I had oil change done and car inspected at Excluservice and they did a wonderful job. The price is competitive, and the inspection report they sent to me has pictures and details, and this is really nice. Ray is friendly and knowledgeable. All the staff here is great. We are happy that we find Excluservice and we will continue coming here to take care of our cars.

My family enjoys doing business with Excluservice. The professionalism of the staff and giving customer s options and having a transparent process on costs and what to expect is especially valuable. Our experience with Ray our service advisor was exceptional, good listening while giving professional advice on what was necessary for appropriate servicing of the car.. I've had to get a couple of things done for my BMW, Ray and the team were great throughout the process, one of the new parts that was installed was not up to standard and they were great about replacing until everything worked crisp. I appreciate their knowledge and passion for these cars. -Sunny

First came here in the 1990 s with my first of my 3 second hand 325 ic s . I was referred by a friend saying they had the best trained mechanics for BMW and not the out-of- order pricing from dealership. Easy access to metro- I usually just walk.. now I m back again.. and am impressed with all the changes and the new I take process and wait area! Wow! Stefanie and his crew are trustworthy- def feel confident that you can t go wrong!

This shop recently worked on my 2000 M Coupe. They did a great inspection and sent me photos of all items they deemed needed service/attention. They were timely and professional. I can t say enough about their skill and expertise. Forget the dealer, especially if you have an older or low production number car this shop is where you want to bring your prized BMW. I had a great experience at Excluservice! They were very professional! The place was very clean. They repair my car and let me know about possible issues that might happen in the future. They also gave me an estimate for everything! I ll definitely recommend this place!

My oil change was due and I had no doubts about getting it done at BMW Excluservice. When I called, Stephane walked me through the process and explained everything in details. They also inspected the car and found some issues that were never fixed by the previous shops I used to take the car to. The staff is very nice and professional, they were able to answer all my questions.I also got my DINAN exhaust done here and I absolutely LOVE it.I will use BMW Excluservice for all my future needs and will refer them to my friends and family.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto exhaust system replacement, Vehicle safety inspection, Auto brake replacement

I took my Mercedes Sprinter Van there for the first time after reading everyone else's reviews. Perfect experience for me. Attractive pricing. Very capable, friendly and thoughtful staff. Locked up the van in their garage overnight after I told them there were some valuables inside. They even washed the Sprinter when they were finished, too! (it ain't easy to wash those vans). I used to go there in the late '80s and early '90s. I moved out of state and now back in the area, with 2 BMWs and an Audi I went back. New mgmt, NOT the same. I took an X1 for MD inspection and Excluservice made up over $5,000 worth of work that was FALSE. I went to BMW of Rockville and got the inspection without any of the listed items. BE CAREFUL, a shop that lies to get business is your worst enemy

This place is great. A fair price for excellent work. They provide you with a diagnostic, and let you know how much you will be spending to keep your car in top shape. My 16 year old BMW has been here for regular maintenance and regular oil changes. I know I have saved thousands of dollars going here vs. the dealer, and I know I have gotten top service from qualified technicians. Trust is the number one reason you can go here and feel like you are not getting ripped off. Another amazing experience! I will continue using Excluservice for all my BMW needs, they are awesome. They called me and picked up my car exactly (to the minute) of when it was scheduled with constant updates (en route, picked up, delivered, etc). They delivered it right back to where it was -- all of this excellent service provided at no additional cost! Continues to be the best service and best prices for a BMW oil change. Highly recommend!

Last week Excluservice - European Automotive Repair completed some scheduled maintenance on my 2009 BMW M3. The changed the spark plugs on the, service the brake fluid, and replaced the support rods for the cars hood. Overall, I found their prices to be fair. The service for the spark plug replacement was $200 less than BMW of Rockville. Additionally, they provided me with a loaner car while they kept mine over night. When I received my car, they had washed the car and reviewed all the completed work with me.Service: Auto maintenance

Excluservice has maintained my collector vehicles over a decade or more and kept them in phenomenal running condition. They are clear on what services make sense and are needed, as opposed to 'selling' services like many dealers do. Their estimates are spot on and the work impeccable, from thoroughness to cleanliness. I cannot recommend any service facility more highly. I had a very very bad experience, I sent my BMW there it get alignment and brake flush, so after couple days I went there to pick it up, after driving to work I noticed steering wheel was way off center, I called them back to see if they could see what is wrong then they told me they can t do anything for it. Really, like after literally 2 hours of paying them and picking up my car they can t see it and check unless I pay again??? This is my first time I ever see such service, literally all shops that I have been to offered warranty on their repairs, the reason I went there because they were the closest where I live. Even though the customer is great and friendly, they are very expensive. I am not going there anymore, and I don t recommend them.

Going to Exclusive for my BMW repair was a incredibly (dare I say?) enjoyable experience! From start to finish they were there for me every step of the way! They got me in right away, did a through inspection and estimate of what was necessary to fix and what could wait, then repaired what was needed in record time at a fair and reasonable price - and did it in a safe, masked, super clean environment. Then when I picked up the car I brought in my daughter s old BMW and they cautioned me that it would be too expensive to repair and recommended that we trade it for another car! (I was very grateful for their clear explanation to my daughter too when she clearly had other ideas). After that my trust grew (so we stayed) and I asked them to fix the dent in my car - and they promptly repaired that in record time and at a very reasonable price.All in all I couldn t be more pleased with their service, kindness, promptness, and integrity throughout what is usually a very stressful process for me. Thank thank you to the entire team and most especially to Stephane! You guys are the best!

Excluservice s technician accurately diagnosed a complicated problem involving several systems in my 22-year-old BMW 5 series (E39). I might add this was after another local service did not. Fair pricing, completed on time, and my car was expertly cleaned. Updated review December 2022: Once again, I am pleased to report that Excluservice delivered stellar service on my BMW 5 series. This time I was seeking testing and a repair of my 2003 530i after a "check engine soon" light came on and wouldn't go away due to an oxygen sensor issue. Also, I made Stefan aware that my vehicle was soon due for a periodic state emissions inspection so a diagnosis and repair of this problem was critical. In short, together with usual outstanding communications with me (phone, email, text, including visual explanations), they quickly identified and fixed the issue and drove the car some to be sure it wouldn't reoccur. In the course of all of that, and on his own initiative, Stefan took the car for the state inspection and of course it passed. I am grateful for their level of service and highly recommend them to any BMW owner.Excluservice is a customer-centered business, and they know their way around BMWs. Owning an older BMW means sometimes getting expensive repair work done. But Stephane and his team explain everything, listen, and the mechanics get it done right. I am a return customer because of their practical approach to repair work, excellent communication, and fair prices. I returned to BMW Excluservice after a couple of years to get a service done. The service was quick and the technician was also quick to point out two issues in my car which I wouldn't have known if I had not gone in for the service. They are really the best in identifying what needs to be done with your car and their pricing is reasonable compared to the dealer. I see now why they are truly the specialist when it comes to the BMWs.

Super knowledgeable, friendly service!After my BMW factory service warranty ended, I found BMW Excluservice. I waited in a comfortable seating area while the changed my oil. The staff was great. the offered me coffee, and free wifi! They got my car in and out quickly, and for much less $$ than the BMW service center.
