Jeffrey and Noelle were very professional, patient, and knowledgeable staff. They worked very well with my husband and I circumstance. We are returning Honda customers after 10years and are very content with Honda s vehicles, staff, and their financing options that they have to work with their customers. Ralph and Jazz were a pleasure to work with. Clear communication, not overly pushy and at no point did I feel like they were playing any games with numbers, hidden fees, or anything untoward. They accommodated my last minute schedule and spent time showing me the vehicle and all of the features. Kind of the perfect mix of responsive without being pushy. This far, I am pleased with the vehicle, the deal, and the service. I d strongly recommend buying a vehicle from Herson s.

Great car buying experience through and through! It was incredible service by Jonathan. He greeted us at the entrance, walked us through several cars, was very helpful and courteous without any pressure or assumptions. My entire experience of buying a car ended up being 2 hours, which blew away my expectations for how seamless it went. It was also incredible how I could follow up with Jonathan by text with any questions after my purchase. He was very helpful and prompt with responses. I could not be more impressed and will recommend to others!

In a world where good customer service is hard to find, I found perfect customer service at Herson s Kia. I live 700 miles away, but I was on the search for a very specific Kia Carnival at MSRP. Most dealers are charging thousands over, but Herson s had one in stock. I called on Monday and had a very nice conversation with Alison Ramirez (business development consultant). She immediately put me in touch with Jazz Delos Santos (manager) , who promised he would hold the vehicle for me until I could fly up on Friday. Throughout the week, Alison and Jazz touched base, answered all of my questions, and continued to promise the van would not be sold. I landed Friday morning and taxied to the dealership. Upon arrival, the van was sitting out front, clean, ready to test drive. Jazz welcomed me into the dealership, introduced me to his colleague Jonathan Valencia (sales consultant) who would handle the sale. Throughout the process, they were knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and made the experience a pleasure. I actually had fun. After the drive, I was introduced to Jonathan Delacruz-Garcia, who would handle the finance aspect. We walked into his office, with paperwork ready, pen on top, and chair pulled. He told me they had all been advised I was flying in early, had a long drive ahead and wanted to be ready for me to sign and leave. He also told me how much the owner of the dealership values employees and how well they are treated, which explains the unparalleled amount of enthusiasm and professionalism that I encountered. In the middle of signing paperwork, I asked if they were going to put a front license plate on, since I didn t want holes unnecessarily drilled as it s not required where I live. Jonathan G called Jonathan Valencia, who then literally ran out the door and over to the van to stop the drilling process. I ve never seen someone run at work before Amazing. After we wrapped up, they topped the gas tank off and I was on my way. The experience was so pleasant that when I buy my next Kia, I will fly to DC, take a taxi to Herson s, and do this all over again. The 12 hour drive home was worth it just to experience what customer service should be like. Words can t describe it, you have to go experience it for yourself.

After the motor in my 2013 Kia Optima locked up, I towed it in for an estimate! The service advisor was very helpful and told me he would have it checked out! I was then notified that, because of a recall, Kia was replacing my motor free of charge. He then sent me a list of other recommendations and told me it would be ready in 2 weeks. A week later my car was ready! Not only the motor but 7 other items were repaired! Excellent service! My car was also washed and vacuumed!I highly recommend Herson s Kia!

I had the P1326 code for my engine. My trusted local mechanic told me to take it to Kia for the class action free engine (PI1802Y/Z). At Herson s Kia, I let Arturo know about the situation, and he took good care of us immediately. They got the new engine installed in a little over one week and provided a loaner in the meantime as well. Very satisfied with my experience with them so far.

We had such a great experience at Herson's Kia! They had exactly the car that I was searching for as well as a great group of people working there. Our sales person Matt Hunter was absolutely phenomenal! He was down to earth, friendly and made our experience such a great one. Ethel Powell in the finance department was so cheerful despite the late hour and very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend this dealership!

We had an excellent experience with Herson's. They helped us through the buying and new owner process. The sales team was great. Isaac, Kevin and Jorge were very patient as we worked through vehicle selection and pricing. Isaac did a fantastic job teaching us about the computer on wheels we were buying. The car is great and we appreciate their help location the vehicle we wanted. We already referred one friend to them.

My first visit. Herson's Kia (via Honda) serviced my car both for a Maryland State Inspection, and corrective opportunities. Initiative for communication could be better, but it is clear the capacity is there. What tells me so is that I noticed just how busy the waiting area was. And that was with different people throughout the day. They must do a good job, work quickly, and keep people coming back as so many customers clearly trust their work. All of that said, their systems are well integrated via mobile for learning updates, obtaining Lyft rides (affiliation is great!), and corresponding. 5 stars are deserved for now and going forward. Recommend!

This was the best buying experience I have ever had. I have bought or helped friends and family buy approximately 30 cars over the years. My experience with Herson s Kia was by far the best. Communications were clear, responsive, and most importantly they were completely honest. I drove an hour and half expected the very good price ($2k less than a half dozen dealerships closer to me) I was quoted via email would have hidden fees or charges, but the price was good enough I thought it was worth it. What I experienced was better than I could have imagined. My salesman, Raphael was knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful in every way. We quickly moved through the paper with the quoted price and I was treated by an equally helpful and friendly finance officer, Ethel. I was using my own bank and she could not have been more helpful and easy to work with. I will recommend Herson s to any and all that is in the market for a new car, and it will be the first and hopefully only dealership I need for my next purchase.

I can t say enough good things about this team.I drove from Fairfax, VA. after finding this dealership offering a much better deal than my local dealers.Diego was patient, listened and made sure the car was the exact make and model I wanted.Kevin the manager, walked me through a slew of different financial options that would get me the best rate.Overall, it was a great experience and I will be more than happy to travel the 45 minutes to purchase my next car and tell my neighbors to do the same.

The Accountant was pleasant 'with signatures', strange enough, I had fun in her office while signing leases, and acquired tons of knowledge while. Clean, Courteous, Professional.That sums up my trip. I took the car there for a recall and a 50k check-in. I took my car to Herson s because of the customer satisfaction ratings (other Kia dealerships are closer) and I was not disappointed.Brian, my service manager, was very professional, responsive and personable. He quoted me a time of 2 hours and I was out the door in under that. Additionally, I had some additional requests and he personally saw they were handled appropriately.The waiting area was clean and bright. The WiFi was free and secure. I had no trouble connecting to the World Wide Web.If you need your Kia serviced , this is the place!

The other dealership up the road didn't want to negotiate on the price of the car, but at Herson's it was an easy process and we walked away with a great deal and a great car. I was very excited to come here to get my oil changed as I had researched many Kia Dealerships near me and found this one to have the best reviews. When I first arrived for my oil change I was pleased with the customer service. They explained to me they were running a little behind and rather than an hour it was going to be closer to an hour and half or more. They offered to Uber me back to my job since it was going to be longer than originally expected. They asked if I wanted to add a tire rotation on and I said yes since they offered to Uber me back to work and I had more time. When scheduling with them they originally quoted me 105$ for the oil change, then I added the tire rotation on for 40$. I expected a total of 145$. I received a call from them about an hour after dropping off for them to tell me what else my car needed done, they said the mechanics INSISTED I have my air filter changed also. I asked how much that would be and the man I spoke to on the phone said 40$. I asked what the final total would be with all three services included and he said 180$. I repeated it back to him and said 180$ for everything, all fees included and he said yes. When I arrived to pick my car up he showed me the receipt for 248$ and said here is your total. I asked how my total went up by almost 70$ and he said labor for the filter change and miscellaneous shop fees. I was very disappointed as I was lied to on the phone about the true cost of the services. The 40$ air filter that they INSISTED needed changed ended up being 110$ plus 20$ of miscellaneous shop fees. Thinking things couldn t get worse I went to my car disappointed in the 4.9 star review place I went to for my 105$ oil change, leaving paying 250$ and I started my car, turned on the AC and it sounded like a lawn mower starting. I immediately went back inside and asked for help. Three different people came out to look at my car and they took the air filter out 3 times while I was standing in the parking lot. The air filter that cost 90$ is labor and fees and was taken out without any tools in a matter of seconds. The originally told me it was a leaf making that sound and it would be fine. But I insisted that was not a normal sound. They ended up having to take my car back into the shop for 20 minutes to find out what was making the sound. Apparently some items had been dropped into my car while they were changing the filter and were rattling when I turned the AC on. They did fix their mistake but I still left paying over 2x what I expected to pay and all I got was a sorry for the items being dropped into my vehicle. I was really hoping to find a reliable place to take my vehicle.

Ralphael found us the car We wanted when none were available within 3 weeks as one owner cancelled their order.He stayed on top of a 7 month back order of a charger on a previous vehicle We had bought and got results within 2 weeks.We added a trailer hitch which isn t stocked. He made sure it was installed within the 4 week time frame We needed.EV9 has a great ride, safety features and a decent range. We are very happy with it.

Jonathan De La Cruz Garcia at Herson's Kia provided the best car-buying experience we have ever had. We decided to lease the Kia Niro EV, and Jonathan took as much time as we needed to explain the car to us, allowing us to make a well- informed decision. Jonathan followed up with us, but never pushed or rushed us, and we know that we can contact him anytime for any information that we may need with regard to the car. He also helped us with information on installing a charging station at our house. Jonathan is a great salesperson, and just a great person in general, who we highly recommend to anyone seeking to buy or lease a car.

One of the best auto service experiences ever. Hands down, the team was welcoming and considerate. After hitting a major pothole needing service ASAP, even though they were booked, they still found time for me to bring in my car. Came in for my first service at Hersons Kia from a car I bought in September. Needed an oil change and also had a car charger fall apart in the charger and couldn't be removed. They fixed the charger situation, performed the oil change, and even washed the car. They even were kind enough to give me a spot for a private work call that I had to take without interruption. I cannot say enough about this team they have here.Kevin, Susie, Jazz, Jonathan, Josue are awesome people to work with! Thank you for your dedication to your customers! It goes a very long way!
