Excellent service, have been referring all my friends here. I'm technical and like to hear descriptions of problems and issues that need to be addressed. The mechanic is patient and knowledgeable, always taking the time to explain. Good peoples :-)

Excellent place. I was referred here by a friend, and already had my car serviced there. They are both honest and affordable, two difficult things to find in this world. I m actually looking forward to bringing my car in next time lol.

Have been bringing both of my cars here for service for several years now and couldn't be happier. Always get the full run down, as well as recommendations on what should and shouldn't be replaced. Customer service is A++

I had a quote from my car dealership to replace the control arms on my Mazda for $1200. A friend of mine, who is a car nut, suggested Certified Auto Repair. I brought it in to them and when they heard it was a Mazda, the Couple both scoffed, saying, no you most likely don't need them replaced unless they are making horrific sounds. I was told they would let me know in an hour, so I went to get breakfast at First Watch. As I was getting the bill, they called. Car was ready. No need to replace the control arms, just greased the ball joints. $20.Yeah, they just saved me $1180.Honest, competent, super nice ... I now know where I am taking my car from now on when works need to be done.

This place is everything you'd want from a mechanic. Greg is an old school straight shooter in the best possible way. Honest, knowledgeable, capable. So glad I found them!

My family has been using Certified Auto for over 30 years. They are very knowledgeable, honest, trustworthy, efficient and they will give youhelp or ideas if they do not do the repair. Certified auto reminds you that there are still kind caring angels in this world today. Greg and Dawn and all the Certified Auto team go above and beyond for everycustomer that comes to the shop. They also give great referrals forservices that you might need for your car. I have told all my friends about certified auto and they all thanked me for the introduction to Certified Auto. Certified Auto Repair has always been able to help fix my cars. They have always been honest, fair and offered me reasonable prices with a quick turnaround. Greg, Dawn, and their staff are great to work with. I would highly recommend anyone to use their services.

They were very good in explaining exactly what was wrong with my car, and how they fixed it. Reasonable prices and very fast work. The owner also used a UV-C light after the work was done to alleviate any concerns over Covid-19. Highly recommended!

Took my CRV to Honda, they gave an estimate of close to $6k, CAR got a perfect job done in the ballpark of 500 WITH a warranty! Doesn t get any better than that. I love their honesty, genuineness, efficiency.Thank you Ms. Dawn and Mr. Greg, you guys are life savers, I am your permanent dedicated customer and will not stop bragging to my friends about you :)

This is objectively a great business. Everyone is kind and inviting. The service is quick, thorough, and fairly priced. I have had nothing but positive experiences working with this shop in my time in Maryland and I doubt I will find as good of an auto shop when I move.

Fabulous shop. Knowledgeable, experienced, and friendly - which they use to help you make efficient choices.These guys (or gals, who knows?) are true mechanics; meaning they service and repair things (rather than just plug in replacement parts).This is a great shop.

This place is sensational. They saved me $300, yes, $300 on repairs for meeting the Maryland safety inspection. Greg, Dave, and Dawn are friendly as can be and must know a thing or two about their business to be able undercut competitors by so much (over 50% in this case). It feels good to be roadworthy again.

Greg and Dawn are the only people I would trust to do major work or any work on my vehicle. I have had them take apart my interior to rebuild my HVAC system. They have replaced a transmission on my vehicle. I have had them to many complicated repairs knowing that I have the best helping me with that. When it comes to your vehicle, you need the best and this place is just that. I have been a customer since 2005.

Best Auto Repair Shop in Montgomey County. I've been going to Cetified Auto for years. Have my family & friends going here a well. You get excellent service at more than a fair price. That's very rare with auto repair these days. I highly recommend Certified Auto

Have been going to Certified Auto for years. Probably the best auto repair shop in Montgomery County. More than fsir prices & super friendly service. Won't take my Rogue anywhere else. Have my whole family taking their cars there as well.

Are you sick and tired of sketchy car dealerships looking to just make a buck off you? Are you looking for decent, honest people who truly care and treat you right? Then this is the place for you. I've been going to C.A.R. for about 2 years now and I HIGHLY recommend them. I've been to a dealer and they broke my trust, didn't listen to my concerns and always overcharged me. Give Certified a try, you will not be disappointed.

I took my car to the dealer who gave me a huge laundry list of repairs, but certified auto did most of the repairs for FAR less money. They save me money every single time I come there, even on the little things like oil changes and bulb replacements. SO thankful I found them! The owners are SO incredibly kind and honest! Thank you guys!

This is the best auto repair shop there is. Just like it used to be when companies cared abiut their customers, this ompany still does. Their are no frills, just straight business at the fairest price possible.. My work has been major, over the years, and some is maintenance; including timing belt, brakes, transmission, starter, battery, and other...I like my car and want to keep. it. They do a lot of business, and I know they will always take care of me, I hope everyone who reads this will give them your business. The head auto mechanic was really looking out for me. He even helped me call and find a good Ford dealer to diagnose my problem when it was out of his league. Then I took it back to him and he fixed it for 2/3 the dealers price.

They dont seem to be certified in fixing a minor leak in a tire... i took my van to them 2 times after same tire went flat after they 'fixed' it. They seem nice but nice doesnt cut it when im stranded due to flat tire that was supposely worked on....

They are the best! I trust them because they know what they're doing and don't rip us off. My entire family goes there. I don't take their expertise lightly and that is why they deserve 5 stars!
