I recently purchased a car from this dealership and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The salesperson, Carlos was knowledgeable and not at all pushy, which made the whole process much more enjoyable. The finance team was also very helpful and got me a great deal on financing. Overall, I highly recommend this dealership for anyone in the market for a new car.

Recently purchased a CPO S4 with Carlos Duarte. This was my first time purchasing out of state and was super nervous/anxious about not being able to see the car in person. Carlos was super patient, honest, and fully transparent about the vehicle and its overall condition. He shared many photos, videos, and video calls to go over the car to provide me peace of mind I needed. From start to finish, Carlos made the process seamless. Incredibly happy with my S4 thank you Carlos!

Good place.Their parts department gave me a tail light that had a manufacturing defect. I don't think they knew, so no sweat on them, but I threw it in before I knew about it.I barely noticed it because it was a very tiny string in the light compartment. They replaced it no issue at all, but didn't seem like they were going to do the work. They wanted me to do it in their parking lot but I figured I didn't want to take any extra liability so I asked their service department to throw it in, as it is a quick job, and they did it no problem.The issue with a lot of dealers is they subcontract all the work to the cheapest laborers they can find. That doesn't seem to be an issue here as they have a whole garage and vehicle drop off.Really like the people here. They know what they were doing - wish I bought my Audi from here but they didn't have what I needed in stock at the time.

Super friendly and helpful! Called on a Thursday afternoon for a simple repair and was told to stop by. We were in and out in 30 min. Fabulous snacks and beverages while you wait. Steven was particularly helpful.

The people were great but the service was not. I asked to have the back door fixed and nothing was done. When I asked the next day they told me it would cost $700 to fix it but it is clearly a malfunction on Audi side. Next, the tire alert came on the next time I started the car but I just paid to have the tires rotated. Lastly, the next day the add oil alert came on and is still on two days after we had you change the oil. It does say it is safe to drive but that is not really acceptable.

A very responsive and well informed representative helped me. He was able to answer all my questions and responded to my texts quickly. I was able to get my tire (which had a nail in it) replaced within one business day. My audi s4 was returned washed/cleaned. Even my floor mats were power washed and my interior was thoroughly wiped down. Will be returning for future service.

The staff addressed our car issues effectively, efficiently, professionally, and patiently. They then addressed our car issues promptly and efficiently and kept us well-informed of their progress. We are long-time Audi customers and have come to expect first class service at this dealership, but we never take that top notch service and care for granted.

I brought my car in for service this week. I was greeted immediately upon arrival. My car was quickly checked in and my service agent, Cameron went over what service was needed. He kept me informed throughout the process. Some warranty repairs were needed and he handled everything and made it seem effortless. Cameron was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. And my car was ready on time as promised!

Could not ask for better service at Rockville Audi. Both service managers Erin and Max came out and introduced themselves and made my experience that much better. Car came back clean and ready to go and the bill was almost $200 lower than the original estimate. I Will never do service anywhere but Rockville Audi!

They replaced a broken coolant system part under warranty. I tried to follow up on another issue with the agent but received no response. I eventually connected with the manager. (Turns out that the agent had left the company.) Good service but communications are sometimes spotty.

I had to have my Audi towed to Rockville Audi when my car became disabled suddenly. I typically have my car serviced in Virginia but it was an emergency. The staff was very polite and efficient. This happened just before Christmas so it took longer than normal but it all worked out.I was pleased with the service.

I received a call back from the GM and he explained the situtaionabout the delay.Really appreciate that he took the time to callback and followup.I have been going there for years and always received good service. Assuming my last experience was one off.Went for Factory Manintenance, had a appointment also, it took more than 6 hours to finish the job. Very long wait.

Everyone was extremely professional and helpful. Communication was clear throughout the process. I left my prescription in my loaner, showed up after service closed on Saturday and the gentleman still helped me. Service was outstanding.

I had to return within a week after getting my car back to address the same issue. This was after not having my car for a week and being given no timeline for return. I have finally got my car back. I had a follow up question and was told I would receive a call the next day. It's been a week and no one has reached out.I do not recommend going to the Audi Rockville Service location. They do not communicate well amongst each other or to clients. Expect to have your car there for many days. If you have an EV car, do not expect an EV loaner. This is infinitely more expensive.I plan to never go back to this Audi Service location.

Love my Audi A5 and Audi Rockville! Have a had a few issues with my Audi, but my service advisor is always quick to ensure that the ones that can be are dealt with under my extended warranty. I am always kept up to date on service and if I reserve in advance I get to try out a newer Audi as a loaner! Thanks to Cameron and and all the others in the service department for making it easy to get my car serviced!

Came in for 1 issue but the mechanic identified 3 additional items. Originally Joe indicated I would have to reschedule to get the work done. However, he made a few calls, found the part that was needed and indicated they would get it done in one day. They even found a loaner for me, which is hard to do these days. I was able to continue about my day, run my errands and get back around 3:30 pm. By 4:30 I was pulling off the lot with my newly repaired and washed car. It couldn t have worked out better.

Service advisor Steve Wilson and the Audi shop foreman who repaired my Audi RS Q8 were excellent to deal with and did professional work. Both were honest and attentive to the unique service needs of my vehicle. I would highly recommend them to any customer.

I took my Q8 e-tron in for service to look at the suspension and fix a blemish in the paint. Everyone I dealt with was excellent. My service advisor was very helpful and gave me regular updates. The paint blemish was fixed - looks perfect. I'm very happy.

Customer service did not come across as a higher end luxury brand dealership should, but more so as if it was a "production line". Communication during service was dismal. Car wash was not done as advertised. Left my OBD port cable disconnected. Just not the experience I would drive back to Rockville for. Regrettable for the amount of money spent.

Always amazing vibes, genuine customer care, and excellent service !!! This is my favorite Audi location. I never leave disappointed. Today was a breeze entering the new year 2024 to have my new vehicle inspected and serviced. Especially working with Greg and Cameron in the Audi Rockville service department was a great experience. Much Gratitude.

We were visiting friends in the DC area and had driven there from NC. Our Q7 was having some brake issues and we just happened to see the Audi dealer on our way to a lunch meeting. The service team treated us with the greatest TLC and quickly diagnosed our issue. They promptly repaired our brakes and checked the rest of our systems, making detailed recommendations for the service we needed short term and long term. I'm so grateful for the excellent Audi-quality service they provided - they and the brand once again exceeded our expectations!

[Updated] Spoken to the service manager and it was found that the advisor assigned missed the condition of the wipers due to human error. Other than this, he did a good job in identifying major issues with the car and provided good advice. Re-rated this to 5 stars.[Previous] While the complementary multipoint inspection showed that there wasn t issue with the wipers, when I went for Maryland Vehicle Inspection, it failed because of that.

Always receive first rate care at Rockville Audi. It is more expensive to own one of these vehicles but they are very nice and this dealership will do their best to make it worthwhile. Juan Pablo was our service advisor, was very pleasant and took good care of us during our visit. Larry Sevrin and Erin Sanders and all run a very nice facility.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Auto water leak repair, General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

20K service on 2021 A6 Allroad. Took 2.5hrs and prompted me on the status throughout the process. Thorough detailed inspection found a vaccum leak (rodent damage). Loved the detailed video analysis and estimate (declined). Everything runs smooth and looks clean. Great coffee and internet serviced while i waited.
