This is probably the best Honda service shop in the country, and I've been at several different ones nationwide. The entire staff is highly professional (and very detail oriented!) yet warm and kind. Nancy went above and beyond to make sure that everything's in order before I check out. Highly recommended, and they def. deserve more than just five stars.

This is by far the worst service center I have ever had to deal with it. I have brought in a new vehicle that should not be having problems that it is having. And every time it's been "there's no problem", "we won't make a record". We asked to it have it on record, because we have second opinion on the same problem. The car is under warranty and it would be covered with the dealership. Otherwise, we would take it somewhere else to get it fixed but would be paying out of pocket. This is also my first Honda and it's been a nightmare of issues with this car.

Ask for Emerson! Does a great job handling my issues. They also have a Lyft service if you are local and a single car owner. I ve been here many times over the years and I don t have any complaints.

Got a HRV 2023. People get mad at me at night because they think that I have the high beams when I don t. Call the dealer on 12/27/2023 and they literally told me that s there is nothing that I can do. It says clearly in the manual on page 575 that the lights can be readjusted. They don t want to help me at me. People constantly is harassing me and yelling at me when is not even my fault. I don t want anything to do with Honda in my life again.

I am happy with the actual result the service department did on my vehicle. The only comment and concern I need addressed is with the fee discrepancy provided during a phone conversation and after arriving in person. Giving different information on call and in person to clients sends off the wrong message and jeopardizes the trust and integrity with your clients. Please address this issue promptly. Thank you.

These guys and gals over Herson s are very helpful. They communicate extremely well, and I m very happy for all the help they give me on my Hondas I take to them.

good i able to used my Costco 15 % off the Car service good customer service got all my maintenance issues from oil change to tire change to battery customer satisfaction of my Honda pilot 2015 they have also upgrade their services to Free shuttle i m 100% satisfied

My wife took the car to Herson's for a 4-wheel alignment. Afterward she did get a before-after measurements of the wheels, which I always got from two other Honda dealerships and found it somewhat useful. When inquired the advisor simply said they don't provide the measurements to customers. In addition, I had to call several times to get hold of the advisor as he wouldn't call back after leaving a message.

Didn t have an appointment for oil change but they still took me in . Waited a little over an hour for my car to be done! Will definitely be back

This review is for the tire department specifically. If you are someone who has little experience or knowledge with cars, you should go to a different dealership or bring someone knowledgeable with you. This place will try to take advantage of you.We called the service department several days before making our appointment, looking for a used OEM Michelin Primacy tire in stock that matched the tread depth of the other 3 tires on our HR-V. We wanted to replace a mismatched tire with an OEM-spec tire with similar tread depth to avoid damaging the car's all-wheel-drive system.When bringing the car in for its service appointment, the mechanic told us they had plenty of these tires in stock, failing to say that they were all new tires with full tread depth, which is not what we asked for.Secondly, he asked a few questions that were intended to test our knowledge of cars. It's common knowledge that having a mismatched tread depth or tire model can damage the drivetrain of a vehicle with all wheel drive. Despite this, he questioned why we wanted to replace the mismatched tire, and later pushed us to get a new OEM tire despite a significantly greater tread depth. Again, this would result in major damage to the drivetrain down the road that would result in a more expensive repair for the dealership to fix.Lastly, he asked us if "the tire pressure light was on or the TPMS light was on," implying that those are two different things. TPMS stands for "tire pressure monitoring system." They are the same thing. This was clearly a trick question to test our knowledge of cars.We do not appreciate this lack of transparency or honesty when communicating with customers. I can't speak about the sales department, but I am advising my friends who drive Hondas not to use this dealership's service center. They will test you to figure out how much you know about cars, and if you fail their test they'll try to take advantage of that.Service: Auto tire replacement

Called to schedule service on my car and was transferred 8 times to different car makers, different departments and then back to the main number too many times that I gave up and will go somewhere else with my car.

Parts department bad attentionIf someone doesn't speak English and you ask for someone who speaks Spanish, just say there's no one who speaks Spanish, but you don't have to laugh about it.
