Professional and courteous. My BMW X5 was rear ended. They did a great job. Good as new. They also fixed a leaky coolant reservoir at cost.Very happy with D & D. Highly recommended.

D&D repaired several paints chips and scratches in my GTI and the work they performed was superb. I couldn't be happier with my overall experience and highly recommend them. My car looks better than when I drove it off the showroom lot! Thus, this will be my go-to body shop when future work is needed.

These guys were amazing! Got rear ended. Brought the car in for a quick estimate. Dropped the car off the following Monday. Was driving away with my car like new on Friday. Excellent automated text communication on the job progress. Very professional and nice staff. Also, there's an Enterprise literally next store for rental ease. Feb 2022Came here because someone scratched up my car. I initially called after hours, leaving a message asking to make an appointment. The front desk guy, Hugh, called me back promptly the next business day. When I dropped off the car, he was very friendly and informative. He clearly told me what to expect, from the time it would take to finish the repair, text updates on the repair progress, and that he would call me when the car was ready. He also called to let me know the initial estimate.My car was fixed up like new, excellent work! The repairs were finished right on time (a week) and the final estimate was about $200 more than the initial estimate. The insurance claim process (Allstate) was also handled smoothly without any issues on my end.As a final note, neither Hugh nor the techs/mechanics wore masks when interacting with customers, though I noticed the techs wore masks in the shop.

I have been using D&D auto body for 19 years. The work is always the most profesional and beautiful finish. The prices are very reasonable. Avak and his family are always friendly and fun to do business with.We have remaind good friends throughout the years.

From the initial conversation with Hugh, the professional and polite counter man, to driving our like new car off the lot, our experience with D & D was seamless. A deer hit our car one evening and the damage was fairly extensive. My wife was distraught that her cherished Honda Fit was wounded. Avak and his team worked with us and our insurance company to get the car to exactly as it was before the accident. I had a great experience with D&D and my CRV's body repair. After my car was damaged, I was able to seemlessly coordinate with D&D and insurance to get my repair completed in a timely manner. My car looks like new and they even cleaned and vaccumed the interior of my car. Will absolutely return for any other car repair needs.

I had my car repaired in this shop after a crash and the experience was excellent. They did a great job with fixing the car and the service was outstanding. They were very flexible and accommodating of my schedule. A couple of months later, I had incident with my cell phone that fell inside the body of the car and it was trapped. I stopped by and asked for help and they spent a lot of trying looking at it and fix it! They won't accept any money in retribution. They were so kind and knowledgeable.

This is the only place I trust to do a good, clean, and QUALITY repair job on my car. Avak and his team are pro's at any type of body repair work and beyond...car is always done on-time as promised and looking like nothing even happened in the first place. We were in DC and had an accident. We are from out of state and the car was damaged too badly to drive home. The insurance company determined that it was beyond a reasonable tow, so I found this place online from Google reviews. They had outstanding ratings and they lived up to the high marks. I am very pleased with the work they did and it's a year later and there have been no problems with the workmanship.

I was involved in an auto accident and was referred to D&D by the attorney I work for. For the amount of damage they only had my car a little over a week. They really did a great job with my vehicle and I was so happy when I saw my baby. They even washed and vacuumed it for me. Avak, which I believe is the owner's name, is a really great guy. He has one of the best personalities I have encountered in a while. I know that most people can be pricks, but not this guy. He seems to have a really good team of professionals backing him up. Anytime I ever need work done to my car, D&D is the only place my car will go!!

D & D did a fantastic job with my Acura TL. They were very professional, timely, and most affordable of the quotes I was getting. The paint was perfectly done as well! Couldn't tell I had any incidents. I highly recommend D & D.

I got into a fender bender and my grill was cracked in half and my hood was crunched up. They repaired and painted it in 3 days. The most inexpensive place I could find, and the end cost was $100 cheaper than the estimate. I didn't noticed until I was driving home that they also vacuumed the inside.Great, fast work. Extremely friendly and dependable.

My family has been going to this place for ages now. The staff is amazing and the services is top notch. The team of people who work there truly get the job done.Never have they promised something they could not deliver. And the timing is impeccable.They work with you in making sure that you are happy. Conveniently located next to a car rental company. While your car is at there shop they treat is as there own.One of the best Auto Body shops in the region.

Amak's team does a great job of doing body work. I went into have a mirror replaced (after he got the new mirror) and it was done within one hour. Great service! Been going there for several years. Highly recommend.

My Porsche Cayenne was involved in a minor accident where both passenger side doors were damaged. With that in mind, I wanted to get it fixed without going through insurance and D&D Auto Body was able to repair the doors to its original pristine condition. My Explorer was rear-ended while it was parked (no one in it). There was some frame damage and some hidden damage that they didn't find until they started to pull it apart. They dealt directly with State Farm (D&D is a preferred repair shop) to change the estimate. It was done in the timeframe promised (actually a couple days earlier). Fit, finish, panel gaps were like the accident never happened. I am very happy with the work and attention to detail. When I went to pick it up the owner said that if the perpetrator was insured ( he was, according to the police report), I should pursue remuneration for value lost since the repair would be reported to Carfax and would significantly reduce its value at trade-in. Who knew? Thanks D&D!

I have been an Allstate customer for many years. When repairing a car body recently, D & D Auto Body is on the Allstate recommended list. We re very satisfied with the services and repairs at D & D! Putting my car in D & D repair is really putting it in good hands!

I was referred to this shop by insurance. The service was excellent. They work with Hertz, so I was picked up by Hertz after I dropped my car off at this location. D&D are very reliable and trustworthy. I would definitely recommend them! Very personable too!

I called D&D in the morning to ask about getting my mirror fixed and by 2pm that same day my part was in and my mirror was fixed. They were so efficient in getting the mirror and the job they did was fantastic. Very friendly and great priced! Highly recommended!!

Wonderful service. Fixed our trim problem by rearranging clips and didn't charge us. Other body repair shop in the area had previously quoted me $200. This place was honest enough to offer me a simple solution. Won my future business!

This is a very good auto shop, I had two accidents, one minor one major. The car came out perfect from this shop, never had any "after repair" problems. Recommended!
