This was my second time using CRG Auto Body & Repair. I chose them again because the experience was both pleasant and professional as well as their work being on point. This time I worked with Manuel and he kept me up-to-date during the entire process with my vehicle. Manuel was also very flexible while working with my schedule. All around another great experience! Highly recommend!

I've very happy with the quality of the repair and customer service from Manuel! I was nervous about trying a new shop, but he was friendly and took the time to explain the process. The job was completed in a third of the time and at half the cost of what I was quoted from another body shop. My car looks like new again!

First time having body work done on my car and CRG made it a great experience. They were very responsive to calls and emails about updates on the process. John explained everything to me and kept me in the loop. Not to mention they did a great job on the car. It looks as good as new. They even cleaned the inside and outside of the car and returned it in better shape than they got it. I highly recommend CRG!Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Air conditioning

This was my first time having to get body work done & decided to go with CRG . Their prices were fair & work was extremely fast for the damage I had . John was the person handling the care of my car as well as my experience over all he had great communication & even vacuumed my car out ! Thanks again !

Great service from CRG. They were able to help my brother after his car was vandalized. The person who helped us was John. He was very helpful from the minute that the vehicle was dropped off and picked up. He made sure we were kept in the loop with the repair process. Thank you CRG

I had a great experience. John and the team were amazing. It s the second time we use this shop for dent repairs through Progressive. They took care of everything, including arranging a rental car for me. The communication from the shop and the insurance was great throughout the entire process, making it stress-free and enjoyable. They did a great job repairing my car, and even took on an additional task of fixing the tailgate door handle at a reasonable price. The garage was spotless, and they even cleaned and vacuumed my car.Services: Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim

I was in a really bad spot with my window, more like an emergency because my window was not rolling up at all. Took my car to the dealership and of course the price was outrageous and was going to take about 5 business days to fix And I didn t have that amount to wait nor that amount of money. I then did some research and found CRG. I was greeted by the staff who are extremely nice and then my technician John assisted me. He was very Thorough with the pricing, parts, and how long it can take about fixing it. Moral of the story John was able to save me 400 dollars and cut my time in half and had my window fixed within 2 days. Great service. Definitely recommend

I couldn t be more impressed with the team at CRG Autobody. In a matter of a week my car was good as new after being rear ended. John was wonderful - he kept me in the loop the entire time (even going above and beyond and dropping me off at Hertz to grab my rental!) I am so happy I found CRG - the other 5 star reviews did not steer me wrong and it was well worth the trip up from Arlington. I will absolutely be back for any future repairs!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I cannot recommend CRG Auto Body & Repair highly enough! My car was recovered after being stolen and I had it taken to CRG to fix the damages. I worked with John and he kept me up-to-date the whole time, calling me with updates and letting me know how long things would take. Way more communicative than other places I've worked with previously. As soon as the parts were in, John made sure the repairs were made and got me my car back as soon as humanly possible. Having my car stolen was stressful but I knew my car was in good hands with John and CRG! CRG went above and beyond. They are timely, respectful and provide excellent customer service. Manuel did a fantastic job replacing the doors on my 2011 Jetta, it feels brand new!! They even gave my car a good cleaning a fresh wash, 10/10 recommend!!Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

A driver ran a stop sign and hit my brand new car. CRG took care of everything and has my car looking perfect again. They got me in quickly and finished the job ahead of schedule. The staff are kind and professional. They even dropped me off at Enterprise to get my rental. My Honda Accord was repaired here through an insurance claim in October 2022. John and Nelson did excellent work and my car seems to look better than it did before the accident. John and his team took great care of my 2003 Toyota 4Runner, which took on front fender and bumper damage. The vehicle was ready a week after dropping it off. It was repaired, cleaned, with the old rims shiny like new. Definitely recommended!

My entire experience from drop off to pick up was simple & seemless. Jon (Jonathan) was amazing, he is consistent with communication & makes sure that as a client you understand every step. He kept me well informed during the repairs which I appreciated as I was already stressed out about the car accident & my upcoming move. I dropped my car off on Wednesday, October 19th & by that Friday afternoon my car was ready to be picked up. I am so grateful to Jon & the entire team at CRG Auto for a smooth process. Chose this place to repair my Jeep Wrangler for an insurance claim because they were affiliated with Progressive. I wasn t sure what to expect but their reviews were good. They were excellent all around, very friendly, excellent quality of work and they stuck to the timeframe they gave me. They completely replaced my hood and with that they added new paint to a 8 year old car which made me worry about it matching/blending. It looks perfect, it all lights it 100% matches. They also replaced my windshield and fixed the plastic front grill, all were done very well.

My insurance company sent me to CRG for minor body repairs on my SUV, and that was the best decision Everrr. My service guys was Manuel and Nelson those 2 guys were the absolute best ever not only did they keep me updated on the entire process but the customer service was out of this world fantastic . CRG was amazing to work with. Everyone was extremely friendly and professional. I ve taken my car to the dealership and had to wait 4 weeks to hear anything. CRG had my car ready in 4 days! When I got it back it was vacuumed, windows cleaned and interior polished. I couldn t have asked for a better experience! Thank you CRG you earned yourself a loyal customer.

Both Nelson and Johnathan were very friendly and great. They had my car fixed in a decent amount of time and I got my car fixed the same day. I would definitely recommend this shop for affordable and reliable car services.

CRG came recommended to me from a buddy who knows the owner, and I'd also recommend them. I've been here twice. The first time was for a minor dent on my rear quarter panel which I decided to pay out of pocket. My car was ready when they said it would be and the job looked great. My most recent visit was due to a buck ramming the side of my Honda Accord. Again, I chose CRG (this time through insurance), and I couldn't be more pleased. I dealt with Nelson and David, and again I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. Same for the young ladies in the office. CRG is clearly run by dedicated, hard working people, and their professionalism/customer service is top-notch.
