5-star experience with this company! Under promised and over delivered car finished 2 days early. Customer service and employee interaction was outstanding and professional. My vehicle looked as if it had never been in an accident and was even cleaned thoroughly before returning to me. Highly recommend Imperial Auto Body!

My Mazda CX-5 2022 had a minor accident, and luckily, I found this shop which is among the very few "Mazda Certified Collision Auto Shops". They very well communicated my preferences with my insurance (genuine, new parts), and all impacted parts were replaced with new, genuine (OEM). It took just 20 days (from the time I took the car to the collection day), and exactly what was told on day one. It helped me a lot with planning my rental car arrangements. Quality of work (painting, adjustment) was excellent. Supplement forms were being submitted quite fast, and staff were very patient and cooperative every time I called to learn the status of my car's repair.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I give an excellent rating for this auto shop. They are very professional and dependable and was able to restore my mazda cx50 like brand new after the accident. Eduardo kept me updated to what was going on with my car- Thank you! A big kudos to all your staff for a job well done. My car was cleaned up well too upon pick up. I recommend this shop for your car repairs.

Calbert is the reason why I chose to have my car repaired at Imperial Auto Body. His attention to detail, professionalism, and knowledge of cars and body parts are immaculate. The process of contacting the insurance was seamless.After having my car repaired I was very satisfied with the quality of work. The paint was a perfect match, flushed tight fitment following the factory lines. Really could not tell even where my car was hit.To top it off, they did a full interior/exterior wash/wax that had a ceramic coating in it that left the car with the showroom shine.Highly recommend this shop!

Excellent service and timely with good communication. I worked with Ozzy through my experience and from the get-go felt like they were doing an amazing job. As full disclosure my case was being managed through insurance, however, irrespective Ozzy and the team were always on top of communication and professionalism. They did an amazing job pre and post. Would recommend!

i will always choose and recommend this shop for any car repairs. they do an amazing job and the keep you updated throughout the process. i have had more than one car fixed here and everytime they give the same customer service and quality of work. Calbert & Eduardo are amazing! 10/10 recommend.

I came here after looking at all the ratings in the area and wow they did not disappoint my car is back to PERFECT! Great price, quick, high quality. They know exactly what they are talking about when looking at your car. Calben assisted me and was amazing. Thank you for making my baby whole

I love this place. I live all the way in Alexandria VA but love taking my car here whenever body work is needed. Kevin is the absolute best. I just recently got in a accident and I got my car back. My car looks incredible. I felt like I was driving a brand new car off the lot. They also cleaned it so well. I was ecstatic. Thank you thank you!!!

Entering the pristine office and being greeted in a compassionate manner not only eased the pain of damage done to my Jaguar I-Pace EV but provided me with reassurance this was the right place to get the job done. They worked with me as I helped arrange an earlier-than-normal onsite visit from the insurance adjuster and put them in contact with a Jaguar Customer Relations Executive Liason to help expedite parts. They remained in contact with me throughout the process and managed to get the job done in six-weeks despite delays due to pandemic times. The staff significantly helped me in dealing with the insurance company for an accident which was not my fault. The completed job shows no indication there was any vehicle damage and the effort exceeded all my expectations. Do not hesitate to use their services for any auto body work!!

The Land Rover Dealership referred me to Imperial for body work on my Range Rover after I was rear-ended. From our first conversation and throughout the repair process, the staff at Imperial was professional and responsive to all my needs. They did a phenomenal job on my truck and she looks as good as new. I highly recommend their shop!

Had my insurance company recommend this company. The repaired my rear passenger window and the ignition since my vehicle was stolen. I mean all and all they repaired the vehicle. Unfortunately I still had a lot of glass inside my vehicle which surprised me. I also had a scratch from the tow that wasn t repaired. Even though I saw it circled when I went to drop my keys off. Idk whomever was cleaning my windows left the window cleaning spray in my car that rattled all around the back of my vehicle and when I stopped out of no where came flying back up front.All and all the repair was done. As far as for tlc idk.

Tigran was the one who helped me out! He was very relaxed and told me every step of the way with what was happening with my car. I went through SF insurance which was a pain, but everyone there when I had called was super pleasant and helpful in helping me out. Bring your car here for work! I am pretty picky and hands down would come back for any service needed. They had a lot of luxury cars around which to me was a good sign that people trust the service here.

Good quality job, done on time, fair price. Hourly labor rate lower than another body shop I recently used. Office staff could be a bit more friendly, but that's not as important to me as other things.

Imperial did a really great job on my Q50. Kevin one of the advisors even called to give me an update which was pretty cool. Never had that before, being called by the body shop to be given an update. So from a customer service perspective they did great. Also when I picked the car up the guy that I dealt with forgot his name ,even went out of his way to address a problem that was not part of the fix. Took him about 10 minutes but the fact he did not mind ,says alot about their focus on customer service. So definitely 5 stars.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Iam impressed with imperial auto body very impressed with the work and customer service, State Farm was trying to use used parts in my brand new vehicle but imperial auto body refused and told them since my car is a new vehicle they have to buy new parts, the work and painting was excellent, the shop looks awesome the customer service was awesome the two young gentleman Tigran and Calbert were so professional and helped me throughout the entire process and fought tooth and nail for me with my insurance to make sure all the work was done in a professional manner and new parts were supplied for the work. This is by far the best body shop in the dmv area

Highly recommend this auto body shop for any repair needs! I brought my car in because someone backed into the front bumper. I dropped it off on a Wednesday and it was ready for pickup Friday. They were in constant communication with me about the estimate, and when the car would be ready for pickup. Jason was very professional and helpful.The car was cleaned and the job they did on the bumper is fantastic, paint is matched correctly, and fits perfectly!Service: Body & Trim

My family has had the misfortune of being in several accidents over the last 17 years. Nonetheless, Imperial always, always comes through with outstanding customer care and results with body work. They also know when to cut the losses and Total a car. My hat is off to Imperial Auto Body of Rockville.

Great location, clean shop, and excellent customer service. I brought my vehicle to Anthony and Eduardo to check out after being rear-ended at the beginning of August. They estimated the completion of my vehicle in the middle of September due to supply chain issues. I said no worries; I had a rental regardless. They were very respectful and understood that the car was my baby, and they made sure to keep an eye on it. I received my vehicle back after the repairs approximately 2 weeks earlier than expected, and it looked amazing. When I got home, I noticed a scratch on a fender flare that I could only assume was a mistake from where it was parked over there. While I was freaking out at home, they had already noticed the scratch and ordered a replacement trim for me. I learned this after sending them an email seeking clarification on where it came from. I understand we are all only humans, and mistakes happen, so no harm, no foul. It's their attention to detail, thoughtfulness, and phenomenal customer service that set them apart from the competition. I would definitely come back again if I needed work done.

Unfortunately my new car was hit by my neighbor so I needed some bodywork done on it. After googling a Mazda in-network service center I chose Imperial Auto Body of Rockville to do the work. From the moment I dropped it off until the day it was ready I felt like my car was in good hands. Oswaldo took care of everything and made sure the process was explained fully to me. Upon picking my car up, I was impressed with how good of a job was done getting it back to factory!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I can t be happy enough I chose Imperial auto body to fix my car! I was sideswiped by someone at the end of September. Every auto body place in my area gave me dates well into October to even get an estimate. Imperial squeezed me in ASAP to get the estimate and I was able to drop my car off a week later. The process was very easy and Enterprise rental was literally across the street. The estimated time for repairs was 2 weeks. I had my car back in 1 week! And it looks brand new! Hopefully I won t have to go back ever but if I ever do, I would go back without hesitation!

Imperial Autobody did a great job repairing my BMW M4. It was hit in a parking lot and needed a new front bumper and a few other minor parts. They worked with Geico and managed to get my car back to new after two supplementals. They even managed to get my carbon fiber splitters replaced.Pros: Great work and good at explaining everything. Worked with my insurance company (Geico).Cons: No proactive updates. Every time I called and asked for an update I was informed but it would have been nice to receive updates as they occurred.

I'm very happy with the work the guys from Imperial Auto Body of Rockville did.They handled everything, from dealing with insurance company to fixing my car. Now my car looks brend new.
