I brought my car in after work and Bill was able to fix it next day by lunch. Bill and his team provided great service and a great customer experience. Fair prices from an honest team.

Bill Hamm's Car Care is the best. Always honest and reliable. I've been going to Bill Hamm's since the 90's when I moved to the area. I've sent friends and family to get their cars repaired or to have regular maintenance. Everyone has been thoroughly pleased with Bill's excellent service!

This is the place take your car to get fixed! Bill Hamm and his team are honest and trustworthy. I have taken all 6 of my cars to him whenever they needed service. Once my wife took our Mercedes ML to the dealership where they said it would cost $980 plus labor to fix something in the engine. I told my wife STOP and GET OUT OF THERE! I had her take it to Bill instead, and for the same exact Mercedes genuine part he charged $350!!! Bill Hamm is the greatest guy! My daughter broke down on the interstate and the tow took her to Bill for emergency repairs. He went out of his way by staying after closing, drove her around to find a place to stay, did all the necessary repairs in a timely fashion and gave her detailed instructions on how to get back to the interstate. Amazing!

This review is a long time coming. I have taken my vehicles to Bill Hamm for over ten years. He has always done excellent work, including major 90,000-mile service completed on my 2011 Sonata on 1/16/17. His pricing is very good, and I find him and his mechanics to be very competent and honest. I have my mom and sister take their Ford Escape and Toyota Avalon, respectively, to his shop, and they ve always been completely satisfied with his work. I highly recommend using his car care center for all your automotive needs.

My car is a 1995 Tercel. Over the last 25 years, I have come to trust Bill completely with its repair. So, I've NEVER done a review for anyone before, at least not that I can remember. Bill Hamm's Car Care Center is great!! They are honest and caring, they educate you on the issues your vehicle may be having and explain things thoroughly. I'm super loyal and as long as I have a vehicle that needs and oil change or something major done, Bill Hamm Car Care Center is where I will go.**customer since around 2010**

I called around to a few local shops in the Rockville area to get a rough estimate on replacing a rear brake caliper on a 2008 Honda Civic. Bill's estimate was the most reasonable and the actual complete repair cost was even lower! Having just relocated here, I've been looking for a shop I can trust to give me a fair price and do the work competently and without surprises.I had made an appointment for the job, but had trouble getting my insurance Road Side Assistance tow to show up on time. Bill was very accomodating, finally getting to the car as a night drop and in the shop the next morning. I asked him to do an oil change as well, since the car was due, already up on the lift and I had already bought the oil and filter. Again he charged me a very fair price for that.I'm impressed by his integrity, honesty, reliability and flexibility. This is the kind of shop I have been looking for. Plus, if you're into wildlife photography, his waiting room will impress you, as he is an avid and active photographer.

Excellent Service and very very reliable. I took my 20 year old car for Maryland Inspection and it only need a few things and they took care of it for cheap! I loved how quick they were and their communication was amazing. Definitely a future customer.

I have been using Bill for about 7 years now. The difference between Bill and some of the dealer service shops is night and day. Bill is always honest and reliable and has stopped me from doing expensive repairs that the dealers have insisted I have to do when I don't have too.
