I was transporting a customers trailer, when 2 tires went flat. I needed replacements quickly.This tire shop had the tires I needed, at an honest price.The technician was very fast working also. I had 2 new tires installed in about 45 minutes.I highly recommend this shop.

I had the best experience with Flat Tire. My tire had a nail in it and there was a slow leak. I went on my lunch break and was in and out in minutes. Excellent customer service! I would highly recommend this business.

Excellent shop, quick, simple, and very reasonably priced. Showed me the damage to the tire and gave his recommendation (which was the cheaper option) before confirming the fix. I would absolutely return

Excellent service. The mechanics are honest about the services or repairs needed and won t try to get you to pay for services your vehicle doesn t need like other mechanics. I highly recommend this company.

Had a nail in my tire and called a bunch of places for a plug. Everyone I called wanted me to drop the car off and wait all day - not these guys! Literally pulled in and they came out to fix it on the spot. Cheapest price for a plug around and fastest service.

Try to get an alignment after replacing suspension parts.they won't do it unless I buy tires from them. Their sales tactics are very bad.they try to tell me that my tires were bad when I know they where ok.I work in the automotive Industry for over 15 years and hate to see small business like this with young employees with big egos making a bad reputation for the industry.Update: the owner call me ask me if I was a real mechanic or if I was a certified alignment technician, I realized that the owner attitude and condenscending demeanor is worse than the employee.Professionalism out the window.

My brother recommended this place to me and I'm so glad he did. I needed 2 tires replaced, I made an appointment at 3:00 and was out by 3:15. They are fast and provide great customer sevice. I will definitely come here from now on.

Family owned business, great customer service great price. Excellent tires. I got used tires, they did full mount and balanced included in price. In and out quickly. They also tested in water for leaks.Do call and come in to change your tires here! There are other local shop that can be shady as side walls were bad (Emmanuel tires) down the street. This is a must stop for used and new tires. Professional and hard workers!

They went above and beyond. Fixed my tire and then checked tire pressure on 7 other tires and added air, and I didn't even ask them to do that. Highly recommend this place.

I had a great experience with Flat Tire Shop on Dover Rd in Rockville today. I drove in at 4:30 pm to find out when they would be able to look at my front tire that had a slow leak. They took me right away and saw a nail in the tire. He quoted a fair price and told me it would take 45 min. When they examined the tire off the rim they found a second nail. They asked me to come see what they found and gave me a new quote that was only slightly higher than the first. I authorized the repair and was on my way in less than a hour! I was very pleased. Shop looks great -- very clean and well lit. Staff was nice and professional. I recommend you give them a try when looking for a tire repair or replacement tires.

Got a flat tire on 270, came over. It couldn't be repaired but they replaced the tire right away. Was in and out in way less than 30 minutes. Were very friendly. Will be returning for future needs and absolutely would recommend.

Awesome friendly and quick service. Tried 4 other places in the area to fix a puncture close to the sidewall. Everyone refused. These guys were able to find a similar used tire and replaced the punctured one.

This shop is very professional. They quickly fixed a leaking tire by removing the screw and patching the hole. It was a good job and the price was fair. I would recommend them.

Great find for tire repair. Showed up at opening with my sons car that ran over a nail. 20 minutes later tire was fully checked and repaired and I was on my way. Will use again when need new tires.

Excellent service. My car tire had a nail causing a slow leak. These guys at the Flat Tire Shop fixed it in just 5 minutes without any fuss! There was no waiting time. He was very courteous and client friendly. The price was very reasonable. I will definitely go to this place next time if I have any tire problem. I would urge others to promote this small family run business, which is efficient, reasonably priced, and client friendly.

Great people doing great work. They will have you in and out quickly when other places wanted my car for a day just to patch a tire! I am pretty meticulous with my vehicles and they did everything to my satisfaction. I highly recommend Flat Tire for all your tire needs.

Great honest work and friendly service. Went in for possibly 2 tires but was told that I only needed 1, now that right there is great service. Any other place would be happy to sell you extra tires, Luis and his crew are amazing.

Stopped in on a Saturday morning for a couple of used tires for my Crown Victoria based on previous reviews. Customer service and prices were excellent and the staff are courteous and honest. Do not hesitate to take your car here for any of your new or used tire needs and recommend it to any friends or family. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

I have been here 3 times for 3 diff nails in tires: 2 on my girls Lexus which were plugged and 1 nail in my M2s PS4 which was patched...all 3 jobs were great and fast/ no hassle and they have held up. This is the goto place for tire repair!

Wife's suv got a flat Friday. Took it Saturday, unfortunately tiren was too damaged to fix, but they replaced it for an amazing price. Super friendly and timely. Will.go back for sure .
