I've had multiple systems from Absolute Electronix over the years ~ Best example of customer service I can think of and I know it comes top down from the owner. Every one here I have dealt with were extremely professional, knowledgeable and capable. The system designed for me was what I didn't know I needed. Innovative, professional, custom, customer service. Recommend.

I was looking for a company that would install some 120V plugs and additional 12V sockets in my GX 460. The truck has an almost useless little 100 watt capacity, 2 prong outlet in the right rear of the trunk and nowhere that you can connect anything.I spoke to Aaron and I brought the truck down for them to look and determine what the best choices were and what was possible.I dropped the truck off and I can't say enough about the outstanding work they did. Everything looks factory, the inverter is fully concealed behind the wheel well trim in the left rear. All the additional power points will make it so much better while traveling giving us the ability to connect our Dometic fridge, computers and any other electronics we want or need. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to any of my friends. To Aaron, Rudy and Chris thanks a million!!!!!!!!

The cue touch screen system in my 2018 car went bad no longer responding to touch directives. Warranty had expired. The dealership quoted their replacement price, $2000. I would have gone without rather than pay 2K.My neighborhood mechanic advised me to reach out to Absolute Electronix as a possible option for replacing my car s touch screen. Absolute Electronix was able to provide me with the same brand replacement, installation, programming the new system and backed it all up with a three year guarantee. Absolute Electronix charged 1/3 of what the dealership wanted.Until my car s touch screen died, I was of the belief that electrical car repair really needs to be taken care of at the dealership. Fortunately that is not the case. Absolute Electronix came in clutch! I highly recommend the good people at Absolute Electronix.

Had a very pleasant experience at Absolute Electronix. Staff was excellent. I got some very well made custom enclosures for a nice Sony head unit and some rear speakers for my 2003 s2000 which it did not initially come with. Met the owner Ata and had a good conversation with him. I learned how passionate he is for what he does and innovative his shop is. Highly recommend. Very clean installation.Service: Electrical

Everyone was super nice and helpful. They ordered my sound system my from one of the few companies that have it for mustangs and made sure the process was smooth. When it did come it had a defect ( no fault of their own). They told me and re ordered it on my behalf and installed the new system sent free of charge the second time. Absolutely amazing job installing a Sony Carplay unit in our truck. It is exactly what the vehicle was missing from the factory! Top notch work, excellent customer service and a very quick turn around.There is nowhere else I would recommend to do work like this, save yourself the headache and heartache of someone hacking up your car and take it to the pros!

Ata and his staff did an amazing job! I wanted to upgrade the radio in my 2010 Mercedes Benz GLK. Initially I was very nervous because the placement and slot where the radio is located is small. When I went into the shop I explained what I wanted; Ata gave me options stating that the look and functionality that I wanted would be a custom job and complicated...but guess what THEY MADE IT HAPPEN and it looks AMAZING!!! He gave me a 3 day window to complete but it was done in 2. They also installed a backup camera...both look factory. The professionalism of him and his staff is unmatched. I cant express enough how much I love the outcome!

I have been driving a 2008 Lexus es350 for a little bit. There was no backup camera. Decided to have one put in. Game changer. Simple thing but brings it into the 21st century. Chris gave me numerous options and I went with the mirror version with numerous cameras etc. Beautiful installation and extremely happy with whole transaction. Highly recommend. Had a chance to watch them work on another car and see some after installation work as well. Meticulous.

Went there to change the radio of my car before driving up to college. Not only did they do a fast and fantastic job but they fixed the exposed wire of my dash cam out of courtesy without extra charge or being asked to do so. If I ever need upgrades again I will be coming back here!

Absolute Electronix did an outstanding job in installing custom fog lights on my 2020 Kia Telluride. The job was very detailed as the bumper needed to be cut open to install the lights. The fog lights are perfect and the lights help me see in the night. Great place and customer service from these guys ! They also installed bright LED Lights.

Picked up my '03 G35 the other day for a dash and radio installation. They honestly did a great job installing the dash and radio, knowing that it's a pain when it comes installing radios in most Infinitis. Definitely recommend for the locals and will be going back to upgrade the speakers.

Last February (2017), I wanted to get an upgrade for my Jeep Wrangler 2015 Car Stereo. What I had was the basic, factory installed radio in the car (in other words, cheap). I found Absolute Electronix in Google search and they have a great rating so I decided to stop by their location. Chris was there at the time and he helped me make a decision based on my budget and not so much on what I "really" (expensive) want. Anyways, I decided on this Sony Car Stereo with removable face plate and bluetooth capability, features that I want at a price I can afford. I LOVE THIS STEREO!! The sound is great and the bluetooth feature is awesome! Now I can talk on the phone and hear clearly using bluetooth and listen to my music list on my iphone using bluetooth! But the best part in this experience is that Chris is super nice, super helpful, and super friendly! I never felt pressured to get something that I didn't like. Thanks Chris and Absolute Electronix, your are highly recommended!!!

I have had Absolute Electronix perform a number of upgrades and repairs to my vehicles over the years. They do a great job, are fairly priced, and deliver the work on time. What more could you want?Today, they very quickly installed and, importantly, completely tested, the addition of a SmartTOP module for my Volvo C70 hardtop convertible. This allows remote control of the top up/down feature plus a number of other programmable functions. Not only did they install it, they printed a list of how to operate all the features and had me walk through it all so I could understand it and operate it safely.They are very professional and courteous. Hats off to Ata, Chris, and the technicians at Absolute Electronix. Great work!Service: Electrical

I've known Ata professionally for a long time. And have just had my first time to be able to use his services. His team was professional, understood what was being asked of them and over delivered. If you're in the DC area and need anything electronic on your vehicle, take it to Absolute. Great people, pricing and communication.

They installed a radio, JBL AMP, and a kicker box on my Elantra. If I could give them more stars, I would. They are customer oriented, ask for their advice and tell them your budget; they have been in the business for a while and will tell you what they can do. They stuck to my budget and made it work. My car sounds fantastic!!

Wonderful service. I had my truck worked on down the street. And after a few months speakers were blown and the head set already started acting up. So I wasn t crazy about returning to the same old place. Then I found Absolute Electronix. Great group of guys. They were able to assist me in correcting the issues I was having and at a great price. I was even able to drop off my truck that day and had it totally completed by the next day. Great overall experience. Now I got to think about which one of my cars I m going to bring in next!

Patient and efficient. I blew out a speaker in my car and had to replace it. Went in for a consultation. They gave an honest opinion and laid out all the options available to me. When they opened the panel, showed me what the issue was and tried to fix it without replacement (even though the business would lose money with this option). When replacing the speaker, they were quite efficient. Would definitely recommend!

Ata is very knowledgeable, trustworthy, and helpful when it comes to their business & services. Went in to have them look at my radio that shut off randomly - they installed it like 8 years ago so it s pretty old. He walked me through options for new radios if my current radio wasn t fixable, and provided great & affordable solutions for me (I was really thinking my current radio was done for). They ended up fixing the radio within a day anyway, but I was very appreciative of him answering all of my questions - they definitely care to find the right solution for you!Service: Electrical

These guys are great. I called mid afternoon on a Saturday and told them whatvI had for vehicle. They said come right over and we will work you in. I had an electrical problem with the truck that cost them twice the time installing radio. Though this was not a radio problem but more of a vehicle problem, they covered it and never charged a dime more. They even work over hours to get it done!! Amazing service and all the techs there are knowledgeable and super polite

Outstanding service! These guys listened to what I wanted out if my car's sound system, and offered a range of options. There were several sets of speakers, at various price points that I listened to before chosing what I liked most. The installation was professional and their commitment to the quality of their work is exceptional. Highly recommended.

I had a new radio and small subwoofer put in in 2017. Just found out today that the sub they put in slowly kills my battery....Editing this review because the business is absolutely right, I didn't reach out. I assumed that because it has been so long they wouldn't be able to help and that was wrong. I intend on reaching out to them and seeing what we can do. I wrote that angry and frustrated and I shouldn't have. I have a very sick dog at home and have been on edge but thats not an excuse at all, i wrote a review without thinking first and i hate that. Anyways, the guy who helped me that day couldn't have been any nicer and theyre right, the one star slam was un called for, as my overall experience was a great one.. I reacted out of frustration before ever contacting them and that was absolutely the wrong thing to do. I honestly also never realized they had a lifetime warranty on their installs. Also, my fault. I'd like to apologize honestly for my overreaction. I reacted without contacting them and normally I don't. I understand if they don't want to assist me after this. I will reach out to them and let them know what is happening though. Again, i aplogoze and was in the wrong on this and all i can do is apologize to them.Service: Electrical

I have had an excellent working relationship with the people at Absolute Electronics for several years now, and I recommend them highly. I have had three car radios installed, and would unhesitatingly return for a fourth or more. The quality of the products they offer is top of the line at a reasonable price. The service is typically excellent. The technicians are low key, but very knowledgeable, and willing to discuss options until you are satisfied. The installations have all been flawless, on time, and without surprises on the bill. Whenever they say they can do something, it gets done on time and on budget. I would unhesitatingly recommend Absolute Electronics to friends and family.

I purchased a remote car starter. easy to make an appointment, they were extremely friendly and professional. When I picked my car up they walked me through how to work the starter. I had a question the next day, gave them a call, and they were again a wonderful help. I would highly recommend this place to everyone.

I had a sub woofer installed in my Ford Edge because I wanted a more rounded sound in the car. Within a day, they had wired the car to where there were no visible wires and found a location for the amplifier that was completely hidden.It was a super clean install and the sound is amazing. Peter at the front desk is very knowledgeable and very helpful. I left confident that the install would last and extremely happy with the upgraded sound.I prefer a more conservative look, but if you want all the bling and lights, they can do that too.
