Took my wife s car in that had been a little neglected. Emilio did a great run down of options but explained the safety concerns and priority of work that needed to be done. Then he worked with me on the cost to make it very affordable. To top it off - they provided a free rental car for that day. Best service center in the area.

Took my lexus to 355 toyota for oil change like I used to do in the past on Thursday 11/2/2023. On Saturday morning 11/4 I was on my way to take my kids to dental office, then I saw low engine oil light warning, so I stopped the car and checked the dipstick oil level is below min line. Reason I give a 3 stars instead of 1 is because Sean and their teammeate Kevin took care the issue quickly upon I arrived at the service desk. Also issued a $100 certificate but honestly I don't need any certificate instead just a correct amount oil change without calling someone on Saturday morning to pick up my kids so I can drive the car back to 355 toyota dealer. However, it already happened and I don't want to blame any individuals. For whoever had chance to read this far, if you are taking your none toyota (lexus in my case) to do oil change make sure to check your dipstick before driving off. There's a small possibility the mechanic followed the "guidelines" added the wrong amount engine oil without checking the dipstick. And the car is running without any issue so far and hopefully low engine oil didn't damage anything inside the engine. I hope nobody expericend the same thing I did.

My parents had a reoccurring issue with their side mirror on their 2022 Toyota sienna minivan and Juan at the service department took care of us. We had been to the dealership a couple of times and on the third time dealing with this issue the service manager and Juan were able to take care of my parents And not charge them for the service. Again it was their third time being there. We appreciate how they take care of their clients and that s why we continue to go back to the dealership. It s a little bit far from our house, but we wouldn t go anywhere else.. shout out to the team at 355 Toyota don t hesitate to reach out to Juan and the service manager. FYI I forgot the service managers name lol but he s the man he really took care of us and we appreciate it. 5 star . All the way. Thanks 355 Toyota!

I had a bad experience at this place.Upon receiving my vehicle after service, I discovered that all of my personal belongings from both glove boxes had been removed and carelessly thrown into the glove boxes. Not only was this a blatant invasion of privacy, but it also resulted in a messy interior with items scattered across the carpet.I don't know why such intrusive actions were carried out without my consent or knowledge. It is completely unacceptable for dealership staff to rummage through a customer's personal belongings without a valid reason or prior authorization.

Reliability: 3/5Don't expect to get your vehicle back on the day they tell you. I've had two experiences (one today, the other last month) where the initial day that I was supposed to get my car back was changed the day of.While I was given a rental car, I've been forced to use up sick days at work on both occasions to return said rental car.I can't even have my 20 year old son return the rental car for me. We are protected by the same insurance, he's a licensed driver, and has had zero accidents. I was told it's because he's not 21 yet. I'm not sure what difference a few months makes.Quality: 5/5The repairs are always successful. The technicians fix the issue that they find and you don't have to worry about a bad job.Customer Service: 4/5The employees are good but not special. They aren't rude, they do their job and I haven't had a bad experience with them. But I believe a five star rating is for exceptional service.

Firstly ,after having my car inspected and serviced, I noticed some scratches on the front bumper. When I asked the person who was taking care of my car, he stated, "I don't think this (the scratches) happened here but I am very sure this happened there.Second, they performed maintenance that I had not asked for (I had gone there primarily to have oil changed and to replace my car battery but they did not).

My Toyota Hybrid Camry was at 355 Darcars dealership for over 8 weeks and I have never experienced such poor communication and misdiagnoses. For example, they first said my entire wire hamper needed to be replaced. However, it turned out there was nothing wrong with the wire hamper there was a hole in the engine! Then they said that the hole must have been caused by my not ever changing the oil (I am sure that comment was made because I am a woman) yet, I had proof that I changed the oil exactly according to Toyota s recommendations. However, despite my Camry being within the 5-year warranty period and even their mechanic admitting he didn t know what caused it, they said it was NOT covered by the warranty. So we had no choice but to agree to pay for them to put in a used engine. After the used engine was put in, the same exact cylinder misfired (which caused the hole) so they had to admit it was NOT my fault but rather the computer system was faulty and it was covered by the warrantee.During the 8+ weeks my car was there, I called them once a week to get an update which I think is very reasonable. I would leave a message for either the Service Manager or the Customer Service Representative and yet it was rare to get a call back. At least 4 times, I resorted to physically showing up at the dealership just so I could get an update on my car. I will never return to Darcars for ANYTHING.

I wish I can give 0 star. I and my husband came here yesterday, I booked online for oil change and rotation. I requested one more time with the guy advisor ENRIQUE GUZMAN about my service I want. And I waited more than 2 HOURS and A HALF for oil change only. So ridiculous! I called customer service, and they told me will call me back because I wanna know exactly what they did and why they did not rotate the wheels (the wheels are good, I dont need that service or any reasons ) Nobody contacted back to me. I drove to Fitzgerald Toyota Service, they were super busy, but they served me in last minutes I booked online. My rotation service was done in 30-45 ms, very reasonable.

Staff was friendly but the porter I was greeted by felt lost. I came in for service and and oil change mentioned wipers being streaky and they said I could get them replaced for 60 bucks.

Came in for oil change and an overall check on my car. My service rep today was Matthew Leone and I received Excellent customer service. He explained about the estimated wait time (came in on a holiday without an appointment) and was updating me on the process. Matt was very helpful, was explaining me everything, friendly and overall warm personality.I always receive Exceptional service at this location, on my prior visits I was helped by Nick Lee. I can always count on receiving great customer service here and clear explanations on what needs to be repaired.Service: Oil change

It took forever. Their waiting room felt like a cattle farm the way they moved you around. The wait was at least an hour just to pick up a spare key for my new vehicle. Bonus: awesome coffee machine that serves espresso, a vending machine and a TV to make you forget how long you've been waiting. Employees were super nice.

As a very satisfied customer and a very loyal one to DARCARS 355 for many, many years I return my vehicle for service time & time again b/c of the complete & superior service I receive each time. Nick Lee and his technician team deserve all of the credit. If it weren t for him and them I d not remain so loyal when there are so many options out there ! Nick is very patient, very knowledgeable, and always very friendly & professional. He knows what I need and does whatever he can to provide that ultimate customer service! For all of this I am very grateful to him.

My car was in needed for a scheduled maintenance. I had an appointment set for 02/28/23 at 10:15. As soon as I brought in my car to the service department. Adam Levi was the first person who got my attention and assisted me to check in, but as well discussed about Toyota Service Care. High recommend Adam Levi! Great dude great service!

Went in for my 10k service - Matthew Leone was extremely kind and helpful. He greeted me the moment I walked through the front door and immediately began helping me. He made sure to explain what the 10k service consisted of. I additionally requested that they check my tires for leaks as the tire pressure light was on. Matthew made sure this got done. He even took a photo of the nail in my tire to show me the damage and then presented me with my options for repair. My service was completed quickly and as scheduled and Matthew explained everything along the way. This is a great service center!Services: Tires, Tire rotations, Oil change

10/10 would recommend Adam!Not knowing what to expect, Adam was extremely helpful and incredibly comfortable to communicate with. I don t know much about cars, but he was able to thoroughly explain what types of services were needed and what my options were. I usually have a good experience with 355 Toyota Car Service, however, last time I went I explained that my back right tire must have a nail in it because every week or so I have to put air in because I get notification saying that my tire needs air. They told me they put a new tire and we re currently solving the problem. I get back home and the next day the light comes back on again. I did not get a nail on the way home because I live four minutes away from the dealership. I also waiting 3.5 hours for what normally takes one or 1.5 hour. I know have time take off work again to go to the car service center to get the tire actually fixed this time and hopefully not have to pay anything because it wasn t my fault.

Received a service quote on the phone; would you believe that the quote was 60% higher when I arrived for my appointment? This was my first time ever taking my car to get serviced anywhere, I was really nervous heading in and wasn't sure what the process was like. I walked into the service center and it was really busy at the time and I wasn't sure who I was supposed to speak to in terms of fulfilling my appointment. When I finally got to the service desk I was greeted by Adam Levi who was extremely helpful in explaining to me what the process was for checking my car in, what service was going to be done, and a time frame which exceeded my expectations. He really helped alleviate any anxiety I had about leaving my car for service. I really needed my car back the same day as I am going on vacation in which I will be driving my car for almost 16 hours and really needed a job well done. 355 Toyota did an amazing job and getting it done quick and they did a really good job. Most service centers try and push for other things to get done but Adam helped me get exactly what I needed. We need more people like Adam!

Adam Levi addressed all of my concerns and more. He was able to coordinate immediate repairs while I was already there for scheduled maintenance and we discussed how to go about additional advised repairs in the near future. It was great to leave the appointment with the necessary work done, but also fully understanding the problems, the timelines, and the solutions.
