Fantastic service and better pricing than other shops in the area.Gilis just repaired my bumper after a deer collision. Not only did Orna take the time to personally examine the damage with me and explain the likely repairs, she also answered all of my questions about the insurance process and my options.They did great work and advocated on my behalf when State Farm wanted to only pay for an after-market bumper. They got me the genuine part, kept me informed through the whole process, and detailed my car.

I had my car major scratches and dents repaired and paid out of pocket. Gilis not only provided phenomenal service and work but provided a great value. The outstanding attention to details and ability to make the car look like brand new was amazing. Gilis and his assistant were very personable.

The customer service and professionalism was phenomenal. I would recommend them to anyone that needs body work done on their car. My car looks just like it did when I drove it off the dealer's lot. I am very satisfied with everything that Gilis did. Thank you so much Orna.

Getting my car repaired at Gili's was the best choice I could've made. I was recently in a hit-and-run accident that left significant damage to my tail light and bumper. The receptionist was very friendly and made a quote for me within 15 minutes of my arrival. She ordered the parts immediately (after market to save me money) on Friday and they came, as expected, on Monday morning. I dropped my car off Monday and picked it up in excellent condition on Thursday morning (although it was ready by Wednesday evening). The prices charged were very fair and much less than I initially expected. Thank you so much for your amazing service- I will definitely be back for all of my auto needs!

Gili and his team were friendly, professional and super affordable compared to other places. I feel so lucky to have discovered his shop - he did incredible work on my car in a short turnaround time. They really went above and beyond and you can tell he runs a positive business with high morale. Smiles and stars all around!

I am so glad that I brought my car to Gili's Autobody when it was hit by another driver. Orna was extremely helpful at every step of the process, and made the whole experience as least painful as possible.First, I brought the car to get an estimate because the other party wanted to pay the costs of repairs out of pocket (the damage did not look too bad). Orna explained all the pros and cons of filing a insurance claim vs.not (including the costs that insurance company would pay in addition to the repair costs, such as rental car costs). She was not trying to influence my decision in any way - she gave me all the information to help me make a decision. After conveying the information that she gave me to the other party, he decided to file an insurance claim.After getting an insurance claim check from the insurance company (the amount was about a half of the estimate that Orna gave me), I called Gili's, and she took care of everything from there (she even made a rental care reservation for me). I simply brought a car to them one day, had a couple phone calls with her, and all the repairs that she included in the initial estimate was completed within less than a week. She did all the negotiations with the insurance company, and I did not need to pay a dime!I highly recommend Gili's Autobody to anyone who was involved in an accident and needs repairs.

Great service and great job! I got my car back as brand new. I feel like Orna represented my interests for my insurance company. I chose this shop based on google reviews and very happy about my choice. All good things that people mentioned about this shop are true.

I m a young professional in the area and was involved with my first automobile accident (hit and run). I got a quote from my insurance company and went to Gili s as well. The office management was excellent to work with and very friendly. They explained to me how insurance companies process accidents and made sure that the work done to my car was done right. Throughout the week that I was getting my car fixed/dealing with the insurance company GIli s kept me informed the whole way. The work was done within a few days and they did an amazing job. I would go back to Gili s again.

I was hit on Rockville Pike and while I wasn't hurt, my car got banged up and it was more excitement than I really wanted that morning.The other drivers insurance company admitted fault and cut me a check for the repairs. Gili then went to bat for me to get the insurance to cover everything that NEEDED to be done to make the car right and to get me set up with a rental car for the duration.He got everything straight on the money side with the insurance for me and did the work right, I cant even tell where it was dented now. he did an awesome job on the paint match.

WOW!!! These people really take care of their customers. Was involved in a bad accident in December. The work was superb and I never had to call in for an update. Gili's with Orna at the front office are in constant communication with their clients. All work was finished on time and Gili's handled all situations with the other person's insurance company. I would recommend them to anyone and gladly return for all automotive needs, not just body work. Thanks Gili's.Ron T

I've used Gili's 3 times now for their paint quality and customer service. However, the last time they had "finished" the job I found several careless errors in the reassembly including a panel gap that I could put my finger though, many missing tabs, a loose side mirror and more. It's like they decided that they don't do QA anymore. Update, the badge they mounted on panel has fallen off. Sloppy work guys.

OH MY GOD ! THIS SHOP IS SO AMAZING! The lady at the front desk name Ornia I hope im spelling her name right! She is so HELPFUL AND SHE REALLY CARES ABOUT YOUR CAR AS IF IT WAS HERE OWN AND SHE IS VERY NICE! I had a wonderful experience ! I recently got my second new car a Lexus ES350 and 1 week later I was hit by someone. The damages weren't so bad she didnt hit me that hard. I looked up shops in my area to find to take my car I wanted a shop that I can trust with my car and something told me take it there and also I saw the reviews! She knows what she is talking about when it comes to cars you wouldnt think a women would know to much about cars! BUT SHE DOES :) She makes sure you understand whats going on and if you have any questions she is open to answer them!She always calls to let you know whats happening to it while it is in the shop ! It took about 2 weeks for it to be finish. When it was time for me to pick it up MY CAR LOOKED BRAND NEW ! I was so shocked! They wash the car for you they clean it! I couldn't thank her more than enough and the people there ! MY SECOND EXPERIENCE WITH THEM ! As soon as I got my car back 2 weeks later I was hit AGAIN by a driver who ran into the side of me when I was turning. It was a bad accident! I was so upset because I just got my car back from the first accident but I was more thankful I was alive ! My car looked total at the time! So once again after the accident happen the lady who hit me her insurance told me do I have a shop that I want to take it to I yelled YES Gilis Auto Body! It was such a long process from this accident and the damages done to the car !I CALLED ORNIA and told her everything that happen and she took my car again to get fix and WORKED HER MAGIC!!! SHE EXPLAIN EVERYTHING I NEEDED TO KNOW SHE SAVED MY CAR FROM BEING TOTAL ! IT WAS 5% LEFT FROM BEING TOTAL IN MARYLAND! IT WAS A LONG PROCESS IT TOOK OVER A MONTH to fix my car because of the damages. She was so wonderful at keeping me updated with everything and making sure I was okay from the accident She took her time to make sure the car was right and perfect! I WILL FINALLY BE GETTING MY CAR BACK TOMORROW ! AND I KNOW IT WILL BE BACK TO BRAND NEW!! I WILL ALWAYS TAKE MY CAR HERE! If you have promblems with your car or been involed in a accident and live in maryland in silver spring TAKE YOUR CAR HERE YOU WOULD NOT REGRET

Our old beater of a 2000 Sienna got soaked inside...a flood of water. Brought it GILI'S AUTOBODY where Orna took it right in.Working through insurance GILI'S stripped out the interior, cleaned up the water, power washed and disinfected the entire carpet and padding, mildew proofed it and replaced it better than new and smelling clean and fresh.They identified the cause of the leak as the sunroof drains which after 14 years were clogged through and through. They even installed some new rear speakers for me as the whole interior was already off. The car looks great inside and you can't tell that it was ever water damaged. Bring on the rain...my van will stay dry thanks to Gilis AUTOBODY. I won't go anywhere else and neither should you!!
