I ve been coming to the Rockville Service Center for 4 years now and I always have a great experience when I take my car in for service at this location. Ali is the best and really puts himself in the position of the client every time. Once I turn over my key to him, it s as though it becomes his car and he treats my car like it s his own. I also really like that the whole service center and waiting lounge are always very clean, comfortable and well organized, so I never really mind waiting there for my car if it s a full day service thing. I live about 25 miles away from this location in NE DC and while it s a solid 40 minute drive for me to get there (on a good day), it s always worth it because I always come away feeling like my car s in good, trustworthy, and expertly capable hands, and that it s being thoroughly taken care of by the team that works here.

My experience with my service on 2/3/24 was beyond superior! From the moment I parked my car, I was impressed. There was no waiting time. I was greeted by my service advisor William. We went over the details of my scheduled service. In addition to the service, I inquired about extending my warranty service. He provided me a very detailed description of what my options were.William was very professional and most importantly he had the ability to explain everything that was needed. He even replaced my batteries for my keys.I ve been using another local area BMW service department and let me tell you . My experience with Rockville BMW Service Center was very different. I will continue my services with Rockville Service Center from now on!William thank you for being kind, professional, and knowledgeable.

I was a bit taken back when after purchasing a new BMW I would have to bring it into the BMW service center 2 days later due to issues/concerns. I was told they were able to recreate my concerns and would attempt to correct the issues. When I went to pick it up, I was told they think they have fixed one issue, and they could not verify if the other is fixed and to take it out and test it. I was in a loaner for almost 5+ days, I am very surprised at BMW. I like the vehicle but from a security perspective, my wife and I are concerned that we paid for something that does not work correctly or at all. The service center agent was very nice but really had no answers for us other than to try it out and let us know if It is working as intended. We own other vehicles and have never been told that before.

I needed an oil change on my one year old X3. Dropped off the car for same day service. Agent was very professional, no sales, no pushing. Based on mileage, suggested what else should be done. Two suggestions, they were outside of the insurance coverage. Cost of the service was upfront, straightforward and very reasonable. A few hours later, picked up my car washed (although I did not ask for it) and running like new. Very satisfied with the service. Thank you.

My experience with BMW of Rockville was superb. Ali was my customer service manager. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and spot on with his feedback on the status of the car. My iX went in for service after software updates failed, the car came out in outstanding condition. I'll definitely come back and recommend the service center to other customers.

We had a problem with a suspicious noise on braking. We were able to quickly book an appointment online at a convenient time. The technician assigned to our case, Leon, quickly came to see us in the waiting area and listened carefully to what we had to say. He also told us what the diagnostic fee would be, which seemed reasonable. The service personnel then analyzed our car's systems but did not find a fault. They reassured us that the car was safe to drive and also waived the diagnostic fee. All in all, we could not have wished for a more pleasant, professional and customer-oriented experience.

I brought my 2022X5 in for it's annual service this past weekend. My Service Advisor, Will, made the process smooth and easy. He was extremely efficient, texting me with my service plan and optional services that would enhance the performance of my vehicle. We were extremely pleased with our service, interactions with staff(especially Will!) and will continue to use BMW Rockville for our service needs.

My advisor, Leon, was tremendously communicative and very pleasant to work with. He informed me of all the needed work as well as the suggested work to be done. He did not push me to update my firmware as he knew I was waiting at the dealership for my car to be serviced. The waiting area was crowded but comfortable. I was pleased with the customer service.

We are long time BMW drivers and are so happy with the sales and service at BMW of Rockville. The service department is professional, knowledgeable, courteous and prompt. We can rely on the service and feel safer when we drive because of it. My service advisor Omar is really good, keeps me informed as to service progress and offers good advice for keeping my vehicle running smoothly.

My SUV started showing an "engine malfunction" sign hours after a routine service. I called my BMW of Rockville advisor (Jon Blumberg), who accommodated me right away and promptly had the vehicle inspected. Hours later he informed me that the root cause was a loose hose and that they will take care of it for free. I appreciate the accountability and integrity demonstrated by Jon and the technician (Santiago). 5 stars!.

Car check in went smoothly and people took their time to explain, what they intend to do. So far so good. After two hours I've got a call that the breaks won't last very long any more - this should have been discovered a bit earlier - so there wasn't time to fix it. Last not least, the first thing that happened when I got my car back: An error message saying "reverse lamp malfunction"...Being original from Germany, I expect a bit more from BMW as this service was quite expensive!

My oil change was due. I had been taking my X3 to another place for an oil change. The other company had stripped my oil pan screw and no one could get it off except Rockville BMW. Of course the other company had to pay for me to get it done. My advisor was John and he was such a pleasure to work with. I will ONLY work with John. He was fluent, experienced, personable, professional and kept us in communication through the whole experience. Excellent customer service.

Service here is always excellent. The service reps are always courteous and helpful, and you always know what's happening with your vehicle. The service department also always shares a video of the diagnosis of your car showing exactly what the issue is so there can be no misunderstanding. Frankly, this is what an auto service experience should be like everywhere. Nice job!

Service was excellent. My Service Advisor Cameron was efficient and professional. I did find however, that like other service providers in a post pandemic environment, it appeared that even BMW Rockville is trying to do more with less and the service was slower and took longer than it should have taken.

I've been using BMW of Rockville for years for my service needs. Specifically my service advisor is Jared. His open line of communication is soothing and he is effective at verbalizing issues, remedies and timelines. I always feel like I'm their number one client whenever maintenance needs arise! The Service Team at BMW is Rockville is super strong and highly recommend this crew for BMW vehicles.

The reps, especially Jarred, are always top notch and helpful - they take their time explaining what the service visit entails. I especially like the uploaded videos sent by the service techs showing a detailed review of your car - what was done and additional services that may be needed during your visit. I highly recommend the Rockville BMW location!

Went for my yearly maintenance of my 2020 X3. From making the appointment to the service, everything went smoothly. My advisor, Omar, was again very good and kept me well updated on status of my maintenance. I also appreciated him texting me a short video from the mechanic. Overall, very pleased with Omar and BMW of Rockville's service center.

Oil change, replacement of four tires and breaks took forever. I arrived at 9am and ended at 4pm, their promise value was 2-3 hours wait, that ended on 7 hours. Not good

I always receive excellent service at BMW of Rockville. My sales advisor Jose Miranda is great. He always keeps me updated on service throughout the day. The technicians also sends me a video update on my cars condition and advises upcoming service I will need. I highly recommend this dealership for service.

I cannot thank Joel and the service department enough for the exceptional visit. I was having issues with my X6 as water was leaking through the sunroof control button. The team worked quickly to determine, correct, and test, the issue. The issue was resolved timely and professionally. Of course, I ll return in the event I m in need of future repairs. And, I recommend this service department for BMW owners and automobile owners alike.

I have been coming to BMW of Rockville for my BMW service since 2015. They have always provided outstanding service, offing a prompt, proactive and top quality experience. For extended service requirements I have used free loaner cars. They also provide a free Lyft ride, if you cannot wait in the well-appointed customer waiting area.

I have been having my car serviced at BMW Rockville since I bought it in 2016. I have found my service representatives to be responsive, attentive, and available to provide any information needed. When I had a significant break in my car which required my having to have it towed to the dealer, they did all of the pre-work prior to my arrival with the tow truck, had a loaner available and were ready to address the issue. Overall, I am pleased with the service I have received.
