The Fitzgerald Team was exceptional during our most recent leased vehicle acquisition. We were not expecting to find an available vehicle that met our functional and budget needs. The group we worked with listened to our goals, worked together to find a solution, and left us pleasantly shocked at the outcome. From the Internet Sales Manager, the Sales Associate we worked most directly with, and continuing to the Finance Representative who executed the formal agreement, we received excellent customer service and a consistent, clear message. Our third Subaru with this dealership and best experience yet.

My car flagged a safety issue when I was driving it last week. Within an hour, I had an email and phone call from Fitzgerald Subaru to schedule an appointment to follow up. Turned out the heavy rain flooded my rear facing camera, a perfectly reasonable occurrence but, nevertheless, I was grateful for the detailed look and explanation of what was normal and what was abnormal with my car.The service, as always, was fast and efficient. Besides the routine things, it called for tire rotation and suspension balancing, Service that I welcomed with my frequent trips up to and around the Catskills with its bumpy roads and potholes. The job took less time than I was expecting, and I returned to the car to learn that my radio has been updated, and that the features that had changed, make it easier to turn on and turn off my seat warmers.I couldn t be happier with the excellent - as usual - service that I received from Fitzgerald Subaru.

Todd & Cristin at the Subaru service center helped me this time around, and they were both fantastic. I purchased my Subaru here and have always had them service it. Everyone is incredibly competent and helpful, and they clearly communicated what work needed to be done, what work could wait until the next time around, and estimated costs for everything. I also received video of my inspection so that I knew exactly what had been checked and also had a sense of why they recommended an extra service. Great service - no surprises - and fast repair work. I recommend them wholeheartedly!

Speedy , courteous service. Oil changed in no time. Sometimes They suggest expensive add-ons, which are auto generated by the system, and they are fine with it when I decline, no hassle. Cristin is so helpful and personable. They are a great dealership and I'll always buy my cars there.

Johnny Figaroa, our salesperson, was most helpful in getting us through the buying process. He was courteous, knowledgeable and very professional. We had an excellently pleasant customer experience. Pricing was upfront and straight forward, devoid of the common tricks and games played on car buyers by many car dealers out there. We did our due diligence in shopping around to compare prices and Fitzgerald Automall came out pretty competitive in their pricing. Highly recommend to give them a try.

Update:We just had our first routine service visit at Fitzgerald. The whole process was smooth and everyone we interacted with, especially Cristin, were just pleasant. Everyone we worked with was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Their pricing is straightforward and their service agreements are reasonably priced. We re very pleased with our new Outback. My second time leasing from this Subaru center, and I ll probably just keep coming back for the rest of my life. They are kind and helpful and fair, and good at negotiating with you rather than against you. I don t know what else you might want from a car dealership!!!! The sales reps are excellent and the financing reps are also amazing. Huge props to Keemia this time for her excellent service and Marielos for getting me through financing as fast as possible. First time I have had an all women team and that alone makes me smile!!!!

Good support from Todd but frustrated by long wait time (a little over 2 hours) given that I had an appointment. System effectively puts oil change walk-ins ahead of those with appointments, which isn t clear when you schedule service online.

The lease period for my outback was closing soon. Over the last several weeks, I worked closely with Darin to review my options for buying out my current lease, buying a new car, or leasing a new car. He answered all my questions, did not pressure me into anything, there was no need to haggle because they made it easy to see the bottom line. No hidden charges/fee and super kind service. I signed my new lease, and please to be a part of the Fitzgerald Subaru Family. Oh, and the new outback is slick. And thrilled about the CD Player option.

There was a structural issue that our regular mechanics didn't want to touch. I made an appointment with Fitzgerald for the next day and Cristin was great--she prioritized the repair for safety reasons and a few hours later the car was fixed and safe to drive. This is a very professional operation and despite the fact that it was a busy afternoon, everyone was professional and courteous.

Fitzgerald provides excellent service. I noticed a few ways that sets them apart from other dealer services:1. Documented peace of mind. A video is sent to customers when checking the basics, such as tires, breaking pads, and battery. No other shop that I know does that.2. They actually use the car statistics collected by the car's computer and send you a reminder. For years, when a warning light announced a difficulty no body reminded me to have the car checked.3. If no loaner car is available, Fitzgerald will take you home and pick you up from home. Very convenient.I could noticed right away Fitzgerald knows how to be service oriented.

My routine 22K mile service visit went very smoothly. My service manager Ismael Posada was friendly and efficient explaining what would be done on my car and the cost. He applied a $70 coupon that I was due even though I had not brought the email that entitled it to me. The car was ready when he said it would be 2 hours. The car was washed before it was given back to me. All in all, it was a nice experience.

Best experience at a car service center ever! Mounted my license plate, checked the tires, brakes, fluids, and arranged for a Lyft to and from at no charge. James was friendly and extremely helpful and efficient. He checked in with me to be sure I had all my questions answered, and the service manager called afterwards to ensure I was taken care of. They are clearly a very busy center, but seem to have managed an excellent balance of customer service, efficiency, communication and quality. I will definitely return to them for all my service needs!

First time buying a car from Fitzgerald. Overall customer buying experience was great. I test drove the cars I was interested in numerous times within 2 weeks. So I was in and out of the dealership a few times. The sales team was patient and didn t pressure me at all. This is a stark contrast from the 2 other dealerships I was cross shopping from. I went with Fitzgerald even though the trade in offer was slightly higher from another dealership. I didn t even try to haggle as I thought I was getting a great deal with this dealership. Shoutout to James, Keemia, Manny & Mr Hannagan in finance. Day of signing I had to rush out unfortunately but they were understanding and wrapped everything up as fast as humanly possible. Thanks for all the help and the experience. I will no doubt recommend friends and family in the market for a Subaru. -Mark

I strongly suggest buying your next Subaru, or Hyundai from Fitzgerald, as my experience was completely satisfactory. Both my sales rep Eduardo Hernandez and the sales manager. Drew both took the time to explain everything to us about the new vehicle. The process was painless, effortless, and the end result was well worth the trip. Eduardo is an exceptional person who takes the time to go over details, and shows no attempt to pressure any of his customers. I expect to purchase a second vehicle in the coming years and will definitely keep Fitzgerald as my top choice of car dealerships.

Darin took fantastic care of me! There was absolutely no pressure to buy and I genuinely appreciated that. I purchased a used Subaru from here almost a year ago. When I had a check engine light that required service I brought it back and received tremendous service from Cristin S. She identified an issue with the initial purchase and went above and beyond to correct the situation. I have never felt inclined to review any businesses before now, but this was a difference maker that deserves acknowledgment. Car repair is not fun in general, but this time I left with a smile and would recommend them based on how Cristin S. worked with me with honesty and integrity clearly being the values we both share.

They were friendly and efficient at Fitzgerald Subaru. I came in late on a Friday afternoon, and when they said they weren t going to be able to finish that night, I was able to get a loaner car. They called me around 1 the next afternoon and I picked up my car by 2.

JAMES AT SUBARU, was excellent. Purchasing a vehicle is stressful enough but when you only have 3 days to get a car it becomes unbearable. James was there to guide me and give sound advice. He was an advocate for me and worked with me and not just for the sale. He never made me feel like I "had to make the deal" he always said it's ok if you don't choose today. He worked with me for over 10 hours in 2 days to allow me to make the best decision and feel good about it. He has a life long customer. Did I mention the dealership is an hour away. Worth the drive if you're working with James.

Let me tell you how simple and pleasant my experience was in buying a car from Fitzgerald Subaru Rockville. I came in on a Monday to look at the Forester, along with looking at some Hyundai cars next door. I was immediately helped by Johnny Figueroa who took me on a test drive and then ran the numbers. He then brought in his manager, Drew Huon, to help me get to the best deal. Johnny even introduced me to a Hyundai salesman so that I could just go next door to test drive those cars without having to wait. I went home, thought about my options and then emailed Johnny and Drew to say I was going to move forward with the purchase, but wanted a different color. They searched for the color of the Forester I wanted within a 200 mile radius. The car arrived to the dealership that Tuesday and I went in to purchase it that Wednesday. Johnny and Drew were so easy to work with and they were patient and so accommodating. If you are looking to buy a Subaru, I would highly recommend both Johnny Figueroa and Drew Huon at Fitzgerald Subaru Rockville!

11/17/23 Great service, fair price on my trade My salesman Twain D. was a knowledgeable ambassador for Subaru and it was a pleasure working with him.I couldn t be happier with my Outback, smooth ride and a lot of fun to drive!Thanks Twain and the team at Fitz.!12/21/23I brought in my Outback to have the extra seat protectors I purchased installed, it took 3 hours for them to hang the protective pads from the headrests? 3 hours. They also forgot to install the other side wall panels I purchased, thankfully they re going to mail them to me.Luckily I didn t purchase ANY of the service contracts!The customer service it seems ends when you sign the check.

Very convenient scheduling. I like that the mechanic doing the inspection texted a video of what he was doing so I could see what he was looking at. The work was done promptly and everyone I interacted with was helpful friendly and professional. the reason I give four stars rather than five is because $158 seems like a lot for an oil change. However, I am willing to pay that extra for the convenience.
