A 5-Star Rating is not high enough to describe the customer service provided and the high quality work performed on our car by Pablo and his team! Let me tell you why!We called early last Saturday morning desperate for a weekend auto body repair to accommodate our tight work schedules during the work week. Pablo answered our phone call that Saturday morning, before his shop hours even started. We explained our situation and Pablo, without question, said bring your car over now and I will look at it before the shop gets busy today. We did just that.When we arrived at the shop, Pablo came right out and assessed our auto body repair needs, on the spot. He quickly provided the cost estimate and booked the work for that same day. Our car was repaired in less than 5 hours and it looks brand new.Great price. Excellent customer service. Perfect auto body repair work!We will be back! Pablo gets our business, second to none! I recently had an exceptional experience at Precision. Pablo and the staff were incredibly knowledgeable and courteous. They provided top-notch service, addressing all my concerns with precision (Pun intended) The attention to detail in the repairs exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them for their professionalism, expertise, and overall excellent customer service. If you come here you won t be disappointed

I recently went to Precision Collision Center and met Mike. He was super nice and really helped me out with my car. He knew exactly what to do and explained everything in a way I could understand.Mike kept me updated on how things were going with my car, which was awesome. Service was great. Staff was very professional. Got a quote for $500 more from the dealership and was able to save on the same part with every better service. Have used them in the past and will continue to use them in the future.

Exploitation highly misleading. I received a misdiagnosis and was misled regarding the cause of the wiggling in my car's steering. The mechanic kept my car for 8 days, consistently providing excuses for the delay. Additionally, he double-charged me for the same wheel alignment service. Furthermore, he enlisted a freelance mechanic to address a completely separate issue with my car. I do not respect this kind of work. Having industry experience, I am familiar with the necessary process for this service. It is easy to find instructional videos on YouTube for changing the front axle of my car, detailing the required time and workflow. Last year, I changed the other side of the axle while sitting at the mechanic's shop. The job took 40 minutes, and the charge was $120, including tips. However, this time, he charged me an exorbitant $390 for the same job, which is both insane and a clear case of exploitation. Additionally, before commencing the work, he should have informed me of the anticipated cost, allowing me the right to decide whether to proceed or not. Unfortunately, he neglected to provide this essential information, further exploiting the situation.

THE BEST IN THE AREA!AMAZING WORK! Look no further these guys are the best in the business with great quality work. They truly care about their customers and that's key to a great business, I must say they went above and beyond in meeting my standard, the paint on my car looks and feels like GLASS ! NO orange peel texture. They have truly earned my business. The shop owner Pablo was very kind and caring he explain and walked me through to the process and every time I had a question he would always answer it. Pablo and his team Rob worked hard fighting back and forth with horrible insurance appraiser company in attemp to get the proper repair done to my Lexus, And they came out on TOP. PRECISION COLLISION I HIGHLY RECOMMEND

This company essentially stole my car. I had minor damage but in an apparent fraud they convinced the insurance company it is a total loss so as to keep it. The insurance company said I could retain it, but the shop took several days to determine what they would collect from State Farm and then took the opportunity to charge me "storage" fees while I waited to pick up my car. When they finally agree to relinquish my car, they demanded $1,000. When I asked what would happen if I refused to pay, the shop owner, Pablo, told me he would sell it for scrap. I argued with teh shop for hours. Its a shame this business seeks to make money by cheating customers rather than perform good service.

This is one of the reasons why Precision Collision Center is definitely the to go to repair shop without hesitation.As an ex host from Turo, I rented my Mustang out which resulted in 2 horrible accidents. The renters used substances in the vehicle and completely destroy the front-end driver panels in the first accident and the second one to the passenger rear end quarter panels of the car. See posted pictures regarding both accidents and how devastating of the damage was. As I was looking around with other repair shops to take my vehicle too, I came across Precision Collision Center. Upon contacting and talking with Pablo and Axel they both were extremely professional in how the process was handle.As Turo claim process is horrendous and ferociously mentally painful one can endure, Pablo and Axel both took the time out of their schedule to keep going back forth with Turo representatives, adjusting price, renegotiating supplements for months. Meanwhile they were also keeping me posted on the progress of the repairs. The vehicle repair process took a while due to documentations and claims validation from Turo. After months of repairs, WOW! Looks like my car is back to brand new! The panels were fixed with precision, no fender improperly aligned, no bumper gap, no unmatched colors, alignment was also done. Upon test driving my vehicle to ensure everything was working properly, man it was flawless!!!Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with my repairs result and most of all appreciate the patience, the level of professionalism at this shop especially with Pablo and Axel. I highly recommend this place without hesitation to anyone who's trying to get their vehicle repair. Trust the process, the other 5-star reviews speak for themselves, your repair result will NOT be disappointing.Services: Electrical repair, Tires, Installation, Painting, Headlight polishing, Auto detailing, Wheel alignment, Battery

Repairs - top notch. Communication - perfect. Staff - knowledgeable, skilled, caring. The location is also authorized by many insurance companies so you don't have to waist time by waiting the insurance adjuster. Can't give Rob, Pablo and everybody else here the high enough praise. See before and after pictures to judge the work by yourself.

The experience started out great when I went there in-person. However, when I was ready to move forward with the repair and asked for a written estimate, they wouldn t provide one. I contacted them on 3 separate occasions asking for the written estimate over the course of 2 weeks. They always promised to get back to me but never did. This is the first basic step to customer service, respond promptly to your customers. I can t imagine trying to get a status update or on your vehicle or a timeframe of when you would get your vehicle back if they can t even get back to you on a written estimate! I read the bad reviews and ignored them .DON T DO WHAT I DID. Save your time and avoid the unnecessary frustration. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP!

I had an alignment done on my car from them first. But my car still pulled to one side. After ~2 months, I contacted Pablo and he got back to me ASAP telling me to bring my car in. I bring the car back in and he checks the alignment and finds there is no issue. Then he shows me around his shop and explains he has no intention of wasting my time. Since my car is still under warranty, he tells me his honest opinion and just rechecks the wheel balances (I got new tires and balanced them around 2 months ago NOT FROM PCC). Guess what? My wheels were so out of balance that without the previous weights, they had better a better weight distribution and balance. They balanced the wheels for me and now I'm back on the road. Now if my car still doesn't want to go straight, I can confidently say it's not the wheels or alignment. Pablo and his mechanics were honest with me, and they really want the best for people's car. Thank you so much PCC - you've earned a loyal customer.

They charged my insurance company $700 for the estimate, but then demanded I pay them $900 or they wouldn't release the car to me and just keep charging me for "storage". Pablo is a total crook

I was referred to this place by my mechanic due to a hit and run. My experience with their customer service was very disappointing. The bodywork was good but nothing special.I called three time on three consecutive days only to be told that someone would call me back and obviously they didn t. On the 4th attempt I had to ask for the manager. At first he didn t even know what vehicle i was talking about. Long story short. The vehicle was there longer than it needed to be. When I went to pick it up there was shrapnel and trash in my trunk and interior. They broke my phone mount too and all i got was an apology.One of my fog lights isn't working anymore (it was before they took the car) and one of my interior lights is flickering too. Very strange. I can t even do anything because i don t have any proof they actually did anything to cause these issues.Lastly, customer service is more than half the experience .Do better. There s many alternatives on Gude dr.Unfortunately, I will not be back.

This was my first time going to this shop and I highly recommend it after I saw the work that was done on my car. Pablo and Rob have superior customer service and top of the line work. The team is patient and very knowledgeable. They did phenomenal repair job on my 300zx front bumper.

As I drove through the crowded industrial auto park where precision collision is located, I couldn't help but think to myself, how on earth can any one of these shops distinguish itself from the ocean of other shops available. Well, now I know. The answer is customer service, and that's what sets precision collision apart. From the moment I called and spoke to Axel I was already impressed with the level of service.. Axel made it so easy for me to email photos of my car's damage for an estimate without me having to make the trip out there. He made several phone calls to locate the part needed for the repair even though I hadn't yet committed to him as a customer. He promptly got back to me with with an estimate once he secured the needed part and basically told me to pick a time that was convenient for me to come. He did the repair on the spot and I was in and out within 15 minutes. Axel was courteous and efficient and couldn't have made the process any easier. If I ever need auto body work again I would not hesitate to come back. Highly recommend!

I worked with Precision Collision in Virginia MANY MOONS ago, and had a great experience. All these years later, they did not disappoint. Rob is extremely pleasant to work with and easy to talk to. His level of customer service and professionalism makes him a true asset. I hope to not HAVE TO go through my ordeal again behind my vehicle, but if I do.... I'm going right back to them.

Highly recommend 10/10. Excellent repair servicing. Took my Chevy Malibu in for a bumper repair, and not only did the staff fixed my bumper and made it look brand new, they also detailed my interior into a nice finish. Pablo and Rob are true professionals and so is everyone else that works there. I will definitely come back for any other future repairs. Keep up the great work!
