Exceptional customer service!! Jeff recently installed a 3 channel dash cam in my vehicle and I couldn t be happier. The setup is very clean with no visible wires hanging, just as I hoped for. Jeff was very informative, accommodating, and professional throughout the entire process. Additionally, the price was very reasonable compared to other shops. I will definitely bring my vehicle back for any service!

Jeff was great from my first call to the shop to the day of the install of my new stereo & back-up camera. Also, he was very responsive and helpful for any questions I had up to the day of appointment. And most of all, he did great work and I m very happy with my new stereo! Definitely going back if I end up wanting anymore custom work. 10/10

Jeff installed front and rear dash cam for my car. I am happy with the install: all the wires are nicely hidden, and he accommodated my requests for the specific placement. He helped to select the dashcam, and I am happy with it - better than my previous 4K one, and the parking mode works great! He also took time after the install to go with me through downloading and logging into the dash cam app, and making sure that I have it set up and functional. The pricing was fair and he did the install in a single afternoon. Great experience in all aspects, and I will definitely use Charged up customs in the future again.

Jeff was very helpful upon first interaction. He took his time to answer all my question and was able to get the job in less than a day even though it was short notice. Price is very fair the work just shows for it self. 10/10

I took my car in for installation of a rear dashcam. Jeff patiently explained where the camera can be placed. He did an excellent job installing the rear camera while tucking all the wires behind the panels. He also took care of tucking the wires from my non-professional front camera installation which I did. Very happy with the service he provided. Car was out the door in promised 2 hours. Highly recommend.

Can't say enough good things about the service I received from Charged Up Customs. Jeff gave me a fair price to install a 2-channel dash cam into my Audi S5 Sportback. The install is clean. The rear camera had to be installed on a hatchback liftgate. Both front and back cameras were discretely mounted. I would highly recommend Jeff and Charged Up Customs.

Five Stars! Cannot recommend strongly enough! Jeff is not only an amazing tech, but was in constant contact throughout the process of installing a new radio, screen, and back up camera for my Jeep Cherokee sport. Just a great experience overall. Genesis was also amazing and kept me in the loop from scheduling to completion. I can t say enough about this place and the people who work there. About a 40 minute drive for me. 100% worth it for the quality work and customer service. Highly, highly recommend!!

I recently had a great experience at this location Enterprise car rental service. During the check-in process, Dena was extremely helpful and accommodating. She went above and beyond to find an automatic car for me, despite it having a slightly higher daily rate. Her efforts made the rental process smooth and convenient.However, upon returning the car, I realized that I had left my sunglasses behind. Worried about losing them, I immediately reached out to Antony, a representative at the rental company. Antony was quick to respond and provided excellent assistance. He assured me that they would do their best to locate my sunglasses.To my relief, I received an email from Alexandra, another member of the team, stating that they had found my sunglasses and would hold them until someone could pick them up on my behalf and send it to the US. This level of customer service exceeded my expectations.

I think Jeff is great! He installed a rear backup cam on my Subaru Outback. It took much longer than expected, but he stayed with his original price estimate, which was far lower than the competition. When it comes to rear back up cams, I doubt you will find anyone better. He is super nice, very professional and knowledgable, and went out of his way to make sure that I was happy with the work and understood how to use the camera. And he urged me to come back anytime if there were problems or didn't understand how to use the camera. I waited while the job was done on a comfortable sofa watching Netflix. And, if that wasn't enough, he seems to have fixed the rear hatch (which wouldn't stay up) on the Outback. So, in short, I totally recommend Charged Up Customs and wish more businesses were like this.

Jeff installed dash cams into two of my cars. Install went perfect. However one had an issue. I brought the car back to Jeff. He took care of the problem and fixed it no question. It's easy to give a 5 star review when everything is perfect, but when someone goes the extra length to correct something, it means so much more. Finding someone you can trust us hard to do. Jeff is that person. I recommend him 100%.

Prior Google reviews got me to Jeff. Now let my review pave the way for you. Jeff went above and beyond to welcome me to his shop, help me pick products within my budget, decide what was worth it and not. Then Jeff literally worked until 3am one night, and 4am the next to get my Jeep done. And boy am I thrilled. The sound, the visual asthetics, the professionalism, the bass!!! Wow. My dream car that I'll be blessed to drive for the rest of my life now has the best sound system I could ever imagine. Go see Jeff, you'll be thrilled you did. Oh!! AND HE WAS $2,000 LESS THAN THE LOCAL COMPETITION!

Jeffery was great!! Very respectful and professional. I brought him my car with wires sticking out and all sorts of things messed up (after trying to install a new radio myself) and he fixed it for me and installed a brand new system, all in the same day!!!! He was so quick to respond and send me a quote, and did great work for a reasonable price! Everything is working great and I will definitely be returning for any future needs!

Took my truck to hookup a new headunit and backup cam, including a subwoofer and amp, blew my subwoofer less than 24 hours because I played my music too loud. Jeff took it upon himself, hooked my up with another subwoofer immediately.Always ask for JEFF , great guy .thanks again Jeff

They were great about getting everything specified appropriately, getting me in to the shop promptly. Then when there was a defect from the factory, they fixed everything promptly and at no charge. I greatly appreciated their professionalism and they would absolutely have my business again.

So this review may be a bit long, so strap in. It starts with me buying an open box JVC unit from best buy to be installed in a 2008 Ford Taurus. I have called around and internet searched audio installers, which proved to be a bit more trickier during the pandemic. I came across Charged up Customs , and with the mobile service offered I immediately requested a quote. Jeff replied back in a timely manner, and soon was able to discuss the job and the parts need. Fast forward the install day itself. It was easy to coordinate with Jeff , where to find the car in my job's garage for service. He came fully prepared. What we didn't plan for was the raw deal I got on the radio I had purchased (literally all the required parts needed had been stripped from the unit). Jeff quickly contacted me to let me know the issue, and to advise I follow up with best buy. But then he went a step further and went back to his supplier's shop to try to find a replace so the install could still be finished. Finally I was able to decided on a BOSS unit he recommend that ended up being perfect for the car. To say Jeff went above and beyond is a understatement. The finished produce is a nice clean install with a unit jammed packed with features. I work in the city , and Jeff's service is located out further in the neighboring counties and still was able to pull this mobile job off within 3 hours , after the unit setback. I will recommend Charged up customs to anyone looks for audio install work and I will definitely use their services again in the future.

Great price & Professional works! I brought my own dashcam and wiring kit, but they didnt fit on my newer model of suv because the fuses are preventing the cover to close completely. However, the technician was able to researched whats needed from their factory resources and perfectly wired my dashcam and enable its 24 hours recording mode. On top of that they didnt charge me for their supply nor the extra hour labor rate.Their location is at the back of the building, not easy to find. Just give them a call when arrived to the google map location.

Jeff was so great to work with, he was super communicative and kept us up to date every step of the way! I got a new stereo and speakers installed in my 2019 Corolla, and wouldn't recommend him enough for any sound/stereo work you need done! Also great to support a local business :)

Charged Up did a great job installing a new Sony XAV-AX6000 to replace the factory radio on my 2011 Suburban. Jeff and Genesis answered the many questions I had and worked with me to identify the right radio with the functionality I wanted. Jeff's installation was excellent, and afterwards he walked me through how the radio worked. I'm really happy with the service and the product!

This place is legit so professional and all about customer service and having the best customer experience. I had many questions about products and services and I had access to the owners and the installers themselves to answer all of my questions all the way up to the late hours with just a text away. Many places don't even give you the time or day to get back to you, let alone give you a quote. The entire team at Charged Up Customs gets 5 starts again and again. I had a stereo upgrade and remote start installed on my car. I was in and out within the same day and completed on time when they said it would be ready. You will not go wrong with choosing them for your next install!!!!

I went to Charged Up Customs because my car had been having issues with the original sound system. Together with my father, we had done research on different sound systems preceding our visit. We were well versed on pricing and what we were interested in. Jeff was wonderful, very knowledgeable, and professional. He showed us several options with different price points (all pricing being very competitive). We chose a well known brand, and it was installed the same day. Once everything was installed, we had some issues trying to figure out how to do the mirroring. However, Jeff stuck with me for an hour trying to figure it out with me. Overall the experience was very good. It can be difficult finding car related businesses that treats you respectfully especially when you are a woman. I felt comfortable and fairly treated at Charged Up Customs. I highly recommend Jeff, and I will be coming back to further enhance my car audio.

Charged Up Customs installed an Apple CarPlay Sony unit and backup camera in my 2005 vehicle. Couldn t be happier! Very professional, tidy, immaculate installation. If you need car electronics installed or just need old stuff updated like I did, don t have any worries using these folks. They do it right!Update: went back to Charged Up Customs a month later for a subwoofer install. Jeff s work is immaculate. His component suggestions are based on his experience with different vehicles and are spot-on. This system sounds amazing and looks great! Everyone who s seen and heard this audio has asked where I had it installed it s THAT good.

Owner was 100% professional, and price was right! His attention to detail is good, and cared very much about the final product. Would not let the vehicle leave until he was satisfied with the end result. It certainly took time for my install (97 E250, carplay touchscreen head unit and back up camera), but it was worth it. I'm very satisfied with his work. Communication was good as well. I would absolutely recommend this shop, and will be back for more work at a later date.

Highly recommended!! Contacted Charged Up Customs, and Genesis (receptionist) was super helpful and and was able to get me an appointment on NYE. Dropped the car off, and Jeff did an incredible job getting carplay modual installed on a 2009 mercedes s550. Everything is working great!! Overall just a very smooth and hassel free experience!

Very detailed and professional. I was kept up to date through out the process and I always felt confident in the product I was having installed (remote start). After installation, everything that I needed to know was explained to me and I haven t had any issues. The remote start is definitely a needed addition if you live in colder areas. I would recommend to anyone without hesitation.

Took in a Toyota Tacoma to get a back up camera installed. Jeff did a great job. They were very quick in response when I asked about installation and helped me book ASAP. Camera works great!
