I had the pleasure of working with Dennis, who was by far one of the nicest and chillest guys. He was very honest, communicative, and sweet. I brought in my lovely GTI and he was very gracious to give me the best service. I cannot say enough nice things about him and this shop! Ask for Dennis. :)

I ve been using German auto repair for my Honda and Toyota for many years (since they first opened, whenever that was). Roumen (the owner) is honest, knowledgeable and fair in their pricing. Whatever mystery my car presents they figure it out and get it fixed right the first time. When I ve gotten a quote from the dealer Ive gotten a substantially better price here. I wouldn t bring my cars anyplace else. Very Trustworthy.

Very reasonable and professional! I drive a German car and have been taking my car to the Audi dealership to be ripped off too many times so I saw that German Auto Repair LLC has high reviews and wanted to check them out. Happy I did! They checked my car because it was making a weird noise and the bill was very reasonable. I will be coming back here for additional services in the future. We have been going to German Auto Repairs for nearly 3 years. Roumen and his team are always friendly and courteous, trustworthy and honest. I recently bought a used car so need an inspection. I made an appointment, they took the car on time and it was ready when promised. I highly recommend them!

German Auto Repair is a great shop. I have never seen a cleaner work shop ever. I am so excited to have Roumen as my mechanic, he is very professional and personable. I would and have already recommended him to many others. I have used many different garages over the years and have been sorely disappointed in most of them in many ways. Roumen has resorted my faith in a good mechanic.

I have been going to German Auto Repair for about a year now and I ve only experienced the best of the best of service. I take all my BMW services to Micheal and he takes care if all my needs in a timely manner. He is upfront about what you need and also the cost are very reasonable. I would recommend anybody to German Auto Repair.

I ve been getting my BMW and Landrover serviced here for years. Pricing is competitive and fair. Customer service is top quality. Michael is highly competent and has resolved all issues with both our cars for years. Top rated business.

I highly recommend German Auto Repair LLC. Michael Mihailov is a fantastic mechanic providing reasonable quotes for work and efficient service. I initially took my BMW X3 to a dealership and received an unreasonable estimate for repair work. I then contacted Michael and he provided a much more reasonable quote for the exact same repairs. He got the job done quickly and I am extremely pleased with the work. Five stars all the way.

Great shop and great communication! They did walnut blasting on my higher mileage GTI and the results are immaculate. I highly recommend them for carbon cleaning.

Excellent service on my Mercedes 2005 Diesel (E320 CDI). They were able to troubleshoot all error codes and complete the necessary repair the first time. Six months after the service the car runs great with no error codes.

Michael. I thought he was a good genuine mechanic. He will do one job good for you so you come back, but the next job he did on my car, he didn t even fix anything and now my leak is worse and I asked him why did this happen and he went on on how it has to be something else on the transfer case. He then wanted to charge me another $400 to try and fix it again. He s not about integrity or sympathetic with his customers whatsoever. If you didn t do the job right, well the right thing to do would be to fix it for free since he should ve done it the first time. Ridiculous.

Roumen is very helpful every time I've been to his shop. He knows his stuff and readily researches for repair procedures and parts and shares the info with you if you want to know the details, which I do. He's honest about options such as whether the item can be repaired, whether it's worth it now or to wait a bit, and how much it will cost. I like dealing with a small company. Highly recommended.

Best shop in town for even the most complex diagnostic and mechanical repair. Very reasonably priced. Detailed and thorough explanation of what is needed to be repaired, why and a great break down of the cost! I will never take my car to a dealer!

Roumen is a brilliant diagnostician. We had taken our VW euro an to 3-4 other very good mechanics who could not figure out what was wrong with it. Roumen figured it out and has it running beautifully. Prices are good. He is an honest guy and a clear communicator. Huge thumbs up!!!

The owner was very accommodating in picking me up from Metro and dropping me off, which was appreciated, but I wasn't told that the shop had a minimum charge of $50 so I ended up paying that for a tire plug, which wasn't great. I should have been told about the minimum charge upfront. Thanks.

HONESTY, EXPERTISE, RELIABILITY: The best shop I've ever experienced in my fifty years of owning Mercedes Benz cars. I own seven and an '82 VW Vanagon camper. Given a written quote totaling $6,000 from a MB dealership for "essential repairs" to my '98 SL600, 51kmiles, I purchased parts to complete the "essential repairs" and took the parts to GAR. When I returned to collect the car, Roumen had the box of many of the parts and told me to "take them and get your money back; cleaning contacts, adjustments, and computer resets were most of what I had to do. You don't drive your car enough!" The 12 cylinder classic ($132K new) rode and drove like new for a third of the dealer cost. HONESTY!!! Give your car to GAR and RELAX!

Had issues with the valve cover gasket in 2009 bmw 535i, they offered a reasonable price and made sure the work was completed on time as they promised. Would recommend them!

Honest and straight forward approach to estimates & repairs. Roumen went out of the way to help and took my car to get it emission tested while it was under his repairs where I had no time to spare. Good place. Highly recommended.

I took my M.B. SL560 1987 to fix fuel distribution system. 4 month later and $1,000.00 I got my car back in the same way it was . I had to mark a one star ,but this place don't deserve any.
