My representative, Jared, did an absolutely wonderful job of working with my insurer-- in fact if he hadn't taken the initiative to reach out to the insurer and insist on an in-person viewing of my car and its damage, I may still be waiting for the insurance appraiser to see my car. Throughout the process, Jared kept me informed of each stage of the repair to my car. I felt like he was my advocate with my insurer. He answered all my questions; he made sure there was a point of contact for me to reach out to when he went on vacation and when he returned, he contacted me right away. I can't thank Jared enough for the wonderful service and support.

Cedric (Sales person) made buying my new BMW M4 Competition a pleasurable experience. I appreciate the time he took to answer all of my questions and provide all the information I needed. He even gave me a bow for my new purchase. When I plan on getting a BMW XM next year, I will go back to Cedric!Nick (Finance guy) was great and efficient. He processed my financing efficiently and provided me even more information on the M4 as an M4 owner himself.I forgot the BMW Genius guy's name but he was amazing as well. Since the car was being shipped from Germany Brian kept me up to date where it was in the process. At pick up I came with my own financing and so appreciated I was not pressured or delayed. It's not just the new building, and the nice coffee bar for customers, but the whole service experience has been enhanced at BMW of Rockville. We reserved a time for the recall service, and Mr. Rodriguez and his staff were ready when we arrived, took the car right in and completed the work in only 1.5 hours. The succinct video from the service tech gave us a good summary of the overall condition of our BMW, and a couple of points that might need future attention. Fast and professional!

BMW of Rockville service was truly 5-stars! Everything was great, from the ease of booking, to drop-off, to their service lounge quality and communication from the mechanics and the customer service team! I was sent a video describing the cause of my turn signal issue and what specific repairs were done and the customer service team got me in and out within 1.5 hours of my drop off time. The repair service included break and tire checks as well which was also much appreciated.

I was promptly greeted by service staff member. They took keys, noted scheduled service appointment. Direct me to waiting area while letting me know what refreshments were available. JC was going over scheduled service and addressed my concerns about my car. He explained everything to be done to the car and gave me an estimated time of completion. The service was professional and timely. I return to this service department because of professionalism of the staff, location andenvironment of the facility.

I love my car, but after I drove off, I realized that there was less than 1/4 tank of gas. All the vehicles I've purchased at dealerships have come with a full tank. Also, the car has a smell of mens cologne that is still present after 4 days. Hoping that it disappears soon.Other than that, I love my vehicle.

Jose M. was my customer service rep for routine service appointment for my X3 - not only was I able to get an appt within the week, my car was ready in exactly two hours, all ready to go. The service provided by Jose M. was excellent, constant updates and communication, thorough review of what was being done to my car and prepped me on when the next service will be (and set a reminder in the car.) Highly recommend Jose M.& BMW Rockville for service, seamless experience!

A MECHANICAL LEFT CHICKEN NUGGETS AND FRIES UNDER THE HOOD Yes, truth is stranger than fiction. The backstory here is that I usually bring in my wife s BMW service, but about 5,6 months ago she went in on her own much to my chagrin. She called me at work and said that the service adviser had put on two new rotors and brake pads. The car only had 38,000 on it when she brought it in, and I understand there can be factory defects, and if one rotor is replaced the opposite one should be. I even understand why the brake pads should (theoretically) be replaced if the rotors are replaced.But I got the distinct feeling that I had just interrupted the process of him replacing the BACK rotors. When I called, I asked whether the back ones could be left on, and he said let me check with the technician , and said yeah, we can leave those on .But something tells me that my phone call halted the process; in addition, nobody ever explained anything in detail to my wife at all about what needed to be done or why. They just said, You need a lot of work. My wife is foreign, so I got the impression that we were being fleeced. No evidence, just a feeling.In any event, one of the brake sensors did not work, so (the same service adviser) replaced that a short while later. This was the last time anyone popped the hood at all until back about a month ago, when I discovered that one of the mechanics had dumped about 6-8 chicken nuggets and a bunch of French fries onto the front panel, under the hood (I popped the hood for the first time ever to take a look at something unrelated). Just a sea of nuggets and fries. I was so shocked that I immediately threw them away, and did not photograph the entire smorgasbord , but then decided to take some pics. The remnants of someone s McDonald s are clearly visible.Why someone would dump food out of the bag onto a panel under the hood is odd enough - but to leave a huge portion of uneaten food under the hood and then just close it.......this just does not make sense on so many levels. The sales team here was great, but the service side ..needs to work out a few kinks.

Jamie, my Customer Rep for the visit, was fantastic and explained all covered costs and which would be out of pocket if I decided to do them during this visit. She promised that the car would be ready at a specific time and it was. Text alerts on service progress and video review of inspection kept me informed. Being able to pay and get the key at the Customer Rep's desk, rather than go to the cashier, was an added timesaver and convenience.

Overall a 2 star experience. The initial call about a trade in vehicle they had at their location was good with Sahil and Lenny. Upon coming in I knew my Salesperson was Sahil who was new to the company. I expected someone experienced to help her answer questions which was not the case. The nighttime manager I believe (Carlos) that day was rude upon trying to negotiate the sales price. Instead of providing assistance to his new sales associate he extended his hand and rudely dismissed us and walked away. We should have left but did end up purchasing that night 3/21/24. It took 3 days and multiple calls to get a Purchase Agreement which was not provided to me upon purchasing and sent to my bank for financing purposes. After bringing in the vehicle for a detailing they d promised; I realized upon arriving home that they d remove my parking sticker and Virginia Inspection sticker from the front interior windshield. What a frustrating experience with this place and lack of accountability.

I bought a 2024 BMW 7 Series from BMW of Rockville. They were great and I found all of them to be very helpful. They even have what they call a BMW Genius. This person was particularly helpful as the tech in the car is amazing and I needed help. I met him when I bought the car and then made a follow up appointment with him. You can see them anytime without charge.

Woo Shin sales person is horrific. I was interested in an X5 and by my misfortune I was routed through him as a sales person. He is unresponsive and disinterested as soon as I asked about financing. I guess he assumes that anyone who asks about financing must have no money. He never got back to me about the X5 I was asking about except for sending 1 photo without sending any message. I ended up buying from a different dealership.Avoid this Woo Shin guy at all cost. If you happen to get him, ask for a different sales person. If you can, just go to a different dealership.BMW of Rockville, you should not have someone like this guy working for your company! Don't buy from here!

This was the most painless, pleasurable, least pressured car purchase I've ever had. Patrick Yuen was nice, easygoing and knowledgeable. It's clear he knows his product and can rely on the car to sell itself, but he was an excellent guide through the process. And Nick in the finance department was just as pleasant and easygoing as Patrick. The team at BMW of Rockville made a traditionally stressful transaction an absolute pleasure. BMW gets you in the door with their product, but they keep you with the customer service. Hands down, I'd highly recommend them, and I'm certain I'll be doing all my future car-buying business with them.

Purchased an X1 here last weekend and want to thank Stephen Slater and the entire team for making this a very seamless and pleasant buying experience. It s a beautiful and bustling showroom and they have good inventory and selection. They gave me a very good price without needless haggling.
