Good and quick service. Just got the MD state inspection here. $129.99 and it took only an hour. I walked in and thankfully they did not have anyone but highly recommend you get an appointment in advance.

Phenomenal customer service. With fingers crossed, I called at 11:30 to get a Maryland state inspection prior to my 3:45 appointment with the MVA. Despite having a full schedule, they fit me in and performed magic. Did a thorough inspection, gave me feedback on the car, and I was out by 2. Good price. I m thrilled and grateful.

I am so grateful for the excellent services performed here! They have taken care of everything from inspection and maintenance, to engine and body work when needed.I am greeted and remembered. They communicate with photos for reliability and indications of how any given repair ranks in urgency, helping me prioritize and make truly informed decisions. Their pricing has always been exactly as expected. My car has never been happier.Also, Karen is great!

Auto Clinic Care is the only auto repair shop I trust. Johnny and Karen Fares and their two very friendly dogs are like family. If I ever encounter a situation where I may not be sure what to do, I just ask myself 'What would Johnny do'. It will always be the right thing.

Came in for a MD state inspection and they were very understanding when I had issues with my lights blinking too fast due to a mod. I corrected it and it passed. They also had to do an alignment to the car, which felt AMAZING. It has never felt this good before and I'm honestly wondering what my last shop was even doing with my car. So I called Auto Clinic Care for an appointment for oil change yesterday and specifically asked over the phone how much was oil change and I have been told $75When I went in this morning after the oil change they charged me $140 out of nowhereSo I was confused when I asked they said they always add a product (that they didn't mention over the phone) that I obviously didn't need because I used to do oil change for years and never use that type of product and my car was always fine.So I asked if it was optional? They said yes. But I already knew that. So I said that they should have asked me my opinion before adding up a product of that price without my consent just to charge me extra.On top of that instead of putting the recommended oil for my car they put a different type of oil without letting me know either Which overtime can damage my engineThis was a bad experienceBeing overcharged without people consent is not funAnd you should guys always put the recommended oil for the car.

Talk about fast service! Shout out to Karen who was able to get me a quote the same day and order the parts for the repair. I was impressed by how quick they got me in and replaced both my front tire wheel bearings. On top of that the mechanics immediately let me know what was wrong with the truck and knew how to solve the issue with a confident smile. My car has been suffering from "electrical problems" for quite some time. This has caused quite a few warning lights to pop up and very unfortunate instances of my car not starting, but nothing consistent. This came to a head recently when my car began smelling like rotten eggs when it was on, and eventually the electrical system failed completely. To add to my stress, I just moved to MD from out-of-state, so I had no community connections. After a little research, I settled on Auto Clinic Care, and I could not be happier. They spent an afternoon running extensive diagnostics on my car and kept me informed the entire way. At the end of the day, there were severe issues with my battery that were impacting other electrical systems. Unfortunately, two other auto repair places in the last year did not find, or chose to ignore, these issues with my battery. That is all in the past. My car has a new, high-quality battery and runs like a dream. More importantly, I made a trustworthy connection in my community. Expensive, but worth it. We have a couple of great Toyotas that just never seem to need much maintenance. I gave them my 2009 Cadillac CTS that has a lot of sentimental value and is also my daily driver. They fixed some complex issues that probably would ve had a lot of people getting rid of the car. They treated my situation and my car with respect. Took my car to Auto Clinic Care for a check engine light issue, they were kind enough to alert me that the issue was likely covered under warranty and alerted me to other issues with the car that also were likely under warranty that should be looked at. They saved me a good chunk of money and took the time to explain other potential issues that could be fixed for free under warranty. While I cannot speak to their ability to fix cars, the diagnostic service and communication was top notch.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

These guys were fantastic! I highly recommend this business. I just moved to Maryland and needed a safety inspection. It was reasonable and no bogus repairs added to the inspection. They performed the job within the timeframe that the nice lady at the desk estimated. To top it off there were two friendly dogs that allowed me to pet them.

took my car in for a MD inspection and the experience was excellent. Karen, the customer service rep, was very nice and got my car written up and into the shop quickly. Brought in my CT200h for MD state inspection , called in and see what was available and they were able to take me in that same day! The process took less than 2 hours and cost me $99 which I think it's reasonable compare to other competitors. Karen who is their head receptionist was very friendly and knowledgeable. These guys are amazing and would highly recommend all my friends and family. Keep up the great work!!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Had to have an inspection down on the my car. They were able to complete it in the shorter time that they told me, which WAS GREAT!!!. Very Professional. And I love friendly white dog . I would definitely use them again

They were very accommodating when I went to the wrong auto clinic and was late for my appointment. They were very friendly, provided excellent customer service. They even installed my license plates free of charge and got the work quickly done. Highly recommend them as a trusted place to take your car.

We have all of our car repairs and maintenance done here and have for years. They do quality work at a fair price. Turn around is fast. They do multi-point inspections and give you a good idea of what maintenance needs to be done and what can wait. They never pressure a sale or additional maintenance. Will always go back.

FIVE STARS is not enough! I could go on and on about the amazing service and quality care I received. I came across Johny, Karen, and staff after I had a nail in my tire! They immediately were able to help me and fix the tire!! They did a complimentary multi point inspection and found some issues and were able to fix same day for a reasonable price!! They sent pictures of the areas of concern so you really understand what needs to be fixed or replaced. Johny even took the time to speak to me and answer all of my questions! This is a hidden gem and I am so lucky to have found them. Would recommend to anyone looking for an honest place with quality work!! Thank you to everyone at Auto Care Clinic for the work done, I will be back!!
