Amazing little shop at a convenient location for the DMV area. Ivan and team has been very responsive to my inquiry about installing an aftermarket hitch receiver on our 2019 Tiguan, provided a very reasonable quote promptly a at about one-third of the quote offered by the dealership I might add - and managed to fit us in less than 3 business days after our first call. Overall 5-star experience with a super organized and efficient team. Will definitely be back!

He installed my tints and bed liner. Super impressed with everything overall. Customer service was great which is super important to me.. He also gave really good advice on my tint shade based on what I was trying to accomplish with the overall look. Highly recommend Bullet Liner for their professionalism and expertise.

I've been a loyal client at this location for years, initially found them as a Bullet Liner Dealer at the time. Now, they've introduced me to Patriot Liner, even better and more robust material. Ivan and his team consistently deliver top-notch service every time I visit. If you're in the DMV area and in search of the best liner or any other truck accessory, this is undoubtedly the place to go. Highly recommended!

Ivan is great! I originally went in to have a cover installed. After the excellent work performed by Ivan, I asked him to also install retracting running boards. I am very pleased with all the work he completed. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing accessories for their truck!

I had a great experience with this auto body shop. The work was done quickly and efficiently. I had an Echo Hitch installed on my Tesla Model 3. Ivan was friendly and helpful, and he kept me updated on the progress of the repairs. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone who needs auto body work.

I have purchased a truck from a dealer with a Bedliner done here Patriot Liner, nice work. Have came back to them for more work, put a hitch, and new wheels and tires. overall very happy, good price, fast service.

These guys are great. I had them put a lift and do an alignment on my 2021 4Runner. They did it all in one day, it was great. I loved their service so much I came back 3 weeks later for them to install a 3-channel camera which I also love. There was even a manufacturer problem with the camera and he swapped it out for me 3 days later and it worked perfectly. They are going to do my tires next.Ivan will get you right with whatever you need. There is no place I d take my vehicle to in the area. I specifically like their transparency. Ivan recommended things that would yield him less money but it was better for my vehicle. It s hard to find shops who have the customer in mind first. My buddy took his truck their as well and received the same treatment. 5stars all around.

Ivan did a fantastic job applying the bed liner to my new F-150. After getting home, I spent a good 10 minutes checking everything and looking for any flaws and found none whatsoever. I couldn't be happier with his work. I highly recommend getting your truck/suv modifications done here. He's a super nice guy and obviously takes a lot of pride in his work.

Got a hitch installed, the process couldn t have been more seamless. One call to get them to send me a quote, a second one after I approved the quote to schedule an appointment. Everything else was coordinated through their system which sent me texts with very detailed instructions. I dropped my car this morning and just picked up my car after the hitch was installed, they took exactly the amount of time they had estimated for the labor to get everything installed.

We realized the day before a trip that we were missing an inexpensive, but crucial, piece of our tonneau cover mount. Capital Outfitters went out of their way to figure out what we needed, see if they had the piece, and then called back to let us know they had it. That shows how important customers are to them. The shop and staff were first rate when I got there. I am grateful and impressed.

After getting a new work vehicle for my lawn care business, I transitioned my 2008 Honda Accord back to my daily driver. Since I d be dirty getting off work, I wanted to protect my Honda seats.I researched and called a number of places, in hopes to find the seat covers I wanted; no one had them.Then I called Bullet Liner and talked to Ivan. I knew instantly he was going to find them, I could just tell based on how responsive he was to my request. From the start he was so easy to deal with. I described the covers I wanted and he diligently researched until he found them. It took minutes to order.Three weeks later the covers came in and I got a call from Ivan. I really liked that I didn t have to follow up at all, I appreciated him communicating proactively.I went to the shop and confirmed they were exactly what I wanted. Ivan offered to put them on for free! It took 15 minutes to install them. They looked awesome when he was done.I m a happy customer, and I will definitely do business at Bullet Liner again. Ivan made the experience. He went above and beyond and was the reason why I highly recommend this business.

Ivan is a professional and offered me the kind of customer service every establishment should offer.I talked to him few times before settling on his shop and both times he was on point, polite and informative.When I came there last morning to check out his product and lucky for me they were able to squeeze me in.I got my truck done the same day and all I can say is WOW! This guy did a superb job on my Ford Raptor.No pressure or sales tactics either. If your thinking about getting your liner done here you won't be disappointed.Thanks again guys!

Smaller shop- but exceptional service and quality. Ivan is very nice and professional. I highly recommend this shop.More info: I came in for installation for a aftermarket roof rack on my 4runner

I just had a bed liner applied today at Bullet Liner of Rockville and I couldn't be happier. I would give 10 stars if it was possible. The application was flawless and looks great! Ivan is a great guy and a real professional, and he took great care to insure that there was no over spray anywhere on my 2019 white F150. The liner is rock solid and comes with a lifetime warranty. I highly recommend this bed liner to anyone with a new truck!

Ivan the owner did an outstanding job on my 2018 jeep wrangler. He sprayed it completely inside and out and also did the undercoating and I could not be happier. I get compliments every single time I drive my jeep down the road and if you want to get any work done, this is by far the best place to go.

So far so good. I just had one truck liner done and it's thick, professional looking, and makes the truck look amazing. I'm having another truck done too. The owner seems to take pride in his work and communicates his schedule well. Imagine that, a service company that's 'on-time' ! :-)

Bullet Liner of Rockville did the spray-in bedliner for my new F150 that I purchased in April. When I picked up my truck from the dealer I was extremely happy with how great it looked.Just over a month later I wanted to get a tonneau cover. I knew right where to start. I emailed Ivan a few times with questions and he was always quick to get back to me. He said I could come by and see a demo of the cover I was interested in, the BakFlip MX4. After seeing it in person I decided to purchase. I went in a few days later to have it done on a Saturday and they had it completed in 30 minutes. I am very happy with the installation and how the cover looks on my truck. He spent the time afterwards to go over the complete operation of the cover with me.Ivan is great to deal with. Great customer service and no games. He is very polite and informative. I highly recommend Bullet Liner of Rockville.

The owner is a hard working and knowledgeable person. He work fast and efficiently. Quick responses by email. He performed a top for the bed of my pick up and a bed liner. Great quality. I recommend this place 100%. They have numerous products available for trucks and cars.

I'm a contractor and recommend this guy. He's very professional and easy to deal with. I deal with a lot of unreliable contractors, vendors, employees and clients and this shop gave me the warm fuzzies. Truck looks great.
