I had an estimate here for an accident that was not my fault. The company took great care of me in waiting for the estimate to be handled, and the receptionist even made me a fresh pot of coffee upon request. I'm due to drop my car off for service this weekend, and hopefully, all will go smoothly.

My advisor Wayne was great, he gave me realist expectations as to when my car would be ready. He listened and communicated very well. Made sure that I was satisfied.The young man at the front desk made sure that they had what was required from the insurance company before my arrival, he worked on it for a few days and then called me back to bridge the gap. Drop went smoothly would definitely recommend Caliber in the future, the customer service, care and compassionate were A++

Quick service & very trustworthy. Worked with Raphael on an insurance claim years ago. So satisfied I ve made Caliber my go to body shop in north Bethesda. Have sent them multiple emergency out of pocket quick fixes. He was very knowledgeable about potential issues before getting into it & was able to get it fixed very quickly. I would trust them with any future repairs, I would not take my car anywhere else.

I ve had my car repaired here twice for separate incidents and I can t say enough about how great Dora and the team are. As a young woman, I always get nervous about how honest repair shops are with me. Dora always walks me through what s wrong and has even printed out images to show me what needs to be fixed. Once, a part was delayed right before I needed to leave on a trip, so I called Dora, and she went above and beyond to make sure she got the part in time so my car was ready. It s that kind of service that makes them the only garage I ll go to!

Caliber exceeded my high expectations, mostly because of the fantastic customer service I received from Dora. She kept me informed and went out of her way to get my car back to me as soon as possible.

Left my truck for repairs after car accident, they returned with damaged tailgate light, multiple dents in back of the truck, all dust and dirt inside, the driver side tire and wheel were replaced but now the tire hits the fender, and the front bumper was installed wrong which make my car look weird, also the paint job was terribly wrong, the paint of the left fender do not match the rest of the car. Too many complaints in just one repair job. I do not recommend this place at all to anyone.

My experience with Caliber was terrible. I gave a 1 star only because there is no other, lower option. I made 8 or more calls over a two week period of time asking for an update. Each time the individual assigned to my vehicle was unavailable. I finally received a call back when the vehicle was ready for pick up. To add insult to injury, the vehicle was given back to me covered in bird droppings. If you are looking for a shop with great customer service, I suggest you avoid Caliber.

I was having an hectic morning and was running late for my appointment. Ana was amazing. She took care of everything that I needed- including making arrangements to have my rental car brought to me. The process for my car repairs at Caliber Collision was very smooth. I am extremely pleased with the end results and extremely happy with Dora s assistance during this process. She kept me updated and thoroughly explained the entire process. Also, we were able to leave our rental here, and Dora arranged for enterprise to pick it up which was a huge help. I would highly recommend Dora and her team for any auto collision or body work needed!

My car has been in this shop for the same repairs since August. It s now April I m now waiting 4 weeks to receive a check because they don t seem to know how to pay a bill; they were suppose to be covering a enterprise bill for me. Needless to say, if a timely repair is something you desire, or competent billing, or concerned leadership. Avoid here at all cost. Don t fall for the concerned reply they ll have to this, I can assure you nothing is getting done.Update: I've taken the vehicle to another shop because caliber was not capable of properly repairing a software issue that WAS NOT PRESENT PRIOR TO BRINGING THE CAR TO THEM FOR REPAIRS. In short, they caused the issue. I have now taken it to a capable shop of repairs, but my insurance cannot approve it without Caliber green lighting. They have allowed this issue to persist over a year now. Save yourself the headache if you have a luxury vehicle and go somewhere else.Not to mention they committed insurance fraud. I do not have a front camera, yet my estimate states a +$1,000 charge for front camera recalibration.

I want to call out that these guys are awesome. They have been great all along the way. Rafael and the entire Caliber team kept us informed and gave us the straight answer on option we had on our car that was totaled due to an accident. I would highly recommend them for any auto collision or body work needed. Great staff and honest folks!

I had insurance claim work performed by Caliber. My customer service rep, Dora, was very good. The quality of the work seems excellent. There was an accidental double charge on the estimate that I caught, but they also did some additional repair and touch up for free to the parts affected by the insurance claim. All around a very good experience, I would use them again.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

If I could give a rating higher than 5 stars, I definitely would.I had some body work done at a Caliber Collision location in Seattle. The work was done in such a way that after a couple of months, the door locking mechanism came out of the door (I think a bolt had come loose, but I couldn't tell you for sure). I brought my receipt of the work done at that location and came here, hoping that the repair would be under warranty and that I could get some assistance.I worked with Raphael (Ralph) and immediately upon seeing the problem(s), he was as shocked as I was at the quality of the work and he worked expeditiously to resolve the issue. Within 10 minutes, my car lock was securely back in the door and the door hinge was tightened. He also offered to have me have set up a follow appointment to review the work done (at the original location) and see what he and his team can do to fix things.Ralph truly cares about his customers and I am incredibly pleased with the work he and his team have done to help me. If you unfortunately experience any auto body damage, you will be in good hands in this location.

I had an AMAZING experience! They made it so easy and kept me updated with progress. I felt so comfortable and at ease with the whole process. Dora is incredible and everything was done so efficiently. My car looks brand new and I love it. I have been in a hit/run situation so it was very stressful. They even cleaned the inside of my car!! It meant so much to me as a single mom.I can t thank them enough for their professionalism, efficiency, and compassion. What a wonderful team. Working with Caliber was a very smooth and easy process to get my car repairs done. They got me in quick for an estimate, and then scheduled the repairs quickly. They were able to work on two separate claims with two separate insurance companies at the same time. The work was all done in less than 2 weeks and it looks good. I had damage to my Nissan Versa and I am happy to recommend this place to anyone who needs their car fixed! Car was well taken care, the team was wonderful, and I was constantly being updated on the repairs. Plus, when I received my car, it shined like new! This is the second time I have worked with Calibar. Both were excellent experiences. They do great work and customer service is number one. Ruth was patient with me changing the schedule for service, over and over. Raphael was a Prince. He kept me updated regularly. My car was ready for pick up on Friday but I was busy. Insurance recommended this place to replace back window and repair it's frame of my car. Reasonable price, good job. They keep you informed the repair progress by your choice of connection, good experience.
