After Gustavo and his team fixed collision damage on my car, I won t go anywhere else next time I need auto bodywork. He quoted me (and stuck to) less than half the cost of the dealership and two other quotes I received, and he told me what was necessary vs cosmetic so I could decide what I wanted to skip. Very happy with the result, and they even washed and vacuumed the car before I picked it up!

My car failed inspection because my trucks door hinges were very worn and the door didn t have a good seal. I had to have the hinges cut off and replaced with new ones. Gustavo gave me a great quote to get the work done. He did it on time and stuck to the price of the estimate. I got my truck painted there. Gustavo was an honest stand-up guy. I needed work on my truck's roof, side panels and passenger door. He gave me a good estimate and I moved forward with job. It took about 3 days (as promised) and I'm very happy with the final result. My truck looks brand new being 14 years old. Would I recommend this place - YES. His whole team was quite pleasant to interact with. They're an honest team since I asked for an estimate for the whole car and they didn't; try to upsell me the service. So all that my truck needed is what I got done. They even washed my truck and couldn't be happier the truck looks now.Service: Body & Trim

I am never going anywhere else ever again, these guys are the best in Maryland!! They did the most amazing repair work I ve ever seen. I just picked up my car today, and I can t even tell where the damage was! Is this a new car?? I might never know! They were fast, professional, and affordable. I can t recommend them enough. I ll be telling all my friends and family.

I've had 2 experiences with Car One and all with excellent results. The recent work on the Audi is high quality and it is impossible to detect where the damage was. The body work on the Honda Accord done 3 years ago still looks brand new and here, too, it is impossible to see where the original damage was. And Gustav is the most professional and nicest guy.

Car one is a professional body shop, and their work speaks for itself. Gustavo's team does a tremendous job at making cars look great after they haven't looked so well. The painter Aroldo is seriously good at painting. I was able to talk to him, he's been painting for a very long time. The team as a whole make sure they do the best they can. They pride themselves in having happy customers. They use top of the line materials to accomplish their immaculate jobs. I highly recommend checking them out.

My friend recommended car one to me three years ago, and I kept repairing my car here. Gustave is a good guy. I know nothing about car parts, he took good care of my car all the time.

Got my car minivan just like new! Gustavo and his crew are wonderful. My minivan was returned to me even clean, they washed my car and wheels before turning The paint matched PERFECTLY and you can't even tell where they did the repairs. This place goes above and beyond taking care of things and their prices are very fair with a great guarantee.I am so happy with this place, I am giving them a shout-out on social media so that all my friends will go to Gustavo's place.Bottom line: If you want quality service at a reasonable price, where work is guaranteed and the owner and his staff are totally attentive to detail - COME HERE! This will be my "to go" autobody repair place from now on!

Car One was recommended to me by a nearby auto shop where I had work done on my 2000 Toyota Celica and felt the man I dealt with was very honest, which is hard to find. I found the owner of Car One Gustavo to be very honest too. The work done on my 2000 Toyota Celica was very good. Gustavo tries hard to make the customer happy. The cost to have the work done was far less than several other auto shops I got estimates from. I recommend Car One if you need body work on your car.

I'm very pleased with the work that CarOne auto body did on my Lexus SC300, they matched the paint perfectly, I had the front bumper, the roof, the trunk lid, side mirrors and the spoiler painted at Car One and I can only say that they did a wonderful job on my car. I would recommend them to anyone who cares about their car on how it looks..thank you Senor Gustavo and his staff for the wonderful job.I have gotten many complements on how my car looks.

Car One Autocare did a outstanding job on my car which was damaged by a falling tree. The job was done quickly, at a reasonable cost, and the repairs exceeded my expectations! The owner was honest and had great customer service!

I have a 2014 mustang gt and the guys here at the shop treated it like it was their baby.They do amazing work, real fast and at a reasonable price. They are my go to for body work and I d recommend them to anyone.

I was recommended to Car One by a friend of mine. I was in an accident and my car was wrecked. Fortunately they took care of everything for me. They even dealt with the insurance company that was low balling the repairs. They are amazing!!!! Gustavo you are the man. Highly highly recommended.

I will never go to this shop ever again and will be telling everyone to avoid it. First mistake by them and was a very serious over sight was my entire break system wiring harness was disconnected so I had every possible warning light turned on yet I got a call saying my car was ready. Second mistake by the shop was the retaining push tabs to hold my side skirt was missing, third mistake was the hood was misaligned, screws were stripped out and I went elsewhere to fix the issue. I am now seeing what appears to be bubbling of the paint work the shop did. I will never go there
