Went in for 90.000 miles service in the morning, dropped off my car and asked for an estimate. Nobody called me until 4pm. That's when i called them to ask about price and service. Person on the phone just said it's not done yet. Got call at 5.30 and asking are you coming to pick up your car? Went there around 6pm and the owner mr.Lee saying the cost is $792. I was little bit shocked and asked 792? He said its a lot of work... when i asked why nobody gave me a call since i asked for an estimate he acted crazy and was like , oh my guy didn't call you? So i got overcharged $500. Went in to other places to ask for an estimate and was approximately $300. Not honest mechanic at all. Not even sure what they did to my vehicle.They did tire rotation but my front tires look better then rear ones, mechanic who knows his job just wouldn't do it. Before this I went for ac compressor and oil change they didn't change my oil... stay away from this place. On a receipt he put parts are costing $60 and labor $700?

This Auto shop is the best. They work with you to find the problem and they get it done right the first time. Keeping you updated on cost and time needed and doing great work. I'm always happy with the results.

Mr. Lee and his team are outstanding. The quickly get you in, diagnose the problem and make the proper repairs. No BS. Just good old fashion down to earth service. My wife and I have full confidence that they aren't going to try to sell you services or repairs you don't need. We have no hesitation recommending him to our friends.

I see a lot of good reviews here and seeing high praises of this place. I wish I could say the same but my experience has been mediocre at best. My car was in a single car collision and had to be towed and get repaired - the workmanship was fine where repairs were done and he also found additional things to be repaired which was useful (although expected) - however, it has taken the shop way too long to repair - they took a full month to repair a few things (bumper replacement, replacing axle, radiator) knowing insurance is paying for rental car but didn't give timely update nor never seemed to much care about expeditious repairs. I felt since it was insurance claim case, they never bothered to work on my car and just put other customers' car on a priority list. That would not have been an issue if this shop found and repaired everything and if I was done with all repairs there but there were things they couldn't handle but since they took full a month of holding onto the car, insurance coverage on rental car was fully used which added inconvenience on my part after I got the car out from this shop and had to go to other shop. Also after finally getting the car, the car broke down within days with radiator hose bursting/overheating resulting from cracked radiator hose - which the shop never accepted negligence of not finding when they initially found radiator bent from collision and suggested repair - they never found out about the damaged hose. From the reviews of many other people that provided lots of good words, maybe I was unlucky but the owner treated as if I should have known what needs to be done between insurance and repair shop (which was appalling as often non-communication added frustration and when asked, the owner responded that I should know better) and the way he treated customer was not very pleasant on my part. I had initially gone to this place because of referral I received from someone I know but I know that I will not return to this place. I have hesitated leaving not so much great reviews because I don't just want to give bad reps to other people but I think there is room for improvement (nobody is perfect indeed and I did not enjoy any of experience I had with this place).Services: Steering & suspension replacement, Vehicle Inspection, A/C installation & repair

Mr. Lee does a good job on your car but cannot seem to get the prices correct. I was told one price and paid another, I didn't like that, don't tell me one thing and charge me another. That is bad business, your word is your bond.

Excellent service and customer care! I had gone to a different provider previously and I knew from the get-go that they were overcharging me for multiple parts that didn't need replacing. I heard about Mr. Lee from a coworker and the service his shop provides is incredible. He fixed my car all within a week and with reasonable pricing! 10/10 recommend.

I paid about $450 for the MD state inspection. The name on the inspection was wrong and MVA said they will not accept. I called the shop to update the name and they said they will not do and I have to pay another $100 and have car reinspected. They will not update. Now I have an inspection I cannot use after spending $450. Very unfortunate.Service: Vehicle safety inspection

I am extremely happy with the results of the work that was performed on the engine replacement of my classic 1991 Chevy Van. It is running better than I can remember when I bought it in 1991.Mr Lee and his crew of experts have my respect and endorsement for their workmanship and professionalisms . Mr. Lee running Gude Auto Care is a VERY honest man. I trust his inspection results and repair suggestions. He never overcharges but at the same time he does not suggest cost-cut solutions (e.g., unreliable parts) that may potentially cause further issues later on. I highly recommend Gude Auto Care.

Went in to get my oil change and they didn't have any customers waiting around so I thought they would hve no issue servicing a new customer. Well, I was wrong. They were very hesitant to help and made a face like he didnt want to do it. Long story short, he gave me a excuses as to why he can't do an oil change so I couldn't even get my oil change done.

Mr.Lee is super professional everytime I see him , I tow cars here and there to his shop and his customers speak highly of him . I had to bring in my car to him after that and I did and man the guy is great !
