail was unparalleled. We couldn't have asked for a better experience - it's rare to have a business go so far above and beyond one's expectations!

My Tesla model 3 was brought here a few weeks ago and I was so nervous about it going anywhere. These people took great care of my car. Abdullah called me to let me know my vehicle was ready for pick up. When I arrived, he brought my car to the front and went over everything. He was so well spoken, sweet and respectful!!!

Dullah handled my oil change, alignment, and suspension, the team even cleaned my car when it was promptly returned. I m also just a girl and I appreciate that he walked me through the process and did not overcharge me. The service was impeccable and Raj was also very insightful and thorough, I will be returning whenever I need maintenance!

My experience with International Collision Center has been, bar none, the greatest experience with a car repair that I have ever had, considering the circumstances. I had a garage door come down on my car, resulting in over $3,000 of damages, but the customer service and professionalism here made this horrific situation a great experience. I love how Abdullah helped me at the beginning and end of my experience. I found his laidback demeanor calming and helpful in managing my expectations. I absolutely loved my experience with the women at the desk and I love that there is an office dog. The candy at the desk was a nice touch and was quite high quality and tasty too.

Took my car to International Collision Center to have my whole side door replaced. They did such an amazing job! Abdullah and Roger were exceptional. Roger made sure my car was re-washed as I came to pick it up and Abdullah was respectful and more than helpful during the whole process, answering any questions I had. Definitely will be bringing my car here again if needed.

I brought my Jeep her and A tall lanky gentle named Abdullah was so nice and inviting. He brought my car to the front helped me take things out of my rental told me what was done to the car and not to mention my car was so clean. Definitely would recommend this business to anyone!!!!

The most of staff at International Collision Center are very pleasant. I cannot thank Mr. Andy enough for his service and level of professionalism in dealing with all the issues I had with my car after it was supposed to have been fixed.He made sure that my concerns were addressed.

This was one of the recommended shop to me and I couldn t have made a better decision on bringing my Camry here. Someone made an attempt to steal my wheels and damaged majority of the interior of my car. When I picked up my car up from ICC, it was incredible. Like my car was brand new. During my time with them, I was accompanied by Abdullah who went over my estimate and showed me what was done. My entire experience was a 10/10 and I ll definitely recommend them to everyone I know in the future.

Communicative, efficient and overall caring team from intake to check out. We were kept abreast throughout the repair even with the Christmas holiday. The international collision center team made a very sucky experience with our car being vandalized so stress free. We felt well taken care of!Would highly recommend to anyone!

A few months I towed my car to international Collision Center. The repairs on my car was not easy they almost had to total the car but the work was amazing it looked like a brand new car. Abdullah who is a service advisor there walked me through the process of my car and explain thoroughly what happened and treated me with the up most respect. This place ROCKS!!!!

I had a great experience here when I brought my Model 3 at international Collison center. My car was cleaner than ever, it looked practically brand new. Abdullah went over the repairs with my vehicle and was very nice and had manors.

I ve had work done on my model 3 before but no work was as magnificent as this place. I was updated and treated as a priority. This gentleman named Abdullah was more the helpful when I came to pick up walked me through my estimate and was quite a nice young man. Love this place.

Great place! They did my front lip on my Tesla Model 3 long range! Highly recommend them if you need any repair or mods done on your car.
