Love this family owned auto shop!!! I ve been coming here for more than five years for all auto needs. These folks are honest and experts in their work. They went out of their ways to get our vehicles back in tip top shape.

They were so good that I didn't notice it myself. They discovered and promptly reminded me that my car's exhaust pipe connection pipe was corroded and could fall off at any time, which might cause an accident. So I promptly replaced it with a new one. Sincere thanks! Then they invited me to lunch, but I had something to leave. Sincerely thank them for the invitation. Happy New Year to all of them!

The side doors of my car were damaged in an accident. I went to three different body shops (all have google reviews rating over 4.8) to have estimates for the repairs. The out of pocket costs of repairs ranged from $1600 to 2600, and almost all of them recommended to replace the "skin" of the doors instead of repairing the damaged areas. The Best Quality Auto Repair, LLC is able to repair the damages of my doors within $1000, and finish the work within one day. The master technician of the Best Quality Auto Repair, LLC used to work for Honda Dealership in China for decades, his skills and experiences are marvelous. He is able to turn my car like brand new after fixing the damaged areas. I am really impressed by their jobs.

Had a previous mechanic tell me that my 2011 Subaru Impreza 2.5i had a coolant leak and likely needed a new head gasket. I did a little digging online and found that my car didn't have any signs of a head gasket leak like coolant and engine oil mixing and having to constantly refill the coolant. Then I was recommended to come here and I'm glad I did.Eric is an incredible individual. He's courteous, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable. He made sure to ask all of the necessary questions to find out where to start regarding my car, and he was even nice enough to literally point out to me the part of my car that needed fixing.Anyways, turns out my car had a tube that just needed cleaning and tightening. Had I not gone to someone who made sure to check all possible solutions to a problem, I would have been left with an unnecessary, and very expensive head gasket replacement. Eric will be the first person I think about when my Subaru needs something thanks to my experience today.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Great, great, great shop. Eric is incredible, I took in my 1993 MR2 turbob for a overall paint job. We found other stuff that needed to be done and Eric took care of everything. My baby is back to the way a remembered. Thank you Eric and team for all the great work. Eric was very patient with me adding and adding more stuff. Thank you

This place was amazing! They were able to fit me into their schedule at the last minute for an oil change. They finished within a half hour and also checked out a few other things on my car to make sure all was well. I consider this place to be trustworthy and will definitely take my car to them for service in the future.

very nice guy. the most reasonable price you can find. It was an emergency for me. I was travelling to DC but my car broke down on the highway. I got this mechanic information from a friend. Because I was in a hurry to go home, they spend one extra hour after work to finish all the work for me, including alternator, spark plugs, engine oil leakage and brake pads. I ve visited this Auto shop for 20 years, no matter Japanese or German car. They are professional. super reliable. Sometimes they even didn t charge me for a small issue. After the son Eric took over their management, their business seems to have expanded a lot. My family just moved to VA, but I would like to drive up to 40 miles to get work done in their place.

This shop diagnosed my tire problem in less than 10 minutes and were completely honest. It was a simple problem having to do with my tires. Before I brought my car here I called 3 different shops and they wanted to charge me just to take a look at my car. The lowest quote I got from one of the shops I called was $55 for a 30-minute diagnosis. I described the problem to the technician at this facility and he told me that most likely it was my tires. When I arrived at this shop, the technician walked out, checked my tires, and verified that IT WAS THE TIRES. I LOVE THIS PLACE! By the way, he told me what my problem was for no charge... unbelievable! You cant find any more honest people than this guy. From now on I will only take my car to this place, 5 well deserved stars! Thank you so much!

A friend needed to fill a spare tire , and we showed up to this shop unannounced, we didn't expect much but whoever was in charged helped us for free. The place looked very organized and neat. I would definitely go there for my car services

Eric at Best Quality Auto repair is the real deal. He's a good guy, super honest, provides great service, and charges very reasonable fees. He took my car in despite being super busy and my car being dead on arrival with some serious electronic issues.I've been to many other auto mechanics in the rockville area and many of them will slow bleed you - they'll tell you something is broken and if they fix it, everything will be fine. Then after they fix it, they tell you something else is wrong...This place is amazing!

Solid local garage for servicing and repairing vehicles. I have an old Honda Odyssey and a mid year Prius that they've taken great care of over the years.Positives-Best Pricing around-Seriously...let me say that again...best Pricing around-Knowledgeable Mechanics-Front Office Service is great and friendly ..kudos Eric!-Service is fast and they often are ahead of schedule on repairs

I was looking to get my AC fixed. Knew pretty much that my compressor was bad. They confirmed my suspicions, quoted me a price and completed the work while I was at work. So that was nice. Anyway, the ac started getting warm around the fifth day, and i called them back up and told them. I dealt with a guy named Eric. He was polite and honest. He said he made a mistake, and fixed it. So to me, the fact that the guy was honest, and didn t try to bill me for something else meant a lot. To me, honesty is everything. So i give this place five stars for being honest, for admitting a mistake and correcting it.

These guys do really good work, I had some major repairs done to my rear quarter panel on a tight deadline and it looks near-pristine now, and was done for a great price. Solid place and they keep you in the loop about everything that s going on with your car/the repair.

The guy name Eric who works there is so unprofessional he is a disgrace to mechanics and he should be removed from your company he is hurting your business and turning customers away from your business making someone loose money, I feel so sorry for the owner of this company , he should know that Eric is making him loose money by turning down customers over the phone. Never use this place they will give u the runaround
